How to include a delete functionality to web reports of BW

Hello Experts,
How can we delete the views which are saved by endusers in a web report.
I hope there should be a possibility of adding a "button" to the report which gives the user the functionality of deleting a view.

How to get the original version of Web report in BW ?

Hello Friends ,
I have transported one Web report from BW development to BW Production System.
But unfortunately , the desired result not me met .
So I have been asked to keep the original version of the Web report.
As the new version of Web report has replaced the previous one ,
So could anybody tell me how to get the original version of Web report in BW ?

You can use the Transaction STMS choose the option "Import Overview" . In the GOTO tab select "History" and choose "Import History".
Here you can find the history of requests imported to the prod system.

How to include Material Cost in the SD report

I am working on Cube 0SD_C03 for the Sales and Distribution Report "Sales Contribution - Product Wise u2013 KPI" where I have to show the following information which are given below.
1. Total Sales Qty.

How achieve "cumulated" key figure in a webi report

Hi all,
In a bex query we can mark "cumulated" in properties of characteristic, then when we run this query our key figures for this characteristic will be cumulated but for rest of characteristics will be non cumulated values. Please how can I get this cumulated valued in a webi report ?? because in spite of mark this flag in our bex query when I run this characteristic in my webi report it doesnt work. Perphaps there is a function in webi or there is a proporty to modify in my universe??

I could not find the arcsine function to be included in the WebI report.
Is there a way I can enforce WebI to return arcsine values.

How to sort on Multiple columns in WebI report

Hi
I am working in BO XI R2. I have a report containing two columns in a section. Section is on Fiscal Year- Fiscal year includes calendar year 2010 and 2011.
data for fiscal year 2010 is from october onwards.
The two columns in the section are
column 1- calendar Year
column 2- calendar Month
I want to display results as follows
2010 oct
2010 nov
2010 dec
2011 jan
2011 feb and so on.
I first sorted calendar year column so that it shows
2010
2011
but when i try to sort calendar month, for 2010 I am able to display oct, nov, dec in a ascending order but for 2011 the months are displayed randomly. Business user wants to see them in ascending order from Jan to June.
Please let me know how to get this functionality in the report.

I have same issue with me I am working on XI3.1 and I want to apply Sort on multiple columns on Single block.
So as you can see the "Org Name" is decending Order and " Emails Sent" total is 63 and "BCB" have 18 total.
How would I apply sorting based on email sent from high number to low number. Please help.

How to restrict values of Dimensions in Webi report prompt

I need to create a WebI report for a set of Business users. We have several thousands of Agencies. Business Users want to see only the agencies they work with (about 100) in the prompt. This way they need not go through thousands of agencies they dont work with. I tried to use List Of Values option but that didnt give me desired result. Please let me know how to restrict values in prompt to few values from the n number of values available in database.

How to include an attachment in summarize comment report in acrobat 9 Pro?

I have a shared review document intiated using Acrobat 9 Pro, and some ppl have commented using the "Attach a file as a comment" tool. Now when i summarize my comments that attachment does not show up in the report, so how can include the attachment in the report?

Sorry for my late response, have been on holiday...
1) I had installed Acrobat Reader 8
2) I can see the 'Adobe PDF Reader' object in my ActiveX Controls dropdown box
3) I can add this object to a report
4) intellisense does not show the loadfile method but it changes to LoadFile and it compiles
5) displaying the report does not show anything on my report
6) using the object.src property no results either
7) I can add this object to a form
8) intellisense does not show the loadfile method but it changes to LoadFile and it compiles
9) running the form brings up a runtime error 'method not found'
(that's different behaviour as in the report !!!)
10) using the object.src property gives FINE results!!!!
Almost the same behaviour was mentioned in a topic by Bob Wintemberg, http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.3bc443d7 , but there was no final solution mentioned!
Any help would be very appreciated!
BTW i looked in the 'Developing Applications Using Interapplication Communication' document but that does not bring my any additional knowledge!

POJO How to include a Image/Picture into a report

Hi All,
the POJO Data Source support works fine but how can i include a image/picture into a Report ??
My Pojo contains a Blob and a byte[] but if i trag 'n' drop it onto the report design surface (myReport.rpt), C4E creates automatic fields for me but the Blob and the byte[] does not become available for reporting.
In the application i would like to move a image into the blob or into the byte[].
What is wrong ??

now our client wants we can restict sales group values based on text.
like 11 - XXXX.
here 11 key value and xxxx is the text.
as of now we can restrict values based on key values.
but client wants we can restrict values based on text.
if you have any ideas on that plz let me know.
