How to insert given in BW WEB? Necessary to have two fields in my report WEB that the user can insert manually given. How to make this?

Hi Jorge,
You can maintain the TMG(Table maintenance generator) and then enter the data manually. TMG creation Tcode is se55. and to view and maintain TMG it is sm30 .
Or if you have the data in excel. You can write a simple excel uploading ABAP program which will load your excel data to the table .

Hi,
Currently it is not possible to assign more than one item to a tab. But you can use a container item and place several items in this container item. Afterwards you assign the container to one tab.

How to insert Edge animate in current web html page

Just downloaded Edge Animate and trying to include animation.html in current website.html page using Adobe Edge Code preview but am not sure how to go about it not being a hard core programmer.... am i being too ambitious?

How to insert animations in Wordpress?

Hi,
I used to insert Edge Animate animations in WP via Edge Suite, as explained on:

With the latest Edge Animate updates, Edge Suite cannot load OAM files anymore and prompts the "Cannot find main JS edge file /...edgePreload.js.." message.
Is there any alternatives?

If you use an older version of Edge Animate (still available for download) you can still work with Edge Suite. The plugin needs an update as vivekuma said.
Otherwise, there's a good explanation here on how to insert it manually. Basically, you need to upload the files from the publish folder, previously updating the paths to your new location.
I'm attempting the same and have successfuly uploaded the animation to Wordpress, though in my case I'm having some javascript issues as detailed here.

Would somebody tell me precisely the required steps to insert a javabean into a given form?
Indeed, I tried with the slider sample: I create a bean area field, but when i attempted to insert the class name in the specific field in the form properties, I had an error message like "Could not find the class name". Although, the class needed does exist in some folder on my computer, I see it. When I run my form on the web, nothing happened in my form, and the bean area was blank !!!
I don't know what should i do? is there any particular setting to carry out?

the bean's jar file must be in teh Forms90_Builder_Classpath to instantiate the bean in teh Forms Development environment and should be in teh Forms90/Java directory at runtime. Also, at runtime, add the jar file to the archive_jini tag of your application.

Hi,
You need to switch to design mode (BEx Analyser Menu - Design Toolbar - Design Mode). For each query that you want to embed, insert an analysis grid item in the workbook. Link each analysis grid to its corresponding data provider (query).

I can see this happening sometimes. Especially if someone is mainly used to working with power macs; most of which have a dvd tray/s as opposed to slot loading mac computers.
@ Bengt Wärleby .... good point regarding the use of mini dvd's most of which can easily be used with modern burners and dvd-rom drives that use a tray.
Slot loading macs work well with a full size / standard dvd or CD only.

I have sequence with Select Case structure and want to insert steps within Case-End. How to do that ? I found that index of step can be readable by TS_SequenceGetStepIndex(SequenceHandle, &errorInfo, szTestType, TS_StepGroup_Main, &val), but how to insert new step after, for example Case ? For function TS_SequenceInsertStep (SequenceHandle, &errorInfo, actionStep, iNumofSteps, TS_StepGroup_Main) is not available index (iNumofSteps is zero and not work as index of step and can only apply for order of inserting of steps (first step on begin or to end)).
Currently I create all (Select, Case, End and steps that need to be within Case-End), but if basic structure can be as default (including Select, case etc), only content need to be updated, not all construction.

Yes, it was right solution. Only thing is that need to take iNumofSteps for step before and if you want to insert new step (or steps), this index shold be increased by 1.

How to Insert more than one record at a time- with fixed set of values in one field

Can someone guide as to how to insert multiple records at a time using ASP VBScript in Dreamweaver CS4 or ADDT.
If someone can guide then the exact problem is given below.
I have a MS access database with one table. The table has three fields. The first field is an autonumber field for ID number.
The second field contains string values- One out of 7 predefined values. One set of records consists of 7 records containing all the seven types of predefined values in fields no 1.
The third field is a numeric field and can contain integers.
I want that the user can enter data for the table using an ASP form in such a way that he enters one set of records at a time in one single screen. This way he will not have to remember that he has /has not entered all the seven set of values for the field no 1.
I am not creating fields with the 7 types of field1value as their names as it will increase the number of fields drastically.
Please help for dreamweaver ASP VBScript.

I have successfully inserted seven records in one form submit operation by looping through the command object execute method.
However, the data that is being inserted by the command object is repetition of the first record and the command object is not taking any data from the text boxes for the second record onwards. In this I had used the isert record behavious generated by DW CS4 and modified it to suit my requirement. However, the data inserted in the first row is getting repeated in all the seven rows.
Please help.
Also advise if there are any free dreamweaver server side validation extensions available.

I've a smartform with a header, in this header there're some fields that I've to fill with some data of the table HRPY_WPBP, I don't know how to insert the data in the field, I've read through internet I need to put before the field something like this, for example, for the field PERNR If I want to write it I've to put:
FIELD_PERNR: &HRPY_WPBP-PERNR& Is this correct? Actually this doesn't work... I need a loop to the table? Where can I write this?

How do you insert data into the client, my model entity beans have a one-to-many relationship.

The ejbCreate(Integer parentID,String name)

PARENT-ID(foreign key of PARENTID).

In a jsp page i collect the parent details and 3 corresponding chld details in a text box.
Can you please tell me how do i proceed from here...
ie. how to i insert data into the entity beans..
Do i pass the child as a collection, and within parents ejbCreate() method do i lookup for the childs home interface and insert one -by -one from the collection.
1. Considering the above example, can some one pls tell how the ejbCreate() mehod signatures, for the parent and child entity beans should be.
2. Pls also show some sample client code as to how to make an insertion.
3. In case you are passing a collection of child data, then in what format does one have to insert into a collection and also how does the container know how to insert the values in the child table , bcoz we are passing as a collection.
4.In case collections cannot be inserted do we need to iterate into the collection in parent's ejbCreate() method, and manually insert into the database of the childtable, thereby creating child entity beans.

Here you don't need IDs, but it happens only using Locals, not Remotes, if I'm not wrong. Container does it itself.
1. Of course, if you have parent.getChildren() and parent.setChildren() then you don't need any loops, but it should be done anyway in postCreate, because in ejbCreate there no parent exists yet.
Once more 3: example - I'm using JBoss 3.2.5 as EJB container. It has tomcat inside and EJB and JSP+Struts use the same jvm. It means for me that I don't need to use remote interfaces, just locals. And in this case I can implement ejb-relations. So, a have the abstract method parent.getChildren() which returns Collection of ChildLocal - s and method parent.setChildren(Collection childrenLocals) which creates/modifies children by itself.
I have not used remotes for a long time, but as I remember it was not possible to implement ejb-relations using remotes.
