How to increase maximum channel count?

Hi,
i have a big problem with my director app.
I create for a game(dots and boxes) 300 objects by using a
parent skript. Each generated Sprite takes his own channel. But
director offers only 150 channels so i can only add 150 Sprites.
Does anybody have an idea to increas the maximum channel
count.

Oh, sorry. I have found the option in the settings. 1000 is
the highest.

In the property inspector at the movie tab there will be an

How to set maximum redelivery count

hi,
Within my JCD I am throwing an exception to roll back a message so that it will be redelivered in case of an error. From the log I can see that the message is redelivered.
Now, I'm trying to find a way to set the maximum redelivery count within the JCD. Or a better way maybe find out how many times the message has been redelivered, so I can send it to a dead message/error queue when it reaches a certain number.
Is this possible? Has anyone done similar thing?

How to find Maximum Record Count in a particular section

Hi ALL
My report has 3 detail sections. I am showing different set of data in each section.
Example:
Details a
Details b
Details c
In the Details c section I have 5 columns.
I want to find out MAXIMUM RECORD COUNT in only Details c.
Actually I have done a running total on column1 field which gives me the records number in that section only. But I am not able to find the MAXIMUM record count.
Rtotal   Colum1   Column 2 Column3
1          Data1     Data2      Data3
2          Data1     Data2      Data3
3          Data1     Data2      Data3
4          Data1     Data2      Data3
Now I need the Maximum record count=4

If I have understood correctly you want to count the amount of records in each section.
In this case, go to "Insert > Summary", choose your ID field, and choose "Count" in "Calculate this summary:". You can put the summary in your group footer.
If you want the maximum (the highest number value in that column), you can choose "Maximum" instead of "Count".

How to increase the thread count in jive forum RSS feed

We are using Enterprise portal and we have installed jive forums sp14, we have a requirement of reading forums rss feeds and integrating in to a web page, currently we are doing that but the problem is rss feed in forums has maximum feed of 10, and we don't have the option of giving the user to read entire RSS feed of a particular forum.
i want increase the RSS feed count how can i do this.

How to increase maximum no. of hits in F4

Hi Experts,
I have a client requirement as to increase the maximum no. of hits in F4 search.
Client wants it to become 5000 as default instead of 500.

THERE IS NO ABAP DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED HERE.
Your requirement can be fullfilled thru changing standard settings.
Login to SAP. Click on Help (From Menu bar).
Here go to the Settings option.
Here select F4 Help Tab.
Here you have option to set Max. number of Hits. The default SAP is 500 you can change it to 5000 or 9999.

How to increase KMS current count

Dear all,
Recently i've setup a single KMS host. The installation process ran succesfully, TCP port for KMS is opened - use standard port 1688, SRV record is created.
The thing is my domained PC (Windows 7) cannot activate using the KMS host. If i trigger activation manually (slmgr /ato) I got error 0xC004F038 saying that the count reported by KMS is sufficient. In the eventvwr, 12289 event showing that the expected count
is 25, my KMS host counter is still at 14.
I search solutions for this and the answer is by increase the counter. The thing is how do i do that when i cannot active more client?

Actually Don - tesgroup is correct.
the count is the combination of Windows KMS clients either server or client machines that is used.
There is only one count for Windows, so 10 server plus 15 client machines will be 25 machines.
As for the count of 54, you can look at the CMID's in the KMS HOST event log.
Look at the event 12290, the count is based on the unique CMIDS, that contacted the KMS host in the past 30 days.
After 30 days, machines age out of the count unless they renew which would be new 12290 event.

How to increase maximum buffer memory on MSI Z87-G45 Gaming,s1150?

is there a way to increase the maximum buffer memory for PCI-E X16 ports? e.g. a bios setting that allows this?
here are my specs:
- 2 x XFX HD7950 Double Dissipation (FX-795A-TDFC)
- MSI Z87-G45 Gaming,s1150
- Intel Core i3-4130,s1150
- 1 x TNAV6R00 Corsair RM1000 (Gold standard)
- ICIDU Value DDR3 1333 (2x4GB)
- Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit

perhaps I can be a bit more specific regarding my problem
I am using above described rig for mining purposes. One of the related performance variables is 'thread concurrency' (CGMINER). it is currently set to value 8192, corresponding to about 512mb of buffer memory for the PCI-E ports. I can not increase it, as i get the error that the system is out of buffer memory. Thing is, the system should have a lot more. The PCI-E cards hav 3GB each and my system ram is 2x4GB.
one relate variable I am already using is the following command line
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
this usually solves above problem, but not in this case...
anybody got any ideas?

In our project requirement we have to create contentID based on few fields in some cases they are exceeding the max limit of contentID (i.e., 30). Is there any possible way to increase the max size of content id to 100? please let me know the possible ways...

You would be better off creating a new metadata field of whatever size and storing your required value in that. If you really want to muck with the dDocName (I strongly recommend you don't) there are several database tables that need to be modified directly... you'll need an Oracle consultant to figure all that out.

How to increase maximum scripts size quota

I'm using Oracle Express 10g and trying to write/test a SQL script. It was working fine until I added more to it today. Now when I run it (in the SQL Scripts page), it just says status in Cancelled with no explanation & no results.
Looking at the script quota, it says 50,000 bytes, but the script is (according to the SQL Scripts details) 65,528 bytes. Although it doesn't complain about this when I upload the script (I edit it externally, as editing & saving from the built-in editor seldom works), I'm wondering if this is why it is Cancelling the run? Does anyone know how I can find out why it was cancelled?
According to the documentation (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B32472_01/doc/appdev.300/b32471/sql_rep.htm) +"The size is set by the Oracle Application Express administrator and cannot be changed from within the Workspace"+. So how do I, as the Administrator, change the limit from 50,000 to, say, 70,000? I can't find any reference to how this is achieved, but the documenatation implies it is possible.
Please help, I need to get this script out quickly, it is for an important client!

My apologies, it seems this probably is Apex. I'm new to Oracle, and was just using the facility in the Oracle XE database home page to run scripts. I didn't know this was apex, but I suppose it must be as it has apex in the URL (not mentioned anywhere else as far as I can tell, nor in the documentation I linked). I'll repost in the apex forum and see what that turns up. I suppose I can always run it in SQL+ if I really have to :-(

I have problem in exporting my reports. I need to export my report to either PDF or EXCEL format. My report contains more than 1200 rows. But when i am exporting the report to PDF it contains only 500 rows, for rest of the rows i have to scroll down and again i have to export to get the contents from 501 to 1000.
Is it possible by changing any property, can i export the entire 1200+ rows in a single EXCEL or PDF? Pls anybody shed light on this issue.

First take a look at your instance variables in your processes. Determine if some could be changed to be Separated instance variables. Once an instance variable's category changes from "Normal" to "Separated", it is not included in the instance size calculation.
If you cannot mark variables as Separated, then in Studio's "Project Navigator" tab, right mouse click the name of your project -> click "Engine Preferences" -> with the "Engine" selected as the Category, click the "Advanced" tab on the upper right change the "Maximum Instance Size" to 64KB (4x the original 15kb value) and change the "Instances Cache" to 1250 (1/4th the original value).
What version of Enterprise are you on (Standalone or WLS)? There is a similar setting on Enterprise, but it is slightly different between the two types of Enterprise Engines.

How to increase max. number of mutex lock at a time

In my application , when trying to lock mutex with pthread_mutex_lock() ,
this returns ENOMEM.
I found that ENOMEM error occurs when locking over 2000 mutex in a thread
by execute a sample program.
In those mutex,PTHREAD_PRIO_INHERIT attribute is set to lock mutex in a sequential FIFO order.
Does anyone knows how to prevent ENOMEM error and how to increase maximum number of mutex lock at a time in a thread ?

What are Channel counts and how do I get rid of them

Hi.
I'm using a program called Processing in Linux and it has trouble reading some of my QuickTime files that I created on my mac. I've been trying to figure out what coses it, the only thing I could find is that when I open up "Get Info" there is something called "Channel count". In the files that work it says 1 or nothing. In the ones that don't work it says 2.
Other information that comes up is HDV 1080i50, Integer (Big Endian), Timecode.
This is a file created in Final Cut Pro.
