How to increase size of individual column width in the filter screen of WAD

Hello all ,
Have a web application built in WAD. I have ran it in portal and want to put the filter on material.When the filter screen displayed , I selected the filter value on material and added it to selections. I am not able to see the full description of the material due to the width of the column is less which is hided to drag. Do we have any option to increase the individual column width in filter screen?

We tried different options in WAD . still it is not working . once the filter screen displayed in your report result (Portal) ,it will show you two tabs screen , will select and transfer the selections from left had side to right hand side.iam able to drag the left tab but not the right one due to iam not able to see the full description of info object.By dragging we can increase the full screen size but not the individual tab size.

In the B2B registration process of a user of an existing account.
When a user clicks on 'Need online access to your existing corporate account?'
The following form appears with 3 fields Account number, Order Number and Order Date along with username, password and email fields.
The order number field is only 10 characters. We need the ability to enter order number with 11-12 characters . Can you please describe the changes that need to happen?
Do we need to modify the ibeCRgdBusinessCreatePartial directly?
I have modified this jsp but I get a java.lang.numberformat exception whenver I try to input more than 10 characters.
I will be very grateful if you can help.

Size of individual columns

I wanted to ask a Question. I was working in design view in Dreamweaver. I inseted table 5 rows and 1 column. Second and fourth rows I devided into 5 columns but when I try to chnage the width of columns in fourth row I also change the width of columns in second row. Is it posible to change the size of individual columns without affecting others

Clarification:
Tables for layout is a bad idea.
Using tables for layout and then splitting and merging cells within that table is a really really really bad idea.
The only way to avoid the problems that merging and splitting cells will produce is to follow Ken's advice. Instead of splitting a cell, nest a new table within that cell and make that new table have the desired cell configuration. Doing it this way, you wind up with an incredibly messy page code (tables within tables within tables) but at least the structure is pretty stable with regard to folks increasing text sizes in their browsers.

If you want to change the size of the font of a TextEdit text document, you do it in the preferences. Alternatively, if you want control over the size of the fonts, make it a Rich Text document, and then you can change the font size. You can either use the Larger or Smaller options, or Show Fonts to choose a size. You can elect to have new documents be Rich Text in the preferences as well.

I have a Table View with filter='application'. The filter works fine but I am not able to control the width of the columns of the tableview .
On filtering, if there are not items in the table view the columns shrink to the minum width....and it looks very odd.

"FIXEDCOLUMN" did not help in the width of the column, but it just showed all the rows merged in the column.
I have a cloumn called "COUNTRY" and its width is set to "20". The Filter of the column "COUNTRY" is a dropdownlist whos value is update with new values.
On filtering if there is any row visible then the column width is adjusted to the maxmimum length of the dropdownlist ( this is because of the "EDIT" attribute in column definition ). But if there is no rows visiblel for the selected filter value then the filter row shrinks to the width = "20" and the dropdownlist is not visible completely.
Need to know how to control the width of the FILTER column.

I don't understand? I launch PSE 9 from the task bar. This is the screen I get.
I've tried right clicking everything I can think of w/o success.
Once I click "organize", it's too late. The organizer is coming up.
