How to import bank statement file to B1 2005A patch 22? ????

Dear All,
We are using B1 2005A patch 22, Australia base. Our customer wants to import Bank statement file to B1. By far we can't find a way to import a file in to bank reconciliation yet.

Have you tried using the DTW bank pages import? With this template you should be able to import Bank statements into B1.

Steps for Bank Reconcilliation Statement
1) Select check (Install Bank & Statement Processing) in company detail form.
2) Fill the house bank informaion on the same window.
3.After that need to installed BTHF add-on from Add-on Administration window for activation of import option on Bank statement process form(in Banking Module.
4.Need to install FD (Formate Definination) from same form by use this add-on we make bank format(indian bank format in SAP.
After made this format then it should be assign to house bank account level.
Administration>Setup>Banking>House bank Account and select column (import file Name) then new window will appear from this window we can make new file formate after filled relavent info (format name (SAP_TEST),formate Type(Bank Statement)).
After that assign to file format(.bfp) which made by another Add-on(FormatDefination).
click on the row which was added as file format name
After select correct file name update the file format setup form
Here we assign file format to house bank account
For Mapping on the basis of Amount :-
Now here make Internal code which will link with external code(which provided by bank ) this code will use at the time of Bank Statement Summery this code also identify that which type of posting method used at the time of bank statement processing(i.e. BP from/to Bank Account, G/L Account from/to Bank, Interim Account from/to Bank Account etc.)
Adminstration>Setup>Banking>Bank Statement Process> Internal Bank Operation Code
Administration>Setup>Banking>Bank Statement Process> External Bank Operation Code
Banking>Bank Statement And external reconciliation>Bank Statement Process form(When we click on Import from file button then here we select Bank Statement file for processing
) After successfuly import the bank statement file it show as draft document.
If we want to finilize the bank statement then double click on same draft row then new window will appear
When we import bank statement in SAP then if party have any open invoive either A/P or A/R it should be reflect for making incomming or outgoing payment. Its totally depends on which type of posting method user have mapped.
After that SAP user can adjust or reconcile all bank transaction. If user double clicks on row then new window again open for adjustment.

Hey I am facing a similar problem:
I have this jar file lbswebservice.jar that I have to use for my application.
I added it to the classpath, I copied it in my WEB-INF/lib folder, but when I try to access classes in this package, it doesnt work.
For example the jar contains the package com.blipsystems.lbs.ws.messages.* ; that contains different classes, like the Campaign class.
I tried to use this class (just to create an object) in different context (through jsp, or just through java test classes), but it never works, i get the error: com.blipsystems.lbs.ws.messages.Campaign cannot be resolved to a type
I am a bit desperate here...

What do you mean by "adjust"? Editing of Photoshop images should be done in Photoshop.
Sure, it's possible to save individual layers from an image in Photoshop as inidvidual files in a variety of formats, but what's the point? You could just as easily import the layered file, then copy/paste it into a new layer for each layer in the image and use layer visibility to control which ones show. I don't think that will do you a lot of good, though, if you use adjustment layers or opacity controls on the layer in Photoshop.

Format file problem uploading electronic bank statement files FF_5 RFEBKA00

I am facing a problem when uploading electronic bank statement files with the file format. The situation is as follows:
1- Electronic bank statement files are sent by FTP from the bank to a certain directory in AL11
2- we have developed a "z" program that just picks electronic bank statement files from AL11 directory and process them using standard FF_5 (RFEBKA00) program.
3- When processing some files had an error, when debugging we have verified that errors are caused by some "special" characters non Unicode as "®" (=Hex'AE') with UTF-8, a '#' is displayed.
SAP answers a question as follows:
AL11 is designed to display os-files (log-files, trace-files etc.)
from within the SAP-system for supporting purposes in order not to
logon to the os itself.
It was not designed to display any file-content in the system created
with any code-page.
AL11 opens the file in textmode with encoding option default, which
means UTF-8 in a unicode system and NON-UNICODE in the other case.
You cannot change this setting.
If you have the need to specify these options, depending on your files,
you can make a copy of report RSWATCH0 and customize the OPEN-statement
to yor needs.
On a Unicode system, the files need to be in Unicode format (UTF-8).
Eg:When you interpret a non-Unicode "®" (=Hex'AE') with UTF-8, a '#' is
displayed.
Case 1:
Who is creating those files? Are these files
1) created by you
2) are they written by a SAP application?
==>There are the notes 752835 and 747615 for cases like these.
In case 2) it may be that the application responsible for the file
download (not AL11!) should be the problem, considering note 752835.
There is also the possibility for you to convert the file to the correct format using our tool RSCP_CONVERT_FILE (note 747615).
System administrator has told me to copy standard RFEBKA00 program and modify the OPEN-statement but I am not agree because I think that the problem is when generating the files in bank's system and/or sending the files to SAP by FTP.
Does any body face a problem like this before? Any ideas?

The files that are available in AL11 are in Unicode.
Can you convert them to text by using the following method and then try:
You must have mapped this directory and having access.
Right click on file
Open with: Microsoft Office Word
Then the pop-up comes: File conversion - bacs
Select Other encoding radio button
Then select "Unicode" from list
and say OK
Now the file is being opened in readable format:
File SAVE as PLAIN TEXT
Save the file in the same folder that you are referring to in AL11
Now if you try with this .txt file, it should work in FF_5

This is worked in eclipse only. i want to use that jar file in my project current path. so any body help me how to import this jar file? ( i am using mac os to develop java project )

You need to specify the classpath when you execute it outside of Eclipse.

There's no import needed. You just open it using the AIR SQL APIs. If this database file was created outside AIR, it's not necessarily compatible, though. There are SQLite features and extensions that aren't supported in AIR.
