How to install voices in captivate 8

I have downloaded the files successfully. When I try to run setup.exe i get the error message that it cannot run probable because a file is missing. It is the same error message that I got when I tried to install the voices while using Captivate 7 The error message suggests that I down load Adobe Support Adviser which is no longer available. I am running setup.exe as administrator. I did try it after I closed Captivate 8.

I recently successfully installed Captivate 7. (I had to uninstall it and reinstall it due to a problem.) I then downloaded Neospeech 32-bit Voices for Captivate 7 to my Downloads folder. I unzipped the file within my downloads folder and ran the executive file as administrator. I restarted the computer, and the voices are still not within in Captivate. Any tips?
And wouldnt it be easier if Captivate just included them in the software to begin with?

Do you see the VT folder in the Program Files folder - C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe Captivate Voices 7 ?
If you see that, rename or clear the Preferences folder and launch Captivate as an administrator. You should see the voices in the Captivate.
If you don't have the VT folder, then restart your computer and reinstall NeoSpeech. This should work.

How to install silently Adobe Captivate 4

Hello,
I have tried to use the KB 325175 and apply the same command
line used in Captivate 3 to the new Captivate 4:

However, I got full user interface and it stopped on the
screen asking me for the serial number. Is there a way to install
Adobe Captivate 4 silently without any user interaction and what
are the new command line switches?

I check the install log of captivate,
it seem as it is keep on checking something during install payload "Air" and nver pass unless I kill the process of Adobe AIR Application Installer.exe
I'm not sure AIR is necessary for Captivate usage, if no, can I modify the "setup.xml" in payload folder to sikp AIR install?

Installing voices into Adobe Captivate 7 (subscription)

Any instructions for how to install voices for TTS in the subscription (Cloud) version of Captivate 7?
Also, any other instructions as to the differences between the standalone version and using the subscription service version, would be appreciated.

Please follow these steps to get voices installed.
1) Launch Captivate 7.
2) Go to Audio : Speech Management. You should see download voices link in the bottom left hand side of the dialog.
3) Click the link to download it. Once you download it, unzip and run the installer.
4) Re-Launch Captivate
Standalone and subscription versions are SAME. There is no difference in functionality.

I am on day 2 of the 30-day trial. I downloaded the voice zip files, but can't seem to get them recognized/installed in the trial version. How do I do this?

Hi there,
If you have downloaded the voices for Captivate 7, then it has downloaded the zipped file for Text to speech installer.
You need to extract that zipped file to a folder first, then inside that folder there is setup.exe file, double click on setup.exe to start the installation. (Captivate should be closed while installing voices)
Note: The set up of text to speech are different for Captivate 7 32 bit and Captivate 7 64 bit, so make sure that you have downloaded the appropriate one.

Downloaded and have the trial CP6 running on a PC.
I downloaded the Loquendo STT voices, but do not know how to install them. The downloaded file ends in .dmg
Only one file was downloaded. Is there an installer file that must be used and where do I find it?

Indeed, as Sreekanth points out, you need full administration rights for any installation. But 'Run as Administrator' for Captivate only needs limited rights for Captivate, which is not full administrator rights. Just wanted to clarify.

a. u need to send the mail to [email protected] along with PAK code and serial number of 2951 router.this u can get by running command show version or show license udi
b. after u recive the license file[uck9_license.lic], upload this file in router flash using command copy tftp flash:
c. u can check the same by running command show flash:
d. now u need to install the license file . run the command license install flash:uck9_license.lic
e. now run the command license boot module c2900 technology-package uck9 and accept :yes
f. reboot the router
g. after the router reboots, run command show license feature /sh license all.

I download HP drivers for HP 7 voice tab 1351ra from HP site. File name is "update.zip" but I don't know how to install? This installation file is for tab or PC?

The update.zip file is a rebuild file for Jelly Bean.
If your tablet has recently been updated to KitKat, then this file will not work.
I would suggest you search the support site from HP for the country you live in for instructions.

Anyone has done install silently the captivate 8 using AAME? i try using this tool to create the msi but its not work.
i saw the previous disussion on captivate 7 and they said cannot use AAME and need to use CCP.
isit also applicable to Adobe Captivate 8? if yes cana anyone tell me how to download the CCP?
I already create my Adobe ID but when i try to login, its stated "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site."

- You can only sync with one iTune library but you can manually music music and vides with different computers. To do so go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.

How to install eLearning Suite silently without the license agreement prompt

I was able to install the eLearning Suite 1.0 by following the guideline "How to install Captivate Silently". I used the "setup --mode=silent --deploymentFile=install.xml" method, and that worked except one thing. Adobe Air prompted for a License Agreement, and I also got a demo screen pop up. How do I supress these two pop ups when using the silent mode setup? I know how to do this for Captivate, but folder structures are different in eLearning Suite.

Let me know if this summary is correct:
1. If possible allways let Vista install apps in default directories.
2. Adobe apps and their newer versions are by default installed in new directories (except for Acrobat). For example CS4 MC would be installed as a completely seperate entity from CS 3 MC. Another example, eLearning Suite 4 would be installed as a completely seperate entity from CS 3 MC. Therefore all settings in each newly installed application need to be set up. Does each application then have its own unique data directory structure?
3. Since each Suite is a separate entity each license is seperate. This avoids cross license issues between different Suites.
4. If a user allways wants the same (latest) version of an application to load then one must manually uninstall old versions in the other Suites.
For example, as a default install eLearning Suite 4 would be a completely seperate entity from CS 3 MC. The user would then delete the following older CS3 applications (as the newer versions are in eLearning Suite 4):
Photoshop CS3 Extended
Flash CS3 Professional
Dreamweaver CS3
Soundbooth CS3
Except for Acrobat as the default install would have updated the CS3 version.
