How to inclued multiple values in where cluse with in

guys
we have supplier report,in this reprot right now from and to parameter ,it's woking fine but now need to add another filed 'Exclue employee" ,in this filed we will enter multiple supplier code by coma seperated,which will exclued this supplier from report,
how can we achive this scenario.
Please help.
