There are three options for running Windows software on an Intel-based Mac:
Virtualization: you can install software such as Parallels or VMWare (along with a licensed copy of Windows) which will emulate the environment necessary to run Windows software. Performance is significantly degraded, but you can work with both Windows and Mac software simultaneously.
Dual boot: You can use Apple's Bootcamp to partition your drive and create a CD of Windows drivers for your devices, so that you can then install Windows on one partition of your drive. Your Windows software will run just as it does on any other Windows PC, but you have to reboot to switch between Windows and OS X.
Crossover: Crossover is a product that allows you to run Windows programs in OS X without installing Windows. Not all Windows software will work with Crossover though.

If you need to write or modify documents made with Word, Excel, or Powerpoint, then you need Office. Otherwise, you don't. If you already have it then installation just involves double-clicking on the Office Installer's icon.

I really need help about that, I've just start a new job that requiered 20-20 Design, witch is only support by PC. But I don't want change my Mac for PC My iMac has Bootcamp already so I need to know, if I'm installing Windows Vista or 7 (witch is requiered by my program/software...I don't know how I'm suppose to call it in english), will I be able to make it work? And if it can help, my 20-20 design is working with an USB key not an installation CD. I've read a lot of topics but no one answer my question

OK, This can look like a silly question but I really need to be using this program by sunday and i have no ideia how to install it in my mac. I need help
so i got the 4 disks to install CS3 ( adobecreative 3 master collection)
but i dont know how to install it. i put the disk 1 and nothing happen so i open the cd andi can see the files but i can not install it.

is this the Mac OSX or the Windows version of CS3 ?
If this is the Mac version, then there should be an Installer on the first CD.
If this is the Windows version you have to install Windows before you can install any kind of Windows executable program.
BootCamp http://www.apple.com/support/bootcamp/ or VirtualBox http://www.virtualbox.org/ are two possibilities to install Windows on a Intel-based Mac.
Both are free.
Another two are Parallels or VMWare Fusion. Both costs.
All four requires that you a valid Windows license/CD to install Windows.
