How to ignore the material with error in costing run ck40n

Hi
Pls, advice how to ignore parent material form costing run if the components of that material have errors. I need to run the costing run excluding erroneous parent item. Is any configuration on this..

If you want to exclude any material from Costing Run, there are two ways...
1. Go to Material Master, Costing1 view, take the check box "Do Not Cost". If you opt for this check box, the system will not consider this material for costing.
2. Where you run the standard cost estimate in CK40N, once you save you costing run with the parameters like Costing Variant etc, When you select the "Parameters" agains the Flow step of "Selection", you will be asked to give the inputs like Material Number, Plant etc.
There, against the Material Number, on the extrem right side, you will see a arrow, press that arrow, and there you can see a tab "Exclude Single Values". There you have to give the material number which you want to exclude from the costing run press "Execute" icon on the botoom-left corner of that pop-up window..

Hi,
The list of the materials to be costed can be checked using following transaction codes:
CKAPP01 Materials To Be Costed
After execution of these tcodes system will give you the list of the materials that are to be costed (you have to select the check box for Save Extract, give the userid and keep the field for max number of hits blank)
If a extract is saved you can review this extract later by the following process.
Execute transaction SE38
give program name as: SAPRCKAPP02
Execute
Give the report name as SAPRCKAPP01
Keep the variant field blank.
You will be able to find more documentation in SAP help online if you check for the miniapps help

Error during costing run(CK40n)

Dears
During costing run (ck40n),we got following errors,
1)Consumption account cannot be determined
2)Costing items for material R150 in plant EZP1 without cost element
3)Cost component split costed with value of Zero.
Can anyone tell what rectification has to be done ?

1)Consumption account cannot be determined - Please see that consumption GL account for the raw material valuation class is assigned in OBYC..
If you doub le click on the message it gives the combination of
transaction/Controlling area/Valuation class/account modifier... for which you need to assign a consumotion account in transaction OBYC.
2)Costing items for material R150 in plant EZP1 without cost element - Please doubkle click on give the description of the message...this may be due to one of the primery cost element is not created as GL a/c or visaversa.
3)Cost component split costed with value of Zero.--if you solve the above this message will disapper.

In customer identification of the call center, SAP standard does not ignore the customer which has delete stamp. From our biz, we don't want to catch them when corresponding customer call. And we will create a new customer with the phone number. How can I ignore and create the new customer?

Hi,
open in transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB the component ICCMP_BP_SEARCH.
Go to View BuPaSelectCustomer
Go to the IMPL class.
Redefine method DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT to filter out the customers you don´t want which means delete them from the BOL collection.

Hi,
i think you have maintained GL account as cost element, then it should be assigned to one CO object like cost center, internal order . GOTO OKB9 and assign cost object for that particular cost element xxxxx.
Check and revert back.

How to edit the records in error stock.

i have error records in error stack and the remaining records are loaded successfuly . here my doubt is how to edit the records in error stack because its not giving the edit option .
i want to get the edit option means i need to delete the request in target r wt ?
and there are two more targets is there below this process .

If you have less number records in this request(which you extracted now), delete that request from all the targets and reload again with option Valid records update, reporting not possible.
this is the option which is recommended.

Check the material available in MARC table in SE11 transaction against your plant.If it is not available please maintain through MM01 transaction.

more than once.
I use apache's Xerces.
I want to know if Xereces realy support namespace spec. now, or how to use
the namespace with a parser. Can anyone kindly tell me where to find some
material that demo the use of namespace in Java program.

What exactly u want to do.........If u want to Archive ur sender file then give Archive directory path and if u process the file with error data or success data it will store in Archive directory.
Archive Directory is used to store the sender files what ever data ur sending ........not for only error records.

1) How to get the itunes with the 3 colored buttons (i'm new to apple ,just 8 days so i dont know much stuff) on top left corner ,i've downloaded thrice from apple's site directly i everytime got the same sort of itunes with 'File' ,'Edit' ,'View' ,'Controls' ,'Store' ,'Adanced' ,'Help' on the top ,and also whenever i open the itunes store (in this itunes) only the app store opens ,now music albums ,movies ,tv shows nothing !!

i asked 2 of my frnds both of them have windows n not mac ,both of them are sayin dat they have the coloured buttons one , and i asked them dat how to access the itunes music store they said that when they kliked d itunes store option in the left side a screen appears where 6 -7 categories are there which are music store ,app store ,podcasts ,movies ,tv shows etc . bt when i open it it only shows d app store ,and on the bar only 4 options are ther the home icon , app store , podcasts and itunes u ,and when i klik movies ,tv shows on the left side ,there is an option "browse for movies in the itunes store" i klik it and only the app store opens and nothing else .

Hi,
The best way is to keep the materail status with deleted or blocked for puchase / sales and need to maintain in the materail master.
You cannot delete the material from material master until archiving but you can block that material for any procurement
Goto Basic data 1
X-plant matl status -
01 Blocked for procment/whse
02 Blocked for task list/BOM
10 Blocked for MRP
Select any one.
Valid from -
Here you enter valid date from which the material should be blocked.
So from this your material will be blocked for any PR/PO/any transactions related to Procurement

Our application testers asked me how to replicate a "Completed with errors" map condition, so they can verify that our application reports and handles this correctly. I've been able to generate "Completed with warnings" (create records with duplicate keys) and "Failed" conditions (drop a source table), but not "Completed with errors". Anyone know of a way to produce this condition?

Hi Steve
It depends on your 'Maximum Number of Errors' configuration property. By default this value is 50, so its highly likely you are running set based and you have used the default number of errors (50) and the error count after the run is 1 so you have the status completed with warnings. If you change the maximum number of errors to 0, you will complete with errors if there are any errors at all.

i run the following command in command prompt.i can delete the file successfully.

I want to run the command from java.So i am using the following code

The file was not deleted.

arr[1] = "-f"

CIN: How to check the material document posted without excise invoice

Please advise how to check the material document posted without excise invoice.
I have tried tcode J1I7 but it seems start to collect the excise invoice first and then material document.
But my case is to find the material document WITHOUT excise invoice for internal tracking purpose.
At the moment we start from tcode MB51 to get the list of material document and check in J_1IEXCHDR / J_1IEXCDTL

Try creating a Query in Tcode SQVI by combining tables MKPF and J_1IEXCHDR/J_1IEXCDTL for your requirement.
