How to identify inbound location on a centralized Attendant Console?
I'm trying to find a way to be able to identify for our centralized receptionists the location of the inbound calls.
We have 16 sites set up with Cisco routers as h323 gateways each pointing all incoming calls to the main phone line to a separate AC pilot point in CCM 4.13sr3b. Is it possible to have the dialpeer put some sort of description tag that the receptionists can see on attendant console when the call comes in that says where/which site this phone call is coming in from? Or display the queue it is coming in on?
Any ideas on this would be appreciated. I'm trying to avoid going down the IPCC path to provide this functionality since Cisco won't support IPCC and attendant console running simultaneously.
Bottom line is we have a multi site CM deployment where all inbound calls going to a central group of folks running attendant console and we need to be able to discern which pilot point or voice gateway the call is coming in on.
I appreciate any thoughts on this!!
Ryan
One way to do this if you don't care about the caller ID of the calling party, would be to tranform the calling number to DN of the Pilot DN by using Translation Patterns. Basically the GW's CSS would not have access to the AC Pilot, but to a TP that transforms the calling party and redirects to the AC Pilot.

How to load a new version in Central Management Console
HI I am new to Central Management Console and need to replace a program there with the new version.
i am not seeing how this is done.
i have gone there and located the current report. but i don't see where you replace it.Hope you have already got know on how to add new programs to CMC. (CMC->Folders->Manage->Add->Program file->Browse and select the program)
To replace...
If you are using SAP BO XI R3.x, you can use "Import wizard" or LCM for replacing \ overwriting the existing version of any objects (Programs, Crystal, webi reports etc..,) from one environment to another (Dev-QA, QA-UAT, UAT-Prod).
If you are using SAP BI 4.x, you can use Promotion Management which is integrated within the CMC to replace or overwrite the existing version of any objects from one environemnt to another.
To know more about using Import Wizard - http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-20523
To know more about LCM or Promotion Management - http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/boexir31/en/xi31_LCM_User_en.pdf
Note: If you are using LCM in R3.x or Promotion Management in BI 4.x, you can also utilize the "Version management" to manage your versions to keep track off. -
How to identify the location of .dbc file in Oracle Apps ?
Hi Guys,
I'm looking for some system property to identify the exact .dbc file's location using my java program so that I can fetch the jdbc url to make a jdbc connection.
I know we can get it from $FND_SECURE but there may be a possibility of two or multiple files in the location some times.
My problem is I need to get the APPS_JDBC_URL from the dbc file to establish the connection to my db.
Help appreciated.
Thanks,
Raghu.Hi,
If want the file directory name to be captured in the BPEL process then add <element name="directory" type="string"/> in the inbound or outbound adapter header wsdl file. Then declare a variable of the header message type and in the 'adapter' tab of the receive or invoke activity select that variable which you previously created.
Hope this helps.

How to identify the bill-to-site location for a customer
Hi All,
How to identify the bill-to-site location for a customer.
I want to determine the language output of the AR invoice report based on the bill-to site address.
If the bill-to site is located in Sweden, the document should be in Swedish. If the bill-to site is located outside of Sweden, the document should be in English.
I have defined a query but not able to identify from which column I can identify the bill-site-location.
select --a_bill.org_id,party_name,account_number,a_bill.CUST_ACCT_SITE_ID
from
apps.hz_parties party
,apps.hz_party_sites party_site
,apps.hz_cust_accounts b
,apps.hz_cust_acct_sites_All a_bill,
apps.hz_locations loc,
apps.hz_cust_site_uses_all u_bill,
apps.ra_customer_trx_all trx
where party.party_id=party_site.party_id
AND a_bill.party_site_id = party_site.party_site_id
AND b.party_id = party.party_id
AND loc.location_id = party_site.location_id
AND u_bill.cust_acct_site_id = a_bill.cust_acct_site_id
AND trx.bill_to_customer_id = b.cust_account_id
AND trx.bill_to_site_use_id = u_bill.site_use_id
Thanks,
JoohiHi ,
Check this apps.hz_cust_site_uses_all here site_use_code will be there , you can find Bill_To Ship_to , from there you can find the site_use_id and location Id
Thanks

How to identify the installed Weblogic Server and JDK are 32bit or 64bit?
Hi everyone,
I have a question ~
Both Weblogic Server and JAVA JDK are installed on the server already, but I only know the Weblogic Server is 10.3.4.0 and JAVA JDK version is 1.6.0_25.
I know the 64bit Weblogic Server installation file is a wlsXXXX_generic.jar package and 64bit JAVA JDK needed also.
But, since the Weblogic installed already, there are no such installation files on the Linux Server now.
I have tried the "java -version" for java version and check the Weblogic version from Weblogic console.
How to identify the installed Weblogic Server and JDK are 32bit or 64bit with Linux command? Or is there any way to check it?What you can try to do is use WLST (or an MBean browser, such as JConsole or JRockit Mission Control) and connect to the adminserver.
For example when using WLST:
# set the environment by using setWLSEnv.sh (located in the ${WL_HOME}/server/bin directory).
# start WLST by using: java weblogic.WLST
# connect to the adminserver
connect('adminusername','adminpassword');
# change to the serverruntime environment
serverRuntime();
# show the attributes
ls();
# Here an attribute is shown called WebLogicVersion that shows the version of WebLogic
-r-- WeblogicVersion WebLogic Server 10.3.5.0 Fri Apr 1 20:20:06 PDT 2011 1398638
# Note that this does not show if is 32 bits or 64 bits to retrieve this information you have obtain the JVM version
# change the directory
cd('JVMRuntime/AdminServer');
# show the attributes
ls();
-r-- Version R28.0.1-21-133393-1.6.0_20-20100512-2126-linux-x86_64
# when you have something like x86 at the you are running a 32 bit version, if you have something like x86_64 you are running a 64 bits versionAs mentioned above you can also retrieve this information by using a MBean browser. -
How to identify ASM DiskGroup attached to which Disks ???
Hi Guys,
In 11gR2 RAC, How to identify which ASM Diskgroup is attached to which Disks...( OS is RHEL 5.4).
We could list ASM Diskgroups by,
*#oracleasm listdisks* but this command doesn't show the disks assigned to ASM DiskGroup.
Even for checking location of OCR and Voting Disks only show Diskgroup name and not the actual disks.
$ocrcheck
$crsctl query css votedisk
( like in 10gR2 RAC, We do entry in /etc/rules.d/udev/60-raw-rules file for raw mapping of OCR, Voting Disk and Other ASM Diskgroup)
Plz help me, As one of the client place, I could see so many LUNs assigned to the Server and not getting exact idea which Disks have been used for OCR, Voting Disk and DATA Diskgroup.
Thanks,
ManishWell for this you can use oracleasm querydisk.Using this you can identify which device as marked for asm or not. for example you can see this below example.

How to identify fibre channel HBA working or not
Hi,
I dont know how to identify FC hba card and port. I cant access the box because it is in a remote location.
My customer is saying there is 3 hba cards and one is showing disconnected. I see three types of cards in path_to_inst file and luxadm -e port command.
I cant understand the connection between the controller which showing in the cfgadm command and hba device.
/devices/ssm@0,0/pci@1d,600000/QLGC,qla@1/fp@0,0:devctl showing disconnected what does it mean?
So Please help me to find answers of these questions.
1) how many physical FC HBA cards are in this server.
2) How many FC Ports are in this server
3) Why controller C4 showing un configured.
4) why /devices/ssm@0,0/pci@1d,600000/QLGC,qla@1/fp@0,0:devctl showing disconnected

bash-3.00#If you see state other than online, or speed "not established," the HBA is not working, but it may not be connected to anything.
If you think it is connected, get the WWN from the "HBA Port WWN" field, and run

If you don't get any information back, you're not seeing any other FC devices (might be a switch zoning issue).
If you see other ports (usually their WWN starts with a 5), but not your LUNs, add -s, and you can see which LUNs have been masked (made available) to this WWN.
If you add -l, you can see the error counters for the link, which should be very low (single digit) and not increasing. If not, you might have a bad cable or SFP/GBIC.

I just left my phone in the movies...and now they are closed! how do I contact location services to make sure it is still there?
If you were running iOS 5 or higher, had enabled iCloud and Find My iPhone before losing it, you can go to icloud.com on your computer and try to locate it as outlined here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmfc0f2442. If it's turned on, still has Find My iPhone enabled, and has a connection to the internet, it should appear on the map.
If you didn't enable Find My iPhone before losing it you won't be able to locate it. -

Silica Gel usually comes in a porous bag within a perforated box. Put the bag and the phone in a ziplock bag together. If you buy loose silica gel just put it in the plastic bag, then put the phone on top of it. Try not to get the grains of silica gel in the openings on the phone, as it will be hard to get out.
