Created an account, signed in, created community name. "People" not showing up on my screen, so am not sure how to initiate a call.

the message comes into BPM. You check for some conditions and if true use a send step (Sync) that would query into DB table and as a reponse retrieve the related data. After the send sync step have the transformation step and another send step to SAP.
U would not configure sender jdbc but u wud need to config for recv jdbc. this wuld service the request and in response return the set of data from the table

If it was working before and you are on the same BB, I suggest doing these steps:
Full reboot:
With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation.
If that does not restore the delivery of your emails, then re-push your service books:

Lastly, since it's HotMail, it may be that you have not done the recently required re-validation:

How to charge for the first time?

I bought myself a new iPhone and this was from the store, not from someone else, so how should I charge it for the first time? Should I wait when iPhone loads out till blank screen and the charge it to 100%?
How do you charge your iPhone by the way, sometimes I think that I should not let it load out till the blank screen, because when I put it on charge it sometimes took at least three times to begin charging - instead it loaded me the apple logo, waited for a second and then it loaded itself out, then I needed to push the sleep/wake button to turn it on and again it only showed me the apple logo for a second and loaded the iPhone out.
Do you start to charge your iPhone when it gives you the alert that 20% or 10% are remaining?

The new batteries don't need as much care as the old generations. Their lifetime is supposed to be mostly independent of how often and at what charge levels you discharge them. So feel free to charge as you wish.
If it starts showing inaccurate battery levels, calibrate it by doing a full discharge/recharge cycle.

How to find out the first time RMAN be utilized in DB

I need to find out the history of RMAN process in my database, like when it was used first time, and status ect...
I have checked all v$RMAN_xxx view and v$backup_XXXX views, didn't fine anything.
Is there other views that may be helpful?
Also any way I can find out when was archivelog turned on?

Hi, 1st time mac user. I just missed to migrate my PC data to my MBA during the first time setup. As I wanted to keep my mails and it's setting from my PC to the initial mac user account, is restoring my MBA to it's factory setting the only way?

In the end, I did a clean install (factory default) and start all over again.
Since then, I've been pretty much disarray as I found out half of my outlook mails didn't get port over.

How to populate an item first time with a computation ?

I have a form based on a table. When a new record is created, I want to populate an item with a value retrieved from a sql query. This is why I made an item (named P26_EMAIL) computation based on a nice sql query.
select email from acl_employees
where upper(userid) = upper(:APP_USER)This computation is fired only when a new record is created.
The P26_EMAIL (text field) item source type is DATABASE COLUMN and source used is "Always, replacing any existing value in session state".
Which means that my nice computation value is "erased" by the item when it is computed by APEX.
I am trying to see how to make my item computed on creation of the record, and rest of the time value derived form databse, and cannot get to this result.
Do you have an idea on how to do this ? (without using a trigger)

How to load java clasess first time in oracle database?

I want to load my java compiled class to oracle database.
whenever I load it using loadjava ( command line utility) it gives me ora-904 error. column not found. while creating class as schema object in database.
1. How to check that oracle database is JAVA enabled?
2. If I run initjvm.sql script to enable java in Oracle,
then also it is giving same problem?
3. DBMS_JAVA package is also NOT in the database.
What should i do for these cases?

Bex Scenario: First Time Shipments to Customers - Query

Hi Friends,
We have one report called First time Shipments to Customers. Means, user wants to see the transactions where we first time ship any product to the customers.
For example following transactions occur in Jan, 2007
                        Date       Cust     Mat       Qty
Record1:        01/01/07     C1        M1         10
Record2:        05/01/07     C1        M1         30
If user executes report on 31/01/07, then he wants to see following output:
                                        C1       M1         10
Say in the next month (Feb, 2007) following transactions occur.
                        Date       Cust     Mat       Qty
Record1:        01/02/07     C1        M1         10
Record2:        05/02/07     C1        M1         30
Record3:        06/02/07     C1        M2         50
If user execute report on 28/02/07. Then he wants to see following output:.
                                       C1          M2        50
That means the combination of Customer / Material have already occurred in previous month so only the third transaction should be displayed.
How can we restrict output records by comparing them with previous records in Bex? The only selection condition we have is Period.
Can you help me on this, please?

Webutil_host very slow first time.

I use a very simple comand
WEBUTIL_HOST.NONBLOCKING(COMANDO)
where COMANDO is
COMANDO := 'CMD /C "'||FILE_NAME||'"' ;
and FILE_NAME contains the name of a .xls Excell file.
It works fine but first time I execute it it takes more than 5 minutes to open the Excell file.
From the second on it appears after 20 secs.
I tried to open Excel by hands before I execute the command but nothing changed.
How can I solve that issue ?

IPhone - Sybase RFC called multiple times

I have an RFC that is adding some data in the system. This works, how ever it gets called multiple times with the same data. Every time a synchronization is done it adds a new row with all the same data. (even with 1 entry so it's not because of the loop).
This is how my save function looks, newEntriesMBO is an array with Synchronization parameters. Should I do anything more than [sync delete]?
        for (TimeSheets_EnterTimeDataSynchronizationParameters *sync in newEntriesMBO)
            [sync save];
            while ([TimeSheets_TimeSheetsDB hasPendingOperations])
                [NSThread sleepForTimeInterval:0.2];

Once the personalization parameters are set ,you should call [pp save];
the next step would be to check for pending operations
while (TimeSheets_TimeSheetsDB hasPendingOperations)
NSThread sleepForTimeInterval:0.2;
Thats it no more code. sync delete etc is all not required. The reason why u get multiple calls is because pp save function is called multiple times.

Re-publishing to iTunes - should it take as long as first time???

Last week I "shared" an iMovie '09 project to iTunes.
When watching it a few minutes later I realised I'd made some mistakes, so I went back to iMovie edited it some more (one new sound effect plus I copied one scene from another project). I then re-published it to iTunes, expecting it to take another half hour like last time. But it was done in less than 5 minutes (if even that).
So I figured it was able to "overlay" the changes in the original and create a new file.
But I've tried this twice since with two other projects but they just start from scratch when sharing.
Was I mistaken about how fast it worked the first time?
Or could I be doing something wrong this time?

No you shouldn't expect this everytime you sync your Nano. The conversion process to 128 kpbs AAC option may be the cause of the issue. However, they should now be already converted, so the next time you sync your iPod, it should only take a fraction of the amount of time it has this first time.
In short, no need to worry.

Apparently you have included this support package in the upgrade. But have you installed or upgrade the component PI_BASIS to 2005_1_640 during the IS_SELECT phase? This is required for support package SAPKIPYJ63.
