Can't find button to start "form fill" feature. 
You hid it very well.

I have an attachment. I tap on it, which should open it. THen in the upper right corner you'll see the box with the arrow, tap on that, options will come up to 'open in'....and they'll vary depending on what apps you have installed. Open it in whatever app is appropriate, then you should be able to use that app to fill it in and then remail it from within that app (you can't go into e-mail and attach a document, you have to start from within the document and send it to the e-mail to be attached)

Starting over from scratch seems like a pretty severe step to solve an iChat problem. If you really want, we can help you make an "erase & install" of Mac OS X. This will return you to the original set-up that occurred the very first time you turned on your MacBook. But since you've come here for help, maybe we can solve your iChat trouble without going so far?
Ive tried to log in in all of my accounts but none of them worked.
Do you mean user accounts in Mac OS X or accounts in iChat? If it's iChat, perhaps someone in the iChat forum here can help you figure out the trouble?
If you're determined to start from scratch, however, let us know and we can give you the instructions.

You don't provide me the ability to start an add-on. You have lots if talk about how they work, but no why to start the feature. The softheads did it to me again.

Which form fill extension did you install?
Did you look for options in Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions? 
Note that some extensions have toolbar buttons that you can find in the Customize window and drag on a toolbar.

Are there any screenshots of that extension present on the Add-ons page where you installed the extension that might help you to find how it works?

Starting Forms 11g Builder

Hello,
In earlier (than 11g) versions of Forms, after install an icon appears on the desktop that starts the Builder. I just installed Forms 11g as part of Fusion Middleware, but there is no Forms Builder icon on the desktop. How do you start Forms Builder in 11g?

Thank you for the suggestion.
I checked the Start Menu programs (I'm using Vista) and I see three Oracle related folders:
Oracle WebLogic. Nothing in this folder even remotely suggests that it is the way to start Form Builder.
Oracle Classic 11g - Home1. Nothing in this folder will launch Form Builder.
Oracle - OH1990965469. There is an Application Development subfolder that contains two entries: SQL Developer and SQL Plus. I expect Forms Builder to be here.
Did I perhaps not install Fusion properly? Install did finish successfully, or so it said.
Where SHOULD one look for the menu command or clickable file to start Forms Builder in Windows Vista?

Last pass password manager and auto form filler have disappeared from my tool bar. How do I get them back or do I have to start all over again.

I am using Windows Vista. Both LastPass and the auto form filler have disappeared from my toolbar. Is there a way to retrieve this information or do I need to start again?

Do those extensions still show as installed in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions?
If not then it is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the files extensions.* (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left side of the Search Bar (or click the "Find Updates" button in older Firefox versions) to check if there is a compatibility update available.
You can also check for problems with the localstore.rdf file if toolbar buttons are missing.

what does the database have to do with starting Forms and Reports ? If you are on Wondows2000 then navigate to the \bin directory if the Oracle Home you installed Oracle9iDS to. Type ifbld90 for Forms and rwbuilder for Reports design environment.
If your ability to start Forms and Reports from the command line is your only exit criteria in evaluating software for a project , how far will you go with it?

open xml SDK ... I don't know what that is but I don't think it has to be so complicated:
IF it is a Document type and NOT a Document Type Set, then I can specify the template to use and even edit it afterwards.
The problem with the Document Type Set is that it won't allow me to make changes to the files I specified when creating the set. I wonder where they are kept and how these docs can be edited.
I don't think i need new software,
And I don't think i need to start writting code to achieve this simplest of tasks.
Can you elaborate a bit what xml SDK is and why I need it? what is Del Content of a document?

Pages does not do it like Word, best you can do is tab over a space and leave that space for the user to type into.
Perhaps putting a small label under to indicate what is required.
A fill in the blanks form made in Pages however really defeats the point.
Who out there has Pages, particularly whatever incompatible version you are using?
Pages has trouble opening Pages files thanks to Apple.
Use standard file formats either pdf (created in Pages, turned into a form in Acrobat Pro or their website) or Word .docx.

When I create the form, save it and open it later, I get the message that the form can only be saved empty - without whatever the user filled into the text fields. Why is this and how can I enable the form to be saved including the content of the fields?

It should only say that when used with Reader versions prior to version 11. If you have Acrobat, you can Reader-enable the form, allowing it to be saved in versions prior to 11, and 11 as well. Exactly how you do this depends on what version of Acrobat you're using:
A9: Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader
A10: File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features
A11: File > Save as Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (includes form fill-in & save)

How can I make PDF forms filled in Preview show correctly in Acrobat?

Dears list members, there is a known issue with PDF forms filled in Preview: the fields do not show properly in Adobe Acrobat. How can this issue be solved? On the internet, I found two basic solutions: (a) to flatten the document by printing it as a PDF and (b) to use a costum-made script. Is there an official correction for this bug that does not involve installing suspicious scripts? Thanks!

Open your picture fileAccess the cookie cutter tool in the toolbox. On the tool's option bar, click on the fly-out for the crop shapes. Select the circular shape (it's all black). Hold down the shift key on the keyboard and drag out the circle to embrace what you wish to retain. You can drag the circle to adjust further, then crop.
To add text, get the type tool and type the text. This will be on a separate layer. Note that there are areas of transparency (checkerboard pattern) outside the circlular area.
Use the Paintbucket tool to fill these areas. The tool uses the foreground color.
Another option would be to place a layer below the circle layer and fill it with a pattern or whatever you want.

Formscentral doesn't support direct delivery of filled forms via email at this time. You can however use Acrobat to add an email link to a form instead of a submit button. In this way the PDF will be returned to the email of your choice.

Back up all data, then test after each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved.
1. Press the down-arrow key. (Credit to ASC member iNeight.)
2. Quit and relaunch Safari. Force quit if necessary.
3. Click in the first field to be filled, and then select
Edit ▹ AutoFill Form
from the menu bar. You may have to reload the page in order to do this.
4. Select
Contacts ▹ Preferences ▹ vCard
and uncheck the box marked
Enable private me card
if it's checked.
5. Select your card in Contacts. Then select
Card ▹ Make This My Card
from the menu bar.
6. In Safari, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ AutoFill ▹ AutoFill web forms: Using info from my Contacts card
If the box was already checked, uncheck it and then check it again.
7. Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select Change Settings for Keychain "login". In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.
From the menu bar, select
Keychain Access ▹ Preferences ▹ First Aid
If the box marked Keep login keychain unlocked is not checked, check it.
Select
Keychain Access ▹ Keychain First Aid
from the menu bar and repair the keychain. Quit Keychain Access.
8. Run Software Update and install any available updates.
