How to include a Bapi or a TCD into my Java WebDynpro

Hello all,
Yesterday I finished my first Java WebDynpro Application ("Welcome"). That means, I am a beginner
But like I mentioned in the subject, I need Information about, how I can <b>include a Bapi or a TCD into my Java WebDynpro</b>.
This could be any information: verbal statements, Powerpoints, How-To-Guides, *.pdf's or something like that.

You can find some information about webdynpro below link. But I dont understand exactly what do you want to do? You can call any BAPI easily inside webdynpro java.

How get BUS2089 into a Java WebDynpro

Hi,
I'm new to Java webdynpro programming. I have wrapped RFCs and used these but now I want to access attributes and methods on the SAP business object BUS2089.
Is it possible to import (auto wrap) a SAP business object into Netweaver dev studio then access the attributes and call the methods?? I can't find one...

Hi,
You can access BAPIs and RFCs with webdynpro by creating a model based on RFC/BAPI. This will generate EJB's that you can use in your application to access the underlying business functionality on SAP. If you are doing this "outside" of webdynpro you can still access the business objects by using JCo (Java Connector).

How to include a parameter executing a command line from java??

Hey
I've a problem It's very single for you: this consists in execute a command from java
in this case the command is : runas but I've tried nd is good but I can´t include the password.
This is due to the sintaxis is :
runas /user:127.0.0.1\Administrator cmd
The first command is execute but.. the problem is it show the input for the password.
And the password is not let including in the command line
How can I do that? Please help me is very urgent.

How to include jsps's of one application into another

Hi people,
I want to include a jsp from one web application into another. I have specified in the web.xml in Tomcat/conf directory that both the applications are "crosscontext=true". But tomcat fails to include the jsp from the other web application. It always tries to look for that resource with respect to the context of the current application.
Any idea how do I go about it. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

In the standard Sun JSTL tag library there is a tag that will include the output of the jsp in your jsp. I beleive the tag is called "include" or "import" but I forget the exact name. I also believe that you'll have to pass any needed parameters.

i know that i can use SE30 from ABAP by executing from SAP.
may be ST05 useful for me i did it but when display trace
i am getting big list by seeing this list i am not able to find the runtime for that BAPI.

Hi Ramesh,
Irrespective of whether the call is from an external system or within sap, the bapi will be executed in R/3 only.
So, you can safely measure the runtime using se30 only.
If it is taking more time when called from JCo , then you can be sure that the problem is not with SAP and is actually due to the JCo connectivity with R/3.

The requirement is I need to include all the objects in a z*package into one single request.One way is I find out latest version of each program and include it in request.But there are some 200 objects in the package.Is there any simple way to do it , I mean is there any option wherein I type the package name and all programs get included in the request..........

Please try this ..
Goto SE09 ..
Create a transport request ...
Delete the sub-task ..
Now place cursor on main task(request)
click on Include objects(Ctrl+F11)
In the popup check 'Freely selected objects' radio button .. click Ok
Enter the package name ... and any other parameters .. and F8 ..
This will include all the objects in the particular package selected ..
Then release the task ...

How to include Sales Office and Sales Group into FI report?

I have a requirement to add Customer characteristics u201CSales Groupu201D and u201CSales Officeu201D into a FI report which is based on the InfoCube 0COOM_C02. The values that needs to be presented is actual data (Customer Master Data; NOT transactional value.
In the DataSource u201C0COORDER_ATTRu201D, fields Sales Organization and Sales Group are present and it is brought to BW from R3. But I am not able to find the way to get the field Sales Office into SAP BW.
I checked the extraction program for the DataSource u201C0COORDER_ATTRu201D, the fields Sales Org and Sales Group are coming from a table u201CCE41000u201D but in this particular table there is no Sales Office present.
So can anyone guide me out in getting the Sales Office to the DataSource u201C0COORDER_ATTRu201D, or is there any way of getting it in BW directly by reading some Master Data table.

Hi Sangeeta,
As per your statement, my understanding is that the Organization Attributes are not maintained in the Customization. If all the values are properly maintained then based on the Organization Data determination, the system would have picked up the data. You can first check the Organization Structure and see all the attributes are properly maintained or not and then check whether the Object Permitted in determination checkbox is checked. Then create a Transaction and see that all the Organization data are getting filled properly.

If the Organization data customization is not meeting your requirements then you can have a second look at the development approach. Then we can have a look at the available Objects to get the desired functionality.

You can use the Runtime class for this. It can run any command. So, you can run the .exe file of your Web browser.
