Hi Experts, I am new to IDOCS. I have to update one already written function module to accept IDOC in SAP from external system. In the function module I see some IMPORT parameters like 'input_method' and 'mass_processing' and EXPORT parameters like 'workflow_result' , 'application_variable' , 'in_update_task', 'call_transaction_done' . Can someone tell me what are these parameters for ???.

input _method for method of data records update
Mass_processing for handling the large number of Idocs in single take
Workflow_result for hitting the results at last
'in_update_task' update the records in update mode
call_transaction_done' by using call transaction method it would post the records

How do you import a list of users from a file? (BPC 7.5NW)

In adding users from a network domain, the related personnel filter provides three choices. One of the choices allows a BPC administrator to import a list of users from file. For some reason, the radio button alongside that option is grey and the choice is inoperable. Does anyone know what steps-configuration or later-must be taken to make this choice operable and to be able to import the list of users from a file?

So after analysing this log file, i created
the appropriate drives and folders... as the
import statement doesn't see them.
E:\ORADATA G:\ORDATA etc...
And i started to [b]IMPORT ONE MORE TIME. with:

Even if we have to overwrite tablespaces , tables and users.

Hello, I have a few contact list (csv) i want to add in my thunderbird adressbook. tought, I can' t find a way to add the categories of my contacts when i import my list of contacts from a csv files to my thunderbird adressebook. As you can see in the image, in the Edit contact window there is a section named categories, and ussually you click that section and you decide whatever the contact is a friend, a parent etc. Well I want to import that information from a csv file already made and not setup up the categories from each contact one by one. Ok thank you very much!

You need a vCard (.vcf) format, not .csv. Were these exported from Outlook?

List item is forms is generally used when you have pre-defined set of values. you can define them property of list item.
It seems you have dynamic list of values to be displayed on your form, instead go for a text item with a LOV. You can define your logic to get list of values in record group.

try SE24, your class, and go to menu 'Go to' -> object directory entry,
click pencil icon and give your package name, will raise request.
SE10 to release and STMS from prod to import.

I like to know how to import tables, indexes, tablespace, etc from an DMP export of a Oracle 10.2.0.1 to be apply on a Oracle 11.2.0. When I import the DMP file all the data is going to one single Tablespace, for example, Users tablespace.
On the original database we have various tablespace's each separated with different content (tables, indexes) and I like to know if it posible to import the same schema,tables, indexes, tablespace all made with one single DMP Export. I can't use DBUA because the software of the database on the 10.2 is missing, I have only a DMP file (24GB) of DMP!.

Then in my 11.2 version first I created the user then when import the DMP file none of the tablespace (TABLESPACE1, TABLESPACE2, ETC...) is created, all is going to the USERS tablespace, SO, im looking a way to tell imp command that generates the exactly tablespace structure that i was have on the 10.2.
