How to insert a logo in sap script?

Steps to insert a logo,
I
1. First save the file as BMP
2. Open the BMP file in IMaging (Goto -> Programs -> Accessories -> Imaging) and
make it Zoom as 100% and save as *.TIFF
3. Open SE38 and execute program RSTXLDMC
4. Give your TIFF file path name
5. Select Bcol (for Color)
6. TEXT ID will be ZHEX-MACRO-*.
7. Inplace of * write your own logo name (ZCOMPANYLOGO)
8. Execute the program
9. Now Goto SE71 create your ZFORM
10. Create logo window
11. Goto text element of logo window

1. Goto SE71 Change the mode to GRAPHICAL
2. Choose the Graph Tabstrips
3. Now type in some name for the LOGO WINDOW
4. Press the IMPORT BUTTON and then IMPORT the BMP file from your DESKTOP
5. The code will be written automatically. You just need to drag and drop wherever you want
the graphics to be.
III
1 ) create a bmp file in local system
2 )RSTXLDMC FM to upload image in tiff format.

and u can include them in the script editor as..
/: STYLE <STYLE-NAME>
P1 text............... (*** P1 is the Paragraph format created in SE72 )

For smartforms u need to go for the transaction (tcode) SMARTSTYLES... here u can create paragraph and character formats globally...

Problems while uploading company logo into sap script

Hi Experts,
When i am inserting company logo into sap scripts, i successfully uploaded, but the problem is i am getting black and white image instead of color,but in RSTXLDMC i am giving parameter as BCOL only, could anybody help to get my problem resolved. it is very urgent. The logo which i am inserting is colored.

These are the steps to be followed for uploading graphics in R/3 system

if u want print special characters we can use hot codes i.e ' ' (single inverted commas). in between these hot codes insert u r special characters.

for the above write statement output is

Hi,
NEW-PAGE is used to insert a page break ,
it can be conditional if used between IF..ENDIF
e.g. /:IF &KNA1-NAME1& = 'XYZname'
/:NEW-PAGE
/:ENDIF
If u want to Page break after displaying certain records or after some condition you use NEW-PAGE
reward if useful.

Hi Pravin Sherkar,
we can do this in SAP Scripts.
we need to create two pages, one of landscape and another of potrait.
now after filling the data at last we need to call the page which is of format landscape using START_FORM function module.
You can use condition &PAGE& = &FORMPAGES&.

hi Gopi,
it is almost the same as normal ABAP, you only have to use & before and after the variable and the variable has to be in capitals and you have to make the line as command ( /: before the line )
IF &A& > &B& AND ...
text to print
ELSEIF ...
text to print
ENDIF.

You have to check the system variable &NEXTPAGE&, if it's 0 it means you're in the last page.
From SAP Help:
This symbol is used to print the number of the following page. The output format is the same as with &PAGE& .
Note that on the last page of the output, in each window that is not of type MAIN, &NEXTPAGE& has the value 0.
/: IF &NEXTPAGE& = '0'

Create the character format in se71, in that select standard barcode. like
Char.format: C1 Description: Barcode
Barcode: BC_CD39 save the character format.
you can select from the list.
in the form coding, can you use barcode like
<C1> program variablr <>.
<C1> &itab-matnr <>. "--->like this
Then it shows the barcode in output.
check this.

PERFORM key work is used to include subroutine in sapscript form...
But the processing is lttle bit different form the one we use in ABAP.
Here the paramters passed to form is stored in internal table of name-value table. there are two table one for inbound parameter and other for outbound parameters.
Check out the example below to see how this is used..

How to Avoid blank page in SAP Script

I am working on a Script. My Script prints a check.
This script is a copy of a std script.
It has 3 pages - First Next Last
My First page has all the required data.
My second page is empty with out any values.
I am getting the blank page as Page 2 when executing. How can we avoid it ?

Hi Senthil,
Please see the below points:
1. Please check what have you defined as the NEXT PAGE for your first page. If so change it and make the first page itself as the next page.
2. Check your main Window, may be there is blank line at the last of the main window, so check that abd remove that,so you won't get the blank page

execute rstxdbug to activate script debugger...once the driver program reaches open_form, a popup box will come where u can mention the name of a command, call functinon, text element, etc to place a break point...once it gets into the debugging mode, double click on any line to set a break point, after that pressing f8 will get you to that line

Okay.if still you are looking the option of deleting line there is one solution.
Just delete the all contents of perticuler(which needs to deleted) line including the tag column(Where you are /*) and save.if you see again than line would not be seen as blank,you will found it has been deleted.
