How to insert pages

Hello, I have been searching on the internet for a solution to my problem, however I have come up empty handed and am hoping someone here can help me.
I have pdf file (it is essentially an application, lots of fillable fields) and I have one page which I need to duplicate 4 times (that is, I will be filling in DIFFERENT information on each page) I have renamed the main pdf file 4 times, and dragged that one page I needed into it successfully. However, I cannot fill in different information, once I fill in the first page, the following pages fill up with the same information.
I also tried to fill in the different information on the duplicated the documents, and then drag them into the main one. But once again, the information gets converted to what already exists in the main document.
Can someone please help?
(I am using Acrobat XI Pro)

Oh boy... I just took a look, its over 150 fields...
There is absolutely no other way? I was thinking about creating a seperate document with just that one page and putting some kind of security on it, would it stop the main document from altering the fields?

But I want to display: 1 out of 6, 2 out of 6, 3 out of 6 or similar - i.e. to have the TOTAL number of pages shown. I can do this in Excel - is it possible in Word? Or Pages??

OK, I found it myself:
1. Tools - Pages - Edit Page Design - Header & Footer - Add Header & Footer.
2. Select the font and size, etc, place the cursor on the appropriate site to insert the page number, click the "Insert Page Number" button, and click OK.

I have created a Cross-Tab in the section Report Header via Crystal Reports 11.
Now, I want to created more Cross-Tabs, and each page has one Cross-Tab.
So, I insert Report Headers to contain Cross-Tabs. But, the report only shows the page number at the last page.
How to insert page number on each page?

Well, the easiest solution is to place the Cross-tab in the Report Footer, Of course, ONLY if the report contains this single object which I'm assuming is not the case.
If you do not wish to place the cros-tab in the Report Footer, here's what you need to do:
1) Create a formula;
whilereadingrecords;
2) Create a group on this formula. If the report already contains groups, move this formula to the top of the grouping list. It won't affect the other groups or records in any way.
3) Move the Cross-tab from the Report Header to the Group Header1 and suppress Group Footer1
4) Add the Page Number field to the Page Footer

click where you want the numbers > Menu > Insert > Page Numbers
At the end of the first page:
Menu > Insert > Section Break
Click in the 2nd page:
Inspector > Layout > Section > Start at: 1 > uncheck Use previous headers and footers

In previous versions of Pages, inserting a new page into an existing document was a trivial operation. In Pages 5, it's a total mystery. I opened a template containing text and images and played around with it to familiarize myself with the Pages 5; and somewhere along the line, I clicked on the Insert menu and discovered that the first menu option was "Page". So to insert a new page, one simply selects Insert > Page, right? Wrong! I passed this tip on to another Pages user who was unable to find the "Page" command in the Insert menu. I then tried to figure out how this option had become available in my test document, but I failed miserably. No matter what I do, I cannot figure out how to insert a new page in an existing Pages 5 document. Can someone please tell me how to do this? Thanks!

Filling Out PDF, How to insert pages, charts, pictures

I am a user of READER and have to help Boy Scouts in preparing a Service Project form that is in a fillable PDF. Is there a process to allow them to insert more pages and insert pictures into this PDF. The form is attached. Each Scout has a different project so the inserted content varies by each individual.

Inserting pages would require Acrobat and not the free Reader.
The file has been enabled for Reader users to do "some" editing but not to the extent that you ask. They may be able to fill out some form fields and "possibly" insert some images (depending on how the file was created) but that's about it.

Set your view to "Print View" and you will see the individual pages. More pages will be added as you drag content away from the existing pages.
Arrange your content as you would like to see it printed. That's it. What you see is what will print.

I am currently working with a dynamic pdf whose textboxes grows in size depending upon the text entered by the user. Due to this mostly text overflows to second page. My problem is I need to include footer(page number) if the text overflows to second page.
For normal pdf we can achive that by going to Document => Header and Footer =>. But, if I try this for my interactive pdf it doesn't work. Can you all please suggest me some ideas.

Your best bet here is to shrink your Content Area on your master page slightly at the bottom, so that you leave room for your footer, or page number area.
This way the page numbers will always remain on the bottom, rather than being seen as actual "Content Area" fields.

- Set Default Value : Sysdate;
- Default Value Type : PL/SQL Expression.
When i run the page it shows current date , but when i see session state report of that page there Item Value is Empty and Status is also Empty.
The result in impact is that i created linked on data that displays, That link doesnt Work because of Item Value is Empty and Status is also Empty.
Kindly guide how i inserted value in Item Value and in status.

To set value in session state use Computation or Process.
