How to I get videos that I have downloaded to play without freezing or jumping on i tunes?

I have downloaded a film from I tunes but when I play it, it is out of sync, freezes an the sound is muffled, how can I fix this??

I would recommend getting VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/), which will play almost every file out there, without additional codecs. Will play DVDs, CDs, VCDs etc, along with all the popular video formats. Plays files well from NAS drives also. I use this on every PC and MAC I use currently. Even plays DVD folders from ripped DVDs.

When Microsoft decided not to support Windows Media any more, they made Flip4Mac available for free. If you have not taken advantage of that free download, this might be a good time.
It may not completely solve the problem, but your Mac will play more with the free player. No need to pay for the Upgrades.

iTunes is not used to move photos and videos from an iPhone to a computer (it is used to move them the other direction).
Also note that a connected phone or camera does not show in the Finder on a Mac. It should show in Image Capture or iPhoto.

My computer is authorised however some of the songs that I have downloaded wont play?

I have just downloaded some music from Itunes. Some of the songs will play but some say that I need to authorise the computer. I put in the details, it comes up with a box that says 'the computer is already authorised and that I have used 4 or the 5 authorisations available' however the songs will not play. It a repeating loop, I click on the song and it tells me that I need to authorise again. All of the songs were downloaded at the same time to the same computer?

Interestingly I have been into the Itunes Store and looked at the items that I have downloaded and they seem to play fine. But in the library it keeps saying that I need to authorise the computer when it is already authorised. I have already deleted it and re-installed it but nothing...... When I go to the track that doesnt work there is nor Purchased By information (although the apple ID is present). The other songs that do work, do have the Purchased By information. Will this be the cause of the problem? how on earlth do I get around it?

So first I connected the iPad to my PC, waited for the hard drive to pull up, opened the "view files on devise" option, went in and found all the pictures and video I had taken and saved them to a folder on my computer. Now the iPad is restored and I am trying to put them back on the same way I got them off, but I am having no luck with that. I need the video clips so I can use them in iMovie. I can't figure it out, so if anyone has solved this I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thanks.

You can't re-download purchased ringtones. Ringtones are also not included in the iPhone backup. If your purchased ringtones aren't in your iTunes library so you can sync them back to your phone you'll have to contact iTunes store support to see if they will give you a credit so you can purchase them again (http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html).

Have you imported/added these videos to your iTunes library? If so, do they appear from under the Movies section? How do you have your iPod set up to sync videos from under the Movies tab for your iPod?

Seeing Facebook videos that others have downloaded from smartphones.

If I cannot use Adobe Flashplayer on my Ipad 2, I downloaded Photon on it. However, my basic need for this is that on Facebook, sometimes people downloaded their own videos from their smartphones or whereever, but my Ipad doesn't allow me to view the videos. What do I do to be able to see their videos? Thanks for your responses.

ther is no firefox for an ipad, and again "Use the facebook app", available in the app store. It's free, try it, see if you like it.

How to redownload a video that didn't download properly.

I bought a season pass to a tv show. three episodes didn't download correctly. can't find a way to redownload without buying again. When I went to purchase history there was no option to redownload even if I deleted the corrupted file. Is this just a way for apple to make more money by making you buy it twice? Or, is there a way to download again.
