How to install Pages, Numbers and Keynote again in iPhone ?

Hi,
I bought an iPhone 6 plus and it comes with pages, numbers and keynote with it.
2 days ago those I accidentally deleted those apps
Now when I wanted to download the Apps again it says $9.99
Given that in my Apple ID I haven't bought those apps.
But I bought the iPhone that comes with those apps
So I thought I should be able to re download it
Is there a way to restore those apps without purchasing them?

Did you ever back up our phone to your computer? if yes, those app should be part of the iTunes library. Sync them again to your device.
You could also try to set your device back to factory settings and see if the apps are installed during this process.

Any recommendations on how to upload pages, numbers and keynote to my 08 macbook with mac os x 10.5.8

I bought a used macbook recently; when I turned it on, it needed some updates. I do not have Office, but I would like to upload Pages, Numbers and Keynote to be able to work with some of the Office documents.

The App Store version of iWork ‘09 programs (Pages, Numbers & Keynote) will only work with 10.7 or 10.8. You can get the Work ’09 DVD which will run on 10.5 or 10.6 on eBay or Amazon.com fairly cheap

Did you install iWork by downloading them from the Mac App Store or via an install disc?
App store is just as simple as downloading them again. If you used the install disc them instert it into your iMac and use the 'Remote disc' function on your MBA. It's located in the left-hand pane in Finder. Make sure both mac's are on the same WiFi network. Just select your iMac from your MBA and then you can access the install disc.

When updates are available for them, you'll get your updates through the Software Update application rather than through the App Store.

I have an iPad that couldn't be updated because my laptop was an old one. Recently, I bought a new laptop and tried to updated my iPad plugging to the laptop. I just checked the size of those apps and compared it to the one that Finder says those have on my computer and it looks as if the files were there. I have tried to access them but the type of file is .ipa and I have no idea on how to open them. Is it possible to recover those files? If so, how can I do it?

It's not correct at all. It is true that Apple is offering Numbers, Keynote and Pages for free, but only for users who have purchased a Mac after October 1st, 2013, and for existing iWork '09 users. If you have not got iWork '09 and you purchased your Mac before October 1st, you need to pay for these apps.
The new iWork version (Numbers, Keynote and Pages) is criticised by its lack of features. Instead, I recommend you to get LibreOffice or, if you need the most complete productivity suite, Office for Mac. Give LibreOffice a try first

Login to your iDisk on the windows machine and then click on the Home on the left.
Upload whatever documents you want access to on your iPad to your iDisk.
Once you have the desired files on your iDisk you go to the app on your iPad you wish to work with tap the sharing button (little arrow going down into a box) which will give you an "iDisk" option and you'll see the files there.

If you want to have Pages, Numbers and Keynote on the iPad then you will need to buy the app versions from the iTunes app store - the Mac version (OS X) is not compatible with the iPad (iOS), they are different operating systems.

Your Windows system will not open any Pages, Numbers or Keynote documents. No applications exist for Windows that can open those formats. The iWork documents can natively open Word, Excel and PP documents, though there are limitations on what can be imported (for instance, Numbers does not support all possible Excel functions). Consult the documentation for the relevant iWork application for details on importing and exporting.
If you are asking how to get the documents from one system to the other, then there are several ways to do that, including file sharing, using an external drive (hard drive, USB flash drive), or emailing the documents to yourself. If you are asking about the app opening when you start the machine, you are describing the behavior of the system's feature named Resume.
It's designed to reset the apps in the state in which we quitted them.
On my machine I apply brute force.
I switch off thru a script which delete the Saved Applications State files then issue a Quit command.

You may have to purchase them as Apple did not offer them with new Macs until after October 2013. Check the App Store. Whether free or fee, many are discovering that Pages v5 and later is the antithesis of word processing functionality. You would be better served with Office for Mac 2011 update 14.4.5, or the free LibreOffice.
