How to initialize reporting (bundled) DB for CM (SCE)

hello,
our reporting DB is corupted (see log report bellow). where can I founde ASE errorlog?
Aug 5 10:17:50 SCEserver-01-BB1 sybase_init: 00:00000:00001:2011/08/05 10:17:50.54 server Error: 926, Severity: 14, State: 1
Aug 5 10:17:50 SCEserver-01-BB1 sybase_init: 00:00000:00001:2011/08/05 10:17:50.54 server Database 'apricot' cannot be opened. An earlier attempt at recovery marked it 'suspect'. Check the ASE errorlog for information as to the cause.
Aug 5 10:17:50 SCEserver-01-BB1 sybase_init: 00:00000:00001:2011/08/05 10:17:50.54 server Unable to proceed with the recovery of dbid <4> because of previous errors.
If it's corrupted, is it possible reinitialize it?

Hi Martin,
The sybase logs should be found under: "~sybase/ASE_/install/pqbsyb1.log"
Have you tried restarting both sybase and the CM?
Have you checked the database size and amount of disk space? Quite a lot of CM and database errors are related to this.
If your DB size and amount of disk space is OK, and restarting has not helped, then I would recommend you open a TAC service request for further troubleshooting.

I have tried log out, delete, reinstall, etc. one should not have that much trouble trying to get a new village on a new device. Now i have two device logging each other off because of this issue, and still can't get it to give me new village.
This is bad if i log on my friend's phone to check my village, and she can't create a new game because she is stuck with my village, and i can not play mine if she open the app. This is really stupid coding. Not only these two issuse, the company constantly producing new updates, and pay no attention whatsoever on quality assurance. And i'm fed up with it, as they are continually violating apple rules.

First, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History.

If they are and you're sure you or someone you know didn't make the purchase, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.

Hence we do not want to put language specifiec column names in the rpt file but rather use text for a particular locale during runtime which in java world is easily achievable using Resource Bundle entries.Does JRC allow for using resource bundle entries as column names or for that matter for titles etc. in the .rpt file?

You probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

Do you know how to create an iBot? If you do, then just chain the iBots to fire one after the other or schedule them separately. There is a checkbox to seed the cache. Take a look and you will see.

we are implementing Time and Labour and we are using info provider called 0PT_C01.
for that we have 2 data sources one is 0HR_PT_1 and 0HR_PT_2.
when i check in RSA3 there are records for 0HR_PT_1 Data source, but for 0HR_PT_2 data source it shows 0 records though the related info types have data.
i have checked in sdn for the solution, most of the replies are related to maintain Reporting Time Types.
can you please provide me step by step solution to maintain Reporting Time Types in ECC.

You can maintain reporting time types in SPRO,
SPRO > Integration with Other SAP Components -> Data Transfer to the SAP Business Information Warehouse -> Settings for Application-Specific DataSources (PI) -> Human Resources -> Actual Employee Times OHR_PT_02 -> Define Reporting Time Types -> Maintain Reporting Time Types
Check with your HR team about maintaining reporting time types.

Use of setup tables:
You should fill the setup table in the R/3 system and extract the data to BW - the setup tables is in SBIW - after that you can do delta extractions by initialize the extractor.
Full loads are always taken from the setup tables

I have to display a report in SAP EP Manager Self Service. The Manager will click on the report and he will be shown all the Cost Centers reporting to him
Do we have a standard RFC which will have input parameter as pernr and output parameter should be Reporting Cost Center. For example if the VP will login he will be shown, list of reporting cost centers to him. It may be the cost center of Marketing Deptt, Sales Deptt, HR Deptt etc.
I tried BAPI_COSTCENTER_GETLIST. However this is not helping.
There is one standard transaction code ppom_old. Using this transaction code, I can see the Cost Center hierarchy (similar to Org Structure). I need same data but using some RFC

Dear All,
I would like to have a question: How can I report Highest Balances for Customers back in time? So I have to list Date and Amount, in the last one year, when Customers had their Highest Balances (highest outstanding amount). I have a transaction that can show actual status but I cannot report it for a long period in the past.
Does anyone have an idea how could I do it?

Does anyone know how to initialize VISA to use for all tests then close it at the end of the last test?

The test sequence starts with initialize instruments then testing starts until the last test is to close all instrument handles.

Is this a LabVIEW question or a TestStand question? It actually does make a difference in my answer.
If you are strictly only in LabVIEW, then you just pass your reference wires around where they are needed.
What I like to do for TestStand is make an Action Engine to control my reference to an instrument session. This method also works well with strictly LabVIEW as well. But is overkill for somewhat simple applications.

When I use the "Word Edit Cell" function in LabVIEW Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office, the function need "table index", and I didn't find any function to get or set the table index in word document. How can I achieve my attention to write value to specified table cell using the "Word Edit Cell" function?

You do not need to get the table index for the word edit cell.vi from anywhere. LabVIEW will automatically index all the tables in the document. See the attatched vi for an example.
