How to include beehiveonline in Oracle Content Servers for quick navigation in "style" explorer?

I can see my stbeehive workspaces so that it is easier to manage the moving of documents between one folder and another. But I am not able to configure beehiveonline content.
Can someone help?
Thank you
Chiara

Could you please provide more information on what you trying to configure? Are you trying to configure BOL workspaces in explorer? If so its the same way as ST Beehive workspace but the URL is different. You can use OBEE or any webdav client.

  • How to include in table of contents the list of figures and list of tables?

How to include in table of content the "Table of contents", "List of figures" and "List of tables"? All are generated with function Table of contents, but they will not appear in generated table of contents even if they have proper style of headings - Heading 1, as other chapter.
I get this in generated Table of contentes of my dissertaion thesis:
    Table of contents
    Preface
    Table of contents <- missing
    List of tables <- missing
    List of figures <- missing
    Introduction
    Main
    Conclusion
Is it ok, that generated lists are not included in table of contents?

    You've just confused me.
My understanding of how this is set up is that either:
This is a book, and there is a master TOC that includes all book documents and a document-specific TOC in each component file, or
This is a single file and there is one master TOC that includes all sections and a section-specific TOC that includes only the individual section.
In the first case, I think you would want two TOC styles set up, one that includes the chapter heads (if I understood how you said this worked) for the for the master, and you would include all docs in the book when you generate it, and a second style for the individual chapters, with the subheadings you want to include.
In the second case, it would be similar, but instead of only one style to cover the section TOCS, I think you would need to create a unique set of pargraph styles for the headings in each section (they can all be the same format, based one section, just with unique names), and then make a TOC style for each section that includes only the styles from that section.
OK,  wait a sec. I just reread what you said: "Another thing: when the numbers are "linked" and updating well, they  display indide a little box. Not a text box, but a kind of little frame  around the numbers. That frame makes it imposible to delete just one  number: when the TOC says that Section 6.1 is in page 135, for example,  you cannot delete just the 5, it deletes, not just the 3 numbers, but  also the doted tab."
I think these are NOT normal TOCs created by using Layout > TOC (but you could replace them with ones that are, if you set up your styles properly and the text you want to include is appearing on the pages). Those little boxes you mention sound like cross-references, which should update automatically without any intervention at all. Unfortunately, cross-refs can be flakey, especially if they point to another document. I'd open the cross-refs panel and see if you need to recreate a bunch of links.

  • How do i start an Oracle Trace?   For a currently running session?

How do i start an Oracle Trace? For a currently running session? How do i read it?

How do i read it? Ohh forgot this one. That tracing will create a tracefile in udump directory and you need to run tkprof to parse that trace file so that you can read it. To find the udump dir type "show parameter user_dump_dest" at sqlplus prompt and then run tkprof like (from OS prompt):
    tkprof file_name.trc file_name.txt sys=no
Type only tkprof for more option of this tool.

  • Hide "No content available for this navigation node" message

    Hello everybody,
we run EP7 SP022. We have a role with several BI reports / iViews. As long as the user selects no report the message "No content available for this navigation node" is shown. As far as I know this is standard behavoir but we'd like to hide this message.
SAP note 1437667 says: "When navigating to a folder/workset/role which has no default content to be displayed, the content area should render the default content component which is configured at property "DefaultContent" in the content area iView. The default value for this property is:
"pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/general/com.sap.portal.noContentMessage", which is the pcd location of SAP default content component."
Does anybody know where the mentioned "content area iView" can be found, so that we could change the "DefaultContent" property ?
    Thank you in advance.

  • No content available for this navigation node

    Hi,
I am receiving the message "No content available for this navigation node" on clicking  System Administration in Portal. I receive the same messages for the other roles .
    Can somebody kindly help?
    Portal version: 7.01 SP7
    Best regards,
    Dharmi
p.s,. For previous versions, no message is being generated.

    Hello Dharmi,
It was a change in the default behavior, then when navigating to a folder/workset/role which has no default content to be displayed, the content area should render the default content component which is configured at property "DefaultContent" in the content area iView.
The default value for this property is:
    "pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/general/com.sap.portal.noCont
    entMessage"
which is the pcd location of SAP default content component.
This property can also be configured with the pcd location of any component, It can also be set to an empty string if it desired to continue with the old behavior (empty page is displayed).
Also in NW 7.01 SP8 it also have changed back to the old behavior - So in case you are upgrading your system to this version no changes are needed.
I hope this info helps you to resolve your issue,
If so please evaluate this answer,
It will help SDN to keep growing,
    Best Regards,

  • No Content available for this navigation node message after Portal Upgrade

    Hi,
After Portal upgrade to 7.01 EHP1 SP7, when we are clicking on any role at the TLN, the Portal Content area is showing the message " No Content available for this navigation node". However before upgrade when we are clicking on any TLN role the content area used to show the first iview in the folder in the detailed navigation.
Please help as we are in a very critical state.

    Hi Amiya,
I already gone through this thread but iwe will get an empty page if we will change the value of default content to null in the Content Area iview. My requirement is to expand the folder in the detail navigation area and display the first iview in that folder in the content area whenever we click on any role in the TLN.

  • How to include Mar 2007 salary in Form16 for 2008

    Hi Experts,
I want to include Mar 2007 salary in Form16 for 2008. How is it possible.
In legacy system March salary was paid in April so the yearly period of payment was from Mar-Feb, currently employees have paid ITax upto Feb, so I want to include the remaining March 2007 salary in F16 of 2008, inorder to streamline the process with standard.
    Regards,
    Tomesh

    Hi Judith,
I don't want to do any customization, but since the salary of March is paid on 1st April in legacy system, it should come in Form 16 of 2008.
    Regards,
    Tomesh
    Hi all,
I am planning to include the amount in wagetype /4MI "Monthly taxable income"  of Mar 2007 payroll in IT0267 "Add Offcycle payments" in Apr month, but employee won't be paid and also there won't be any posting. In this way the amount will come in F16 as prev. yr arrears ( I've used a wagetype with Evaluation class 6 value equal to 24 ).
Please advise, whether i m doing right or not.

  • How to include external files when building installer for a standalone executable?

    Hi,
I was trying to build a stand alone executable from my Labview project and I was able to do it successfully.  Now I would like to include a few external .txt files in the installer. Those .txt files have parameters/constants that will be used by the program, and my program needs to load/read them when running.  For now I have to manually copy/paste them into the target machine, but I really hope the installer can do it automatically.  I see there is a "data" folder in the installer, and that's where I hope those .txt files can be added into.
How can I do it? Can anyone give me some suggestions? Thanks!
    Rgds

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Norbert,
I could not find "Add file" when right clicking the project. See attached image please. Under "Project" I do have a "Add to project" but there is no option for external files. I did not find "Source" location either.
What did i do wrong? Is there any version requirement here? I have a 2010 base version. Thanks for your help.
    Rgds,
    Harry

  • How to find service port oracle use.. for http... ftp.. ?

Can any one tell me how to find what services ports does oracel uses for services like HTTP and FTP... ?
Is there any commad that I can execute on SQL*PLUS console to find that ???

Depends on the version of Oracle.
If Oracle XE, or you are using XDB capability, you use
    SELECT dbms_xdb.gethttpport(), dbms_xdb.getftpport() from dual;
    and verify using lsnrctl status
Otherwise you look at the Apache config files in $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.*

  • How to include private reports in any page for a websheet application

    Hi,
i have created a websheet application, it has n number of data grids.
For some data grids i had created reports, which got classified as private reports by default.
i would like to display these reports in a page of my websheet application, when i create a new page i am unable to select any of the reports created by me. it only lists out primary report which is a public report.
any help towards this would be of great help.
    thanks

    Hello Ram,
e-recruiting customizing is (in most areas) devided into a sap delivery table and a customer table. When opening the IMG you only find the customer table which is empty as long you have not done any customer configuration yet.
The tables for startpage customizing (BSP) are named T77RCF_SP_*. The ones containing customer customizing contain a C in the name while the tables with the standard delivery are not. Example: customer table for start page groups T77RCF_SP_GROUPC, standard table T77RCF_SP_GROUP. Standard delivery content can be checked in SE11 or SE16.
You should not change the standard table contents. It is better to customize your own startpages based on the sap delivery. I personally recomment not to use the sap standard Ids for customer own links, groups and startpages as they overrule the standard ones and you cannot display them later.
To replace the icons on a standard page you should do the following steps:
    - get the groups for the standard startpage from table T77RCF_SP_ASID
    - get the links to each group from table T77RCF_SP_ASGRP
    - create your customer groups in IMG, use 9XXX ids but copy the information from the standard groups found in table T77RCF_SP_GROUP
    - adjust the ICON links
    - add the links to your groups (you use the standard links here as you do not change them)
    - create a customer startpage in IMG using 9XXX id. you can take the standard settings from table T77RCF_SP_ID
    - assign your customer groups to the customer startpage
    Best regards
    Roman
