How to Install Additional Font
Hello I'm BB & CB additive user and need help from Team Blackberry forum.
Currently, Myanmar Language is not included in any of the BlackBerry version.
What I would need is to install the font which can read Myanmar language.
For example - Zawgyi-one.ttf which we can install on windows.
I do not require to have a full language pack at this moment as it is a huge things to process.
I just need to install font so that I can read Myanmar Font on Website.
Is there anyone who have experience with installing additional font or anyone who know the similar post, please do provide a link.
Thanks in advance.

Finally, I can install Burmese (Myanmar) font on my BB by using FontCollection. You can download FontCollection from Crackberry App Store http://software.crackberry.com/product.asp?id=305439&n=FontCollectionor or Blackberry App Store http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/22413?lang=en With version 2.4, two fonts are already included with the tag burmese (Zawgyi-one and Myanmar3)
It is just 0.99USD and it is really great. you can add more font of your choice.
Thanks FontCollection

How to install Kannada font in blackberry 10OS
Hi
Can anyone tell me how to install Kannada font in blackberry 10OS??Hello,
Are you merely looking for a font? Or do you want to interact with the device in that language? I cannot quite tell from your words. Nevertheless, refer:
Article ID: KB33755 Supported languages on BlackBerry 10
If you do not see your desired language in that KB nor on the device Settings screen, then it's not available.
Good luck!

There are already two Bengali fonts in iOS. You can see them on the list, named Bangla.
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5484
These are of course for standard Unicode support. You can read this site, can't you?
http://www.bangladesh.gov.bd/index.php?lang=bn
You can't add the non-standard fonts required for non-Unicode sites.
For a keyboard, you would have to check the app store for something like Bangla Keyboard to use with copy/paste. -

OS X already comes with Gujarati fonts, so you don't need to install anything. Can you not read this page?
http://www.gujaratsamachar.com/
If you want to type Gujarati, you need to go to system preferences/international/input sources and check the box for Gujarati, plus the box for Show Input Menu in Menu Bar, plus the box for Keyboard Viewer. Then select Gujarati from the "flag" menu at the top right of the screen and type. To see which key does what, select Keyboard Viewer from the same menu.
I recommend you do NOT install Gujarati fonts from the internet, because OS X only works right with those provided by Apple. Especially avoid non-Unicode fonts from long ago like Saumil. The international standard is Unicode now. -

Your iPad and iPhone should already have Tamil fonts. Can you really not see a web page like this one?
http://ta.wikipedia.org/
There is however no keyboard yet. If that is what you are talking about, search the app store for "tamil" to see if there is a keyboard app which might be useful for some purposes. Also try the Keyman app.
You can ask Apple for a Tamil keyboard via

How to install new fonts using code in java?
Hi,
How to install font in a system using java, provided i know the font file's address. Is there any specific class/method available for this purpose? Copying the file to windows/font directory will work for windows, but I think it wont be generic to all operating system. So is there anyway to install a font using code?
I also want to know how to make the font available only until my application window is open, It must be available to all other external applications like photoshop, word etc., When I close my window it must un-install automatically or be made not available to other applications. Any suggestions? Please do help! Thanks in advance...I have already tried the above, But the font created using input stream is available only to my application* and is not viewable in photoshop.*. I realize this. Like I said, I know of no method that will register/deregister the font with the system. You'll have to create your own method that takes the operating system into account.
String os = System.getPropery("os.name");
if(os.equals("Windows Vista")) {
}else if(os.equals("Windows XP")) {
}else if(os.equals("Windows NT")) {
}else if(os.equals("Solaris")) {

Digital Unix
FreeBSD

Linux
Mac OS
Mac OS X
MPE/iX
Netware 4.11
OS/2
Solaris
Windows 2000
Windows 95
Windows 98
Windows NT
Windows Vista
Windows XPYou'll need the standard font directory for each system. I think all the window ones are C:\Windows\Font\ . Each OS probably has its own little quark (like having several font directories or throwing different security exceptions). Undoubtly it's going to require some research and a bit of trial and error. You can probably work some magic with Runtime.exec(...) as well.
The alternative would be to google for some libraries that offer similar functionality, or promt the user for the system's font directory and save the location of the directory in a file somewhere for future use (so the user dosen't have to specify the font directory everytime he/she starts up the application). -
Question: how to install new fonts in Premiere on Mac
Someone, please tell me how to add new fonts in Adobe Premiere!
I use MacBookPro with OS X Lion.
As trying to add fonts reffering to the previous discussion like http://forums.adobe.com/message/2379742 ,
I realized that it was unavailable because I cound not see "Install New Font" in "Window".
Is there a good way to solve this problem?In Mac OS X, double-clicking on a font file (i.e PostScript, Font Suitcase etc.) should launch the Font Book application, that window will have a Install Font button. You may have to Quit PrP and re-open for font to be available.

Anyone used BI Publisher 10.1.3 and still sucessfully uised metalink Note:373377.1?
I am using BI 10.1.3..What are the steps I need to follow?I followed the same from the Note:373377.1,Still no success..
Is that true that in case of BI publisher, i heard that BI publisher is stand alone.(It is not like XML publisher as the databse is not embedded) the fonts needed to be installed at server level..
How true is this?Can anyone please help on this?
thanks
prasannaUsing MICR in XMLP is like using any other special font (i.e. barcode). Please see below some link on how to have the fonts(MICR) working on your templates. Also, you could buy fonts but may want to try first on the MICR font shipped with the BI Publisher Desktop (i.e. C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\fonts).
