Thanks but it is too complicated, a waste of time, and risky. And I agree with Cynglas saying :
The admission that "the latest is not always the greatest" is candid and confirms my suspicions, but with a Cloud only updated subscription service Adobe really need to change their IT mentality. Test, test, test and test again before releasing any updates. Don't just release experimental betaware and hope to fix it later. That doesn't work when your paying customers get pushed the latest all the time as their only option for using the software. How are we to know which updates are safe/necessary and which are not?

Im not sure but the file seems to be a Toshiba utilities for win XP.
Check the Toshiba driver page because every utility or driver should be placed on the Toshiba driver page

How to install this update and solve USB and touchpad issues?

I have Equium M50 (59E) and got bitten by an update that took out my touchpad and keyboard .I have made fresh install of XP Home and have all updated drivers and all is going well .The last update i cant seem to fathom is for
Driver Ana _2005_10_24_V1.2 it is for ,Standard Open HCD USB Host Controller........X 2 .........
The update fixes all kinds of issues of the kind i am having and is a recomended update from Driver detective ,that i use offten .
The trouble is it says to uninstall drivers for the one i have installed allready and when i do this it knocks off my USB mouse leaving me not able to install the new ones .When i reboot it installs the ones i dont want reinstalled .

How to install Windows Updates on a 2012 Domain Controller w/Group Policy Settings

Hello All,
I'm having an issue installing Windows Updates on my Windows Server 2012 Standard with AD DS role, acting as a backup DC.
I have Group Policies setup for the Domain Controllers to download updates from my WSUS server but not to install them. When I go to my Windows Server 2003 R2 Domain Controller, I can install updates via the "Install Updates and Shutdown". That
option doesn't show up on the 2012 server. I can see from my WSUS server and the event viewer that the updates are being downloaded to the 2012 server........just no option for me to install the updates.
Am I just missing something or will I need to change the way my Group Policy is setup to allow installs and/or downloads? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So I've totally removed the GPO settings for configuring updates on the Default Domain Controllers OU and I can get the Windows Server 2003 Server to get updates from Windows Updates, but the 2012 Server still won't show me how to download or install any
updates. It just states on the log-in screen that there are "Windows Updates Sign in and install important updates".
Well guess what Microsoft! I've signed in and still don't see where I can install updates!!!
I guess because you've set AU=3.
There doesn't seem to be much documented in depth about AU/WUAgent (not in the history of forever), but Lawrence and others in the WSUS forum do cover a lot of related question about the agent and also GP settings.
Lawrence has blogged a lot of detail about the registry settings which are available for AU/WU, and how some of those settings are not practically of any use since WinXP.
So, even though your question isn't about WSUS, the WSUS forum is a great place to visit for help for WUAgent etc.
Anyway, "where can I install updates?" :

How to install CameraRaw update?

I have downloaded CameraRaw 4.6 update but do not know how to install it
in PS CS3.
When double clicking the file Windows (swedish version) says "cannot open".
Can it some how be imported into Photoshop?

How to install or update pkg in arch64??

I installed arch64 a few days ago with arch64 ISO, Duke.
I have a question.....
When I want to install or update package, for example xawtv,
the commed "pacman -Sy xawtv" right???
I worry about installing 32bits xawtv on my arch64.
And....
My computer home is not conneted to internet..
So I have to copy xawtv pkg from office to my computer.
But I cound't find xawtv 64bits pkg on webserver.
How can I do???

You can use pacman -Sy if you haven't synced your database, or just pacman -S if you have.
I just checked, and xawtv is available in the extra repository.

Is a simple Xaw-based TV program which uses the bttv driver or video4linux.
Are you using arch64 at your office? If so, you can run the following command to download the necessary files (/var/cache/pacman/pkg/) without installing them.
# pacman -Sw xawtv
resolving dependencies... done.
Targets: lesstif-0.95.0-2 libdv-1.0.0-1 zvbi-0.2.25-1 libfs-1.0.0-1 xawtv-3.95-1
Then you can transfer them to your home computer and install them with:
pacman -U <package name>
If you don't have arch64 at work, you will probably need to download the packages (including all dependencies listed above) manually from the repository, but the installation should be the same.
I'm not very experienced with this, so hopefully someone else will correct or confirm what I've written here.

How to install Bios Update for T43p?

Firstly, I installed "ThinkPad BIOS Update Utility"

When I run 1yuj18us.exe and followed the instructions on the screen, Windows shut down automatically but ThinkPad BIOS Update Utility screen did not appear as the instruction. I entered the BIOS Setup Utility to check the Bios version. Nothing changed. What's wrong?
Now, myBios version is 1.08. Must I update in steps (from 1.08 to 1.21, and from 1.21 to 1.22,...from 1.28 to 1.29 )? or I can update from 1.08 to 1.29 directly?

There is no need to deergister the secondary server. Can run with different patch versions for release
This would not work with running with two different releases (5.2 versus 5.3) in which case would need to be deregistered

How to install ipa update without destroying user data

Hi - hopefully this is an easy one...
I'm getting near the end of my iPad app development... at this point I can store files locally on the iPad from my AIR app.
But everytime I make a change to the app and republish the ipa, the only way I know how to get it on my iPad is to delete the app on the iPad, then install the new version through iTunes. This works, but it blows away any locally saved 'user' files.
So how can i put a new ipa update on the device without losing stored data, similar to downloading an update from the app store?

That's what I'd like to do, but I'm just fumbling through iTunes - I drop the new ipa into my 'Apps' (under library), then go to my device to Sync, but it never installs the new version. It seems to think I'm already 'synced', even though the ipa is new. I must be missing something basic. Also, the ipa is in 'Quick publishing for device testing mode'... Perhaps it needs to be published for Ad-hoc distribution?

Firmware updates are performed on the logic board, not the current Mac OS X system, and therefore can normally be installed once per computer regardless of how many times Mac OS X is reinstalled. Unless Apple or an authorized provider swaps out the logic board while repairing the computer or they send a replacement back, those updates won't appear again.

How to install and update ARD from 3.3 to present

I have a dillema as I have just come across my ARD 3.3 disc and serial number that I purchased a while back and did not get around to installing it. Iv'e just put the disc into my mac and tried to install, but it says the version I am trying to install is for Snow Leopard, as I am in Lion. I tried to download the latest update from ARD and install it but it said it cannot find ARD, which makes perfect sense. So how can I get around this problem?

There is an Apple Support article explaining the steps you need to do this which I can't seem to find at the moment. Eseentially this is what you do:
1. Copy the Apple Remote Desktop Installer from the Installation disc to the desktop
2. Hold the Control key and click on the Installer icon
3. In the contextual menu that appears, choose Show Package Contents
4. In the package contents, navigate to Contents/Installers
5. Control-click on RemoteDesktopAdmin.pkg and choose Show Package Contents
6. In the package contents, double-click the Archive.pax.gz file to expand it
7. In the expanded archive, navigate to Archive/Applications/ and drag Remote Desktop to your Applications folder
8. Immediately run Software Update to update Remote Desktop to the latest version
Alternatively you could download the latest version of ARD Admin instead and have the package ready to install after completing step 7.

Encore is not any more availabel in the CC version. The option given in some Chats ("Install old Version") does not show up any more.

You need to install Premiere CS6 in order to get Encore CS6.

I Downloaded the lastest Windows support software from apple, I put all the files on my iOS desktop, but now what do I do, is Bootcamp already updated?

Now, you have to put the "WindowsSupport" folder on a USB drive or DVD, in order to install them in Windows. Windows support software is for Windows, and it installs the latest drivers for your computer.
After burning it into a DVD or USB drive, start in Windows and install Windows support software

How to install (not update) the HP LaserJet 1020/1022 on Mountain Lion? The Apple Software Update doesn't show nothing.

Hi guys,
I'm trying to install my HP LaserJet 1020 on my new Mountain Lion anyway I'm not able to find any driver! The HP says that I can update or install this printer using the Apple Software Update anyway I don't see any update or installation on it.
Does someone know a way to download a driver or find a solution for this problem? With previous version of the OS It was possible to download a .dmg for the HP LaserJet 1022 (the driver was the same for both versions, 1020 and 1022). I tried to download and install the driver for Snow Leopard anyway I don't see any entry when I try to select a driver for my printer during the installation phase (the list contain only two very generic drivers for HP printers).

Updates are only available if the software has already been installed.
HP is responsible for updating their drivers for Mountain Lion compatibility. Not Apple.
Doubtful the driver for Snow Leopard will run on Mountain Lion.

I HAVE A INTEL IMAC 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5 4 G RAM MID 2011 21,5 inches, SOFTWARE VERSION OS X 10.8.3 (12D78), Boot ROM Version: IM121.0047.B1F I try to use boot camp to install windos 8 nad get this dialog box notification:
Boot Camp Assistant cannot be used.You must update your computer's Boot ROM firmware before using this setup assistant.
I run updates from software uupdate but my suystem was full updated, dowload the firmare manually, but could not install it ( boot camp 5, also try to instll firmware manully and install and run the .exe but did install .) I will appreciate any help.
