How to import of Visual Composer@browser models into Visual Composer@NWDS?

Hello,
some month ago, I started modeling a number of composite views with the browser version of the Visual Composer 7.1 SP 5. At this time, the corresonding NWDS did not provide an integrated Visual Composer.
Now, we have moved to the CE 7.1 EhP 1 SP 2. This time the NWDS provides an integrated Visual Composer. Unfortunately, the integrated Visual Composer does not display my models.
How can I import my Visual Composer models from the browser version to the NWDS version?
Thanks a lot and kind regards
Alexander

Hello Talia,
You can use Import/Export in order to move your models from Visual Composer@browser to Visual Composer@NWDS.
Although, I have been able to export my models from VC@browser, I have not succeeded in importing them into VC@NWDS. Can you please give me a hint how to do that?
But If you intend to add your models to DTR (Source Control repository) in the future, you should to add them to DTR in VC@browser first, import them in NWDS (using Development Infrastructure perspective) from the DTR, check out, continue modeling and check in at the end.
To this end, I have to configure the VC@browser to use the DTR, right? Can you please give me a hint how to perfom the required configuration?
Thanks a lot
Alexander

  • How I import bookmarks from 1 browser to Safari?

    Hello everyone.
How I import bookmarks from 1 browser to Safari?
    This applies to version 5.0.1

It is Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
    Thanks.
To export your bookmarks from Chrome, see:
[Bookmarks: Import or export bookmarks|http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=96816 ]
To export your bookmarks from Firefox, go "Bookmarks > Organise Bookmarks". In the bookmarks Library screen, go "Import and Backup > Export HTML".
Once you've got the bookmarks html files from Chrome or Firefox, in Safari bring up your menu bar and go "File > Import Bookmarks". Browse to the html file you exported from Safari or Chrome, select the html file, and click "Open". That'll take you to the Bookmarks page in Safari. The bookmarks will be in a new folder called "Imported <DateYouImportedThem>".

How to import photo from album in Iphone into computer?

You can't. You can import from the Camera Roll only.
Photos transferred from your computer to your iPhone via the iTunes sync/transfer process should remain on your computer. Photos transferred from your computer are optimized for viewing on your iPhone via the iTunes sync/transfer process - the original resolution of these photos is reduced, which is why transferring these photos in the opposite direction is not supported. These photos should remain on your computer and be included with your computer's backup.
There are some 3rd party paid utilities that provide for transferring these photos in the opposite direction but such utilities are not supported by Apple and the original resolution of these photos will be lost.
    Here is one such utility.

  • How to import old iPhone SMS.CSV file into new iPhone?

    Hey everyone,
So I've spent a couple days on this as I just upgraded to the iPhone5S from my 4S.  Long story short, my backup restore didn't work after multiple tries (gave me the file is corrupt or not compatible with the iPhone error).
    I tried:
    -reinstalling itunes
    -updating itunes
-combining the 5S backup with the old 4S backup
    -tinyumbrella
and a few of other things as I've forgot now.
The most important things I needed was the contact list and SMS history.  I've got the contact list from extracting is successfully from the iTunes backup folder and using iCloud, but cannot figure out how to import the SMS.CSV file into my iPhone5S.
Any suggestions on how I can get my SMS messages from my iPhone4s into my 5S?
If anyone has any other suggestions on getting my Backup Restore to work that would be awesome too!
    Thanks!

A word on SMS text messages. It is pracitcally impossible to import an SMS text-messages file to a new iPhone and have the Messages app on the new device read the messages.
You can transfer, however contacts and other individual data (such as calendars and notes) from one iphone to the next. I had my old Nokia which whose contacts I exported to a CSV file. I then imported the file to my iphone which converted the file into multiple contacts in the Contacts app on the iphone. You can use a contact management app such as this one in order to import the contact file to the new iPhone.

  • Integrate GRC 10.1 with CUA and how to import roles from CUA & Child systems into GRC for provisioning

    Hello,
I am trying to integrate CUA into our GRC 10.1 system through the below steps and so far I have completed the below steps following SAP Notes 1680108 and 1616121:
    1. Connected CUABOX to GRCBOX like a plug-in system.
    2. Updated CUA Global System and CUA Model Distribution in Maintain CUA settings under User Provisioning.
    3. Next I am trying to import the roles from CUA(CUABOX) into GRC(GRCBOX) to be able to provision roles in CUA Child Systems(ECCBOX).
After reading few discussions in SCN, I have figured that we have to download a template in Role Import and populate it accordingly to upload the CUA child system roles into GRC system for provisioning in CUA Child Systems.
Unfortunately, this template has multiple fields and I am unable to determine the fields that should be populated as CUA Global System and CUA Child System to import into GRC. Also, when we upload CUA Child System Roles template what selections should be made in Role Import window.
Any help in this regard is very helpful.
    Thank you,
    Pawan

    Hi Alessandro,
I have "Create user if does not exist" setting checked for both change action and assign role action and also have CUA enabled. Here is the list of steps that I am performing:
    1. Create an access request for new account, T-CUA_CHILD and select a role from a child system ECC Z_ECC_ROLE_IN_CHILD_SYSTEM.
    2. Approvals provided to assign the ECC role.
    3. I see the following in GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD.
Auto provisioning activity at end of request at Path GRAC_DEFAULT_PATH and Stage              GRAC_SECURITY
New User:T-CUA_CHILD created in System(s): ECC (created without role assignments)
T-CUA_CHILD User does not exist in target system CUA
GRC created an account without role assignment in ECC but also throwed me an error that the user does not exist in CUA.
However, if I select roles from both CUA and ECC it creates the account in both systems with the selected role assignments.
So I am wondering if there is way to provide CUA access to users by default for new account requests types. I have tried setting up default roles for CUA but it does not assign the roles by default until I select the CUA system.
    Thank you for your help!

  • How can Import Mysql my database and Table into website -

    Hi,
friend i am using CS3 ,i made all need tables in database ,I need  to know
how can import that database /table into website.
I know  in domin there is admin Mysql inside i have found impotr/export/ but
when  I click import i do not know where my database/table been save to  import it

If all you are trying to do is change an existing tablepace from a single datafile to multiple datafiles, then a simple import will work fine. Just create the tablespace in the new database with multiple files, then do the import normally.
If you want to move segments into different tablespaces, or change the names of the tablespaces, then you will need to precreate the tables before importing. Then, do the export with indexes=N and constraints=N. Run import with the resulting file, then re-create the constraints and indexes in the new tablespaces.

  • Importing a Power Designer 12 Model into a DI Datastore

<p>I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with trying to import a PowerDesigner 12 model into Data Integrator through the Metadata Exchange.  According to the documentation, I should be able to do this using the third party tool MIMB.  The BO DI Documentation says if MIMB is installed it will show up all the choses with DI.  I installed the trial version of MIMB, but I have not been able to get a PowerDesigner model imported into DI.  Just wondering if anyone has had some luck with this.</p>

    Thanks Phillip:
    You're exactly right.
When we cloned the app in Designer to a different folder, the domains didn't come across properly for some reason. I looked at the domains in the old folder vs the new cloned folder and the Usages in showed that many of the objects in the new folder were missing linkages to the domains. Any object missing a domain linikage in the new Designer folder was coming across to Data Modeler with domain_# as the column data type. For those columns with proper domain links in Designer, it produced two domain entries in Data Modeler after the import: one with the correct domain name and one with the domain_#.
I imported the domains from the older folder first and then imported the other objects from the new folder and the domain_# entries in Data Modeler were cut down to four, which was caused by domain linkages not present in the older folder but present in the new one.
Thanks for your help. I understand what's going on now.

  • How to import the .exp/XPDL/XSDL file into ALBPM Studio 5.7

    Hi,
Can somebody tell how to import the .exp file that are developed in ALBPM Studio 6.0/Oracle BPM 10g r3 into ALBPM 5.7. I have tried but can not able to import the project as the file suported by ALBPM 5.7 is <.fpr.exp>. I have also tried to import the XPDL/XSDL file developed in 6.0 to 5.7 but can not able to do so. It is importing the file but the only the automatic activities are showing in workspace (All the other activities like Interactive, Grab etc are not displayed). The code inside that automatic activities are also not there.
How to import the file/files in ALBPM 5.7
    Regards,
    Bibhu

    Hi Bibhu,
I expect importing a project to an older version of BPM isn't going to work or be supported.
Most products are built to be backwards compatabile, not forwards compatible.
I recommend you go to one version of the product anyway - trying to maintain two adds to your maintenance and support overheads.
In which case migrating your processes from 5.7 to 6.0 (or even 10g) would be supportable and the best way to go.
    Rgrds,
    Ian

  • How to import a 2010 list or library into 2013

    Hi,
Does someone have a good guideline or idea on how to import an exported 2010 list or library into Sharepoint 2013?
    thanks for any help
    regards
    Martin

Though a little hands-on it is actually possible to do that without third party solutions! (with limitations)
On 2010 go into the list settings
    Choose save list as template
Give it a name and check "Include content"
Download the .stp file from the list template gallery
Upload it to the list template gallery on your SharePoint 2010/2013 site
Create a list from it, the template should appear in the available templates when choosing the right locale
    Voilá :-)
This also works from 2007 to 2010/2013 though it is a little trickier...
On 2007 go into the list settings
    Choose save list as template
Give it a name and check "Include content"
Download the .stp file from the list template gallery
    Rename it to .cab
    Extract it
    Open the manifest.xml
    Change
    <ProductVersion>3</ProductVersion>
    to
    <ProductVersion>4</ProductVersion>
    Save
Pack everything with makecab.exe to a cab file (I'll come to that later)
    Rename .cab to .stp
Upload it to the list template gallery on your SharePoint 2010/2013 site
Create a list from it, the template should appear in the available templates when choosing the right locale
    So, now to the problems:
This does only work for lists/libraries with content less than 10MB :-(
This is a limitation of SharePoint and you cannot get arround that.
So that might most likely limit the approach to your task list.
Creating a CAB file is not really straigthforward. You need to create an inf file which describes the data which will be stored. See also here
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/3h8ff753(v=vs.80).aspx
In some cases the template does not show up in the dialogs, then you can only create the list through PowerShell, i.e. like that
    # important, upload the .stp file first to the list template gallery of the site of the web where the list should be created
$webUrl = "http://<yourweburl>" # web in which you want to create the list based on the custom template
$listTemplateName = "<yourlisttemplatename>" # the name with which you saved the list into the list template gallery
    asnp Microsoft.SharePoint.PowerShell
    $web = Get-SPWeb $webUrl
    $listTemplate = $web.Site.GetCustomListTemplates($web)[$listTemplateName]
    $Web.Lists.Add("ListName", "", $listTemplate);
    4. Lookup columns are referenced with the list instance guid. As a result you would require to create the lookup lists first, then update the guid in the manifest.xml and then create the other list
    5. Manage Metadata columns won't work unless you migrated the data base too from 2010 to 2013 and the guids of the terms remain.
Some time ago I wrote a PowerShell script which takes care all the above for you (including lookup columns), but this was still from 2007 to 2010.
I need to test it first on 2013 before I am going to post it here.

  • How to import non-IMAP Windows 8 emails into Thunderbird

I've upgraded my daughter's tablet from the awful "resident" Windows 8 mail program to Thunderbird and would like to import her old .eml email files into her TB inbox.
I've seen threads instructing how to do this if the old emails are stored on an IMAP account (gmail, yahoo, etc.). But we don't have an IMAP account. Just the .eml files from our POP3 provider in the weird locations where Windows 8 put them (long path names with numbers).
If anyone knows how to make Thunderbird import these, please respond. Thank you.

There is an add-on to TB which allows import and export of emails in various formats to a separate storage medium (external disk, thumb drive, etc.).
The instructions on how to download and install it can be found at http://barryduggan.info/exportMail.php
You should be able to import the .eml with that.

  • How to import iphoto events from remote library into local library

I know how to access my MBA's iphoto library from my imac, however I don't know how to import any event/photo into my local imac's library. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Once that opens by default with iphoto, then... went to Finder again, Pictures, right click on iphoto library (local Imac library) and select "open with" = Aperture.
There I had my MBA's library opened on iphoto and my local Imac library opened on Aperture. I simply dragged the events from iphoto to Aperture. Worked like a charm..
PS: It is obvious to say that for this to work, both Imac and MBA have to be Shared in the same network
That works, but there is a better way with Aperture. The problem.  If you drag the photos from Aperture to iPhoto, you only transfer the previews and you lose quality, because you do not transfer the high quality originals.
Aperture can do more for you:
Select the event   (in Aperture "Projects") you want to transfer in the library Inspector and then use "File > Export > Project as new Library".  This will create a new photo library with only the elected items.
Then open your destination iPhoto library in Aperture and select the command "File > Import > Library" and select the partial library with your events. Aperture will now merge this library into your iPhoto library.
This way, you will transfer the originals and all editing, keywords, etc, and effectively merge your iPhoto libraries preserving all your work.

  • How to import data from a text file into a table

    Hello,
I need help with importing data from a .csv file with comma delimiter into a table.
I've been struggling to figure out how to use the "Import from Files" wizard in Oracle 10g web-base Enterprise Manager.
I have not been able to find a simple instruction on how to use the Wizard.
I have looked at the Oracle Database Utilities - Overview of Oracle Data Pump and the Help on the "Import: Files" page.
Neither one gave me enough instruction to be able to do the import successfully.
Using the "Import from file" wizard, I created a Directory Object using the Create Directory Object button. I Copied the file from which i needed to import the data into the Operating System Directory i had defined in the Create Directory Object page. I chose "Entire files" for the Import type.
Step 1 of 4 is the "Import:Re-Mapping" page, I have no idea what i need to do on this page. All i know i am not tying to import data that was in one schema into a different schema and I am not importing data that was in one tablespace into a different tablespace and i am not R-Mapping datafiles either. I am importing data from a csv file.
For step 2 of 4, "Import:Options" page, I selected the same directory object i had created.
For step 3 of 4, I entered a job name and a description and selected Start Immediately option.
What i noticed going through the wizard, the wizard never asked into which table do i want to import the data.
I submitted the job and I got ORA-31619 invalid dump file error.
I was sure that the wizard was going to fail when it never asked me into which table do i want to import the data.
I tried to use the "imp" utility in command-line window.
After I entered (imp), i was prompted for the username and the password and then the buffer size as soon as i entered the min buffer size I got the following error and the import was terminated:
    C:\>imp

Please show me the easiest way to import a text file into a table. How complex could it be to do a simple import into a table using a text file?
We are testing our application against both an Oracle database and a MSSQLServer 2000 database.
I was able to import the data into a table in MSSQLServer database and I can say that anybody with no experience could easily do an export/import in MSSQLServer 2000.
I appreciate if someone could show me how to the import from a file into a table!
    Thanks,

  • How to import DVD+VR (full res.) into iMovie HD?

I created the disks from old VCR tapes using a Lite-On DVD Recorder and now I want to edit them (full res.) and burn them back to DVD. This is one of the main reasons I purchased this comp. (sales clerk said it would do it "No problem") I've tried a couple different programs but it always comes out pixelated. This is my first Mac and everything else works great.
    Thanks in advance,

iMac Intel Core Duo   Mac OS X (10.4.7)

Creating a DVD has already seriously compressed your VHS footage, so you can't edit at full resolution. The best way to use iMovie to convert VHS to digital is to use a miniDV camcorder as a pass-through between VCR and Mac. This will get your footage imported at the best resolution. You can edit in iMovie, send to iDVD to finish and compress to DVD format.
    From Karsten Schluter:
    From VHS to DVD
Give New Life to Old Movies

You can convert yor DVD files into something that iMovie can handle, but you will have to get additional software for the conversions. Also, your quality will suffer. See how here:

  • How to important "sent mail" from another account into Mail?

I wasn't sure where to put this question because of the way this forum is organized.
    Anyway, here is my problem:
I woke up thinking I may have forgotten to send an important e-mail yesterday. I thought, "No problem, I won't have to drive all the way to work. I'll just set up Mail on my iMac to use the e-mail account I use at work." It's an SBCGlobal account, so I found most of the information I needed about the mail servers and POP and IMAP and all that stuff that could be termed in a lot more user-friendly language so I don't have a conniption fit trying to figure out what it is I'm doing.
I finally managed to get it set up to where all of the messages from the inboxes were imported into my Mail app. One big problem: I need to look at the *sent* mail, and if I didn't send the e-mail I thought I needed to, I need to access attachments that I sent to others.
So how do I important the sent folder from my work e-mail account into Mail?

I wouldn't doubt it. I work at a small church so we don't have much funding, but we're switching to Gmail. I found an older, unedited print copy of what I was supposed to send and made alterations to that and e-mailed it to the people who needed it. The other thing I was supposed to e-mail isn't essential, I suppose, as it's Sunday's bulletin and everyone will be picking one up tomorrow when they come to church anyway. It's just that I'm fairly new at the position, I love everyone at the church and with whom I work, and I want to do everything right 100% of the time to please them because I'm very Type A. I've been really getting a hang of my job, but it seems there's always one thing that I screw up. I guess I'll get better with experience. And hopefully switching to Gmail, if I do this again, I can just access everything from home.
