How to install Ps5 on the new computer?

Must I delete Ps5 on the old computer first and then install it on the new one? Or is it possible to have this program on the two computers?

However, you may not run the software simultaneously on both the primary and secondary computers.

How to install upgrades on a new computer

Hello. I just purchased the upgrade to CS5.5 yesterday, but I'm on a new computer. I tried to install my previous version (CS4) first on the new computer first, but my original full license is CS, so it's asking for THAT serial number. Which I don't have. I didn't purchase it from Adobe, but one of those companies like MacMall. The serial numbers in the "About" panels for the individual programs don't work. I don't have the box anymore, and I don't think I have the disks, althought they may be at my office somewhere. Copying CS programs onto the new machine isn't working either (I didn't think it would). I'm stuck. And need to work...I know I can do a trial version for now, but what is the process for this situation if I can't locate the serial numbers?
I may have a receipt somewhere, but it's unlikely since it was so long ago.

CS5.5 would only ask for the serial of the previous product which is CS4. No need to install anything.

How 2 Install Aperture on a new computer

I just ordered a new Mac Pro. I have Aperture on my old computer and I want to install it on the new one. I don't want to use the Aperture v1.0 CD then do all the updates to get to the latest version. Is there a way to download the latest version of aperture, then just enter my serial number or something.
Also, once Aperture is installed, what's the best way to connect the two Macs together so I can move the library from old to new. My Mac (and other windows computers) are all on a LAN in my home.

My computer crashed but I was able to rescue my files. How can I transfer my bookmarks from the old Firefox browser and install them in the new computer? I can't find the bookmark file in the old browser.

I'm transferring my files from a HP laptop to a Dell desktop because the HP crushed. I installed Firefox 8 in the Dell computer (I had the Firefox 5 -I believe- in the HP). I'm looking for the old bookmarks file in the old computer but I don't find them. Where are they? I'll appreciate your help because I had a pretty good collection of bookmarks. Sadly I didn't back up them on time.

That option is not working for me because I have a subscription to Adobe Photoshop rather than a product.
When I view my orders, it says I have no orders, I can only see my purchases through the "my subscription and services" link.
I do not see a place to download the program.

Yes Pages 5 is very different and has many features and templates missing.
You do not install fonts in Pages, you install them in the System. Purchase/Download them and double click on them to install.
The manual for Pages 5 is online. Click on the link under the Help menu.

I am planning to buy a SDD.
However, how can I use my Windows Product ID for installing a new system on the SSD;
Is there any recommendations for this situation. I want to keep all lenovo functions in the new SSD.

hi.
did you make the Lenovo recovery dvd set from your original factory windows installation?
if so, then:
- simply swap out the platter drive for the new, blank ssd.
- make sure that your optical drive is listed first in your bios boot order.
- boot disk #1 of the recovery disk set and follow the prompts.
- in short order you'll have the ssd set up with "all lenovo functions" as you've described you wish.
- you won't need the Windows key from the sticker on the bottom of your machine.
if you didn't make the set, then it'll take more work. once you've installed Windows on the ssd, you'll need to get Thinkvantage System Update from the driver matrix here: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/research/hints-or-tips/detail.page?&LegacyDocID=MIGR-77167 and install it. you'll be able to update hardware drivers and Thinkvantage apps from it. once you've completed that, you can double check the matrix to catch anything newer than offered by TVSU.

If you have access to your old laptop (and it's still working), ideally, you should transfer your complete iTunes library from your old PC to your new PC. If you can and want to do it that way, please post back.
Otherwise, iTunes syncing is generally in one direction, from iTunes library to iPod. You cannot use iTunes to transfer song files from iPod to computer (except for songs purchased from the iTunes Store). However, there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer. If you do an Internet search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links. (The CNET article seems to be popular.)
Once the song files are on your computer's drive, you can add them to your new iTunes library.

I spent hrs fixing my iTunes since I did the update and it wiped out everything! I have put all of my iTunes on my external hard drive and it works but I got a new computer. I installed iTunes on the new computer but now the folders on my ehd are empty!

I am having a very hard time. First I finally got all of my music back into iTunes and then moved them all to my external hard drive. I set up iTunes to automatically put and get music from the external hard drive and whenever I open the drive al of the music is there. Now, I bought a new computer and went ahead and got iTunes all set up then tried to add folder to import from the external hard drive but all the music folders are empty! If you've just moved the drive between systems then see Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows just in case that reveals the missing files. Apply to a single album folder first as a test. Otherwise, if you've not done too much with the drive since things went missing, an undelete tool might recover the lost media. FreeRecover looks promising... Select the drive, use the options to get file paths and check file integrity, then, presumably, you can restore anything that has been deleted that looks recoverable. Backup to another drive when you're done.

My desktop computer crashed and I purchased a new laptop. I was able to salvage the hard drive and files. Can I pull my bookmarks and cookies from the old hard drive and install them on the new computer with FireFox installed?

I have saved the entire contents of the failing hard drive on an external hard drive. I need to know where the bookmarks and cookie files are loacated and where they need to go on the new system.

To Authorize your Windows laptop:
1.     Open iTunes and sign on with your Apple/iTunes ID
2.     Press CTL+B to display the top menu
3.     Click on Store in that Menu
4.     In the dropdown, you should see "Authorize This Computer"
5.     Click on that to authorize the computer to your iTunes ID
