How to I synch files with a co-worker so our changes are reflected in a single document?

My co-worker and I would like to be able to upload a file so we can both work on it and have our changes retained. The support forum says:
Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app keeps all the files in sync. Any additions, modifications, or deletions are reflected on all connected computers and devices. For example, if you upload an .ai file using the Creative Cloud Files page, it is automatically downloaded on all connected computers.
However, when I share a file with her, she only gets a link to the read-only file, which she can download and then modify, but then she is creating a whole new document and we are making version control a nightmare. I want to be able to create a document, upload to CC Files, and have her also be able to access the CC Files folder, work on the file, and have her changes reflected for both of us, and so on. So I guess what we need is a shared CC folder? If I can create a file on my desktop, upload it to CC, and have it synch with my iPad, why can't we operate this same principle between her computer and mine?

Hi Xziat,
The excerpt cited here is really intended as a way for the same individual to be working on the same files between multiple computers rather than multiple users between multiple computers. The problem being, like you described, version control and ending up with separate unique copies which would then need to be shared again. Being able to share the contents of a folder is a feature currently being developed. I know some people use Adobe Drive for this kind of workflow: http://www.adobe.com/products/adobedrive.html

That looks like it should work, but it doesn't.
I opened the PDF I had created from Word in Acrobat (X Pro). Went to File > Properties. Selected "Change Settings". I then enabled "Restrict editing...", set a password, set "Printing Allowed" to "none", "Changes Allowed" to "none", and ensured that "Enable copying of text..." was disabled.
I saved the PDF file, closed Acrobat, opened the PDF in Reader, and I was still able to select text and graphical objects.
I reopened the PDF in Acrobat, and the document summart still shows everything as allowed. When I click on "show details" (from File > Properties) it shows the correct settings.
Any ideas?

That is a solution, but it really isn't viable.
It is sad that apple refuses to support this.
A simple example: Sitting somewhere with no signal and you want to share a file (photo) with your colleague or friend, who happens to be right next to you.
Or even if there is signal and you don't want to be paying fees or data charges.
Or you may be in a rehearsal studio and need to share that very important file and have no time to go outside and get signal and try to send the file, which then everyone else has to go outside and catch the signal and pay fees.
Anyway, I see that this is a dead end with apple, so I guess I will be back to carrying 2 phones around again.

I cannot get my father's Calendar data to transfer via iCloud to his iPad. His Mac is running 10.7.2, and the iPad is running OS 5.0.1 (I think, at least it is OS 5 for sure.) Everything else (Mail, Contacts, etc) is transferring, but not Calendar.

Check that both have calendar syncing enabled, also check that the calendars in iCal you are trying to sync are iCloud calendars and not on my mac calendars (click on the calendar button in the top left corner of iCal).

I am working on a File to HTTPs scenario. It is in production and working fine. Currently we send only one file and I have hard coded the name in the communication channel in the header fields. Now we have to send more files with different names and I want to use only one receiver channel instead of many. We need to send the files with their original names.
I used the ASMA in the sender File Adapter and I see the FileName in the dynamic configuration under http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/File name="FileName".
I know we can use a UDF in message mapping and get the value and put it in HEADERFIELDONE. But we don't want to use mapping as the files are huge and we don't want to insert XML tags in the payload.
So how do I put the Filename from the DynamicConfiguration to the HTTP header field as FileName without using mapping? Are there any settings?
Can I put something in the PROLOG or can I use any other module in the File Sender Adapter or is there any other option?
Any help is appreciated.

You have to put the configuration in sender channel, as HTTP adapter does not allow modules.
For the second module, put values related to HTTP adapter.

My pc is a win 7 home premium and i can share my itunes libraries just fine, but when i try to conect to pc from mac it says There was a proplem connecting to the server Mitch-pc, Also when on my pc it does not see the mac at all and I have file sharing turned on in the imac with smb checked. Hey Guys, I'm new around here and with mac technology as well. Anyway, I have an iMac OS X 10.5.1 Leopard and I've recently purchased the Virtual PC for Mac 7.0.2 software. So I'd like to know how to use this program properly, because I need to run some executable files in my computer. It is confusing for me because I don't know how to get started, and I only get to the part when it says "OS not found, Install an OS on this hard drive".
Honestly I've no idea of what an OS is or where do I get that. So I'd really appreciate if one of you guys could tell me, step by step, what to do to use Virtual PC properly, and finally learn how to run .exe files on mac.

This brings up the second part of your problem. The first part is setting up either a proper Virtual Machine program like Parallels or VMfusion, or setting up a Boot Camp partition on your drive.

OS stands for Operating System. You are running Leopard 10.5.7 as an operating system on your Mac (MacOS X).
The second part of your problem - You will need a copy of Windows XP or Vista if you want to run Windows on your Mac.
There is at least one other solution for running Windows programs on a Mac. It's called "CrossOver" by a company named 'Codeweavers'. It's based on a project for "Wine" to be able to run PC programs on a Mac or Linux, without having to buy or install Windows. It works with a narrow subset of Windows programs so you would want to make sure the program you want to run is compatible with CrossOver before you buy it.

In addition to all the above information, you need to upgrade your Mac to the latest 10.5.7 from 10.5.1. "Software Update" is located under the black Apple icon in the Menu Bar at the top left corner of your monitor. After you are updated you will want to update your Profile here so that it shows the proper OS version.
With your level of experience with MacOS X and the Windows OS's you should probably get some help from a local Apple store. They have an appointment system and do offer many types of help and training, and they can offer assistance with choosing the proper programs for you to purchase for your machine.

I am using servlets to design an application.
The application supports uploading and downloading of .DOC and .RTF files.
My problem is that I am opening an uploaded file via a link.
OPen File
The above is also working fine and opens the file in the IE browser.
But my problem is that I want to open the file with MS-Word...as is done on many resume-building websites.
1) How am I supposed to do that ?
2) Can I specify ContentType="application/msword" in a link ?
