How to I report poor LTE service coverage in zip code 94403?

I have a Jackpot, a home router and 2 iphone 5 in my house and 4G is slower than 3G or sometimes not loading any data. I just moved to this area so I don't know how long it's been this way. I made numerous phone calls to the Verizon service and tried all trouble shootings suggested on similar discussions here. This router is not a mobile device and it's been sitting at home not working and I cannot pay for the service I am not using. I'm about to cancel my home plan since there's no improvement whatsoever after my phone calls. Please don't respond with same repeated solutions that didn't work. Let me know what you can actually do to fix the problem on your end. My devices are perfectly normal in other areas. Thank you.

        I understand your cost concerns bamamac! The nature of our service (radio signal) presents many factors outside of our control that may impact signal (sometimes greatly). The Network Extender is a one time investment that can resolve indoor service issues at your home with the assistance of your internet service.     I experienced total service failure in zip code 70119 & 70122 at the New Orleans Jazz Fest.  No send / receive of data, voice or text.  I use an iPhone 5s running the latest OS.  I had better service during all hurricanes, except Katrina, of course.  The only evidence I have of this are screenshots of pinwheeling texts and Facebook posts.  Oh, and I have a very ****** off wife for not being able to contact me.  This was a first, but it was a weekend-long frustrating affair.  Please address this before next weekend's Jazzfest.  I'm not the only Verizon customer pinwheeling.

  • How to deploy reports from one environment to another in CoD

    Hi Experts,
    I'm actually in training with an Oracle partner in order to learn how to create reports in CoD.
    It seems quite easy.
    But the trainer here told us to develop directly the new reports on the Prod environment.
    I've asked why, cause we also have Dev and Test environment.
    And he answerer me that there's no way to deploy reports from one environment to another, the only way is to redevelop it on each environment.
    As for me it seems impossible not to be able to deploy reports from dev to test and then test to prod, I'm directly asking experts.
    So could you please confirm this or not, and maybe provide me an example of what you're doing on your side to copy from one environment to another.

  • How do I report poor service?

    The 4G service along the UP-NW Metra Line from the Cumberland stop in Des Plaines, IL all the way to Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago is unacceptably poor. Recently, both data and voice service have been failing between the Jefferson Park and Clybourn stops. I would like to know how to report this issue as I use the line Monday - Friday and I attempt to do all of my online business while on the train so I can focus on other items when I return home.

    I think my initial concern about weak signal has been coupled with poor service as described here.
    The network congestion likely does not affect the weakness in 4G signal as decreases and drop out are predictable as it happens in the same stretches of my commute. Also, I travel in my car at higher rates of speed than in the train and I do not suffer from the same oscillation of signal strength between full and complete drop out. I have spoke with a couple other commuters and they have expressed the same issues with poor signal.
    The frustration is mounting as I pay a premium for "America's Most Reliable 4G Network." If my service get interrupted when I do not pay, it is only fair that I should be able to interrupt payment when my service gets regularly interrupted.
    My contract is up in December. I have been a Verizon customer for over 9 years, and I might consider looking for a different carrier that will be able to provide a more reliable signal, or possibly the same quality signal at a more reasonable price.

  • How to have ICWeb Identification screen on top left show premise zip code

    Previously in one of our training environments anytime a Business Partner and Premise were confirmed the top left hand screen in the ICWeb would show the BP first and last name as well as the premise and the premise zip code.  In our production environment the top left hand screen shows everything except for the premise zip code.
    Can somebody please explain how this field can pick up on the premise zip code whether it is done through SPRO or coding?

    Hi David,
    This is proper coding issue. As you want  premise zip code to display in the contact information box. If I am not wrong. You can do it in Component CRMCMP_IC_FRAME. In the custom controller there is method SET_CALLER_DISPLAY_BPNAME where you need to get the premise zip code data and concatenate it to caller_display_name variable.

  • Report poor data coverage

    Where can I report poor data coverage for my verizon 4G LTE hotspot?
    Salem Oregon, 97305.
    Specifically the Corner of Cordon Rd and Hazelgreen Rd NE.  A little place called EZ Orchards has very poor data coverage. DOesn't matter inside, outside or upside down they unit get only 1 bar of data and cycle between 4G LTE AND 3G, it even show 1x evdo and basically useless.

        We're here to do a service checkup nglayton! May I ask have you contacted our customer service dept yet? If not then let's look into this together. May I ask what model hotspot/jetpack do you have? Any liquid/physical damage on the device? Do you have any issues in another area outside of the zip code that you provided? As you share the details then we can investigate.

  • Reporting Poor Coverage

    I recently merged cell plans with my fiance and transferred by phone service from AT&T less than a week ago.  However, I appear to get extremely weak or no service when I am in my office.
    Yes this is an indoor location (22060), but AT&T is reporting 4 of 5 bars of 3G service on my iPad.  Yet my "more coverage in more places" Verizon 5S is reporting a whopping 1 of 5 bars of 1x service or No service.  I've had to walk outside and down the street to get a signal to get any messages out.  Even my Sprint work Blackberry is reporting 4 of 5 bars of 3G service.
    Its easy to put red color on a map outline and claim superior coverage.  It is something else completely to ACTUALLY HAVE SUPERIOR COVERAGE.

    I am not in the office today so I do not know if that will help.  But I
    will try.  If I do get a roam charge I will dispute it and use this email.
    As for other Verizon users, turns out the phones what were issued by the
    company were originally Verizon but they changed to another carrier because
    there was no signal in the building.  This was apparently a year or so ago
    and yet based on my experience hasn't changed which means we won't be
    switching back anytime soon.
    As to your assertions that Verizon cannot anticipate signal strength inside
    buildings, I find that incredibly irresponsible from a system design and
    engineering standpoint and counter to assertions that your service is
    superior to that of other carriers.  When every other carrier has superior
    signal availability inside our building compared to Verizon devices it make
    us SERIOUSLY regret signing our contract.
    I will try the "roaming" option but since I cannot actually get a signal to
    start with (according to the phone) in the building I don't have high
    hopes.  At this point we will just count the days until we can cancel this
    sub-standard, poorly designed, service, warn others to stay away and not
    believe the questionable claims in Verizon advertisements, and eventually
    get service with a provider who actually designs their system to be used in
    locations where people actually need and use them.

  • Reporting poor to no Verizon coverage

    Since Verizon makes it extremely difficult to report poor coverage, I figured I would just place the area here in hopes of an agent reading and reporting the problem.
    There is little to no Verizon coverage of all types (4g/3g/2g) over pretty much the entire campus of the University of California, Riverside, and yes, including outside of classrooms/buildings.  The address of this campus is located at 900 University Ave, Riverside, CA 92507.  There are some spots on campus where there is absolutely zero coverage, including voice calls.  It seems that this is known by Verizon, as I have seen coverage problem reports dating back to 2009 regarding this area in these forums.  Certainly Verizon can do something to remedy this.  It would be nice to actually be able to USE my phone outside of the wifi connections within the buildings.  And no, my Samsung Galaxy S3 is not the problem, as it works perfectly fine in areas outside of the campus "dead zone".
    Let's go Verizon.  You have the highest rated customer satisfaction of any other mobile phone provider.  Let's keep it that way and fix densely populated area dead zones.

    Plopping a tower somewhere is not an easy task anymore with the NIMBY crowd. It can takes years, Not one or two, but many years and sometimes the companies just have to chalk it up as a lost cause.
    It Could be zoning issues there, or any number of issues that precludes VZW from adding more service towers. Even the Pres of the school could be supported heavily by ATT or another cell company and they simply refuse to allow VZW to play

    I have asked why there is no LTE coverage at my home for several years now and Verizon has failed to get back to me every time.
    So forgive me, I'll ask again now since it is the end of the year.
    The LTE icon never appears when I'm at home.  Same for my MiFi gadget.
    Your online coverage map shows that there should be coverage for me.
    Any ideas?
