How to integrate ECC as backend server for CRM Server

Hi Experts,
My requirement is I have two servers one is ECC and another one is CRM , Now I need CRM Backed server as ECC, I.e
when ever a sales order created in CRM ,it's need to be replica in ECC also , how can it possible , how can configurable settings between these two systems , if there is any documents to achieve this , Please suggest me

Hi Sadasiva,
1). Create an RFC between CRM and ECC and vice versa
2). Partner profiles in WE20 and Port configuration in WE21
3). You can transfer either in the form of Idocs or your functional configuration has to do below mentioned steps
To replicate a sales order from CRM to ECC you should have following prerequisties.
1. Master Data: Customer, material should exist in both the system
2.Organization Structure like Sales Org, Division, Distribution Channel (Sales Area) should exist in both the system
3.Same Document Type,Item Category, Item Category Determination should exist in both the system
4.Same Number Range should exist in both the system

server system means where we have xi inst.
client system means where we have only GUI inst.(front end).

How to integrate a Solaris x86 server on Sun Management Center ?

Hello people,
I want to integrate a Solaris x86 server on Sun Management Center platform.
If I'm not wrong, SunMC doesn't run for Solaris x86, server and client only as console with Java.
In speat of it, I try to install Sun Management Center 3.0 Agent for Solaris x86.
It seems to be ok, install packages, but when execute es-setup script, intents to create the following directory:
/opt/SUNWsymon/base/bin/sparc-sun-solaris2.8
I supose that in this directory, SunMC will install sparc binary files
At this point, I can't follow the installation and abort it.
Can anybody give me ideas to install and integrate my solaris x86 server on SunMC ?

How to Integrate ECC with Payment Gateway

Hi Gurus,
I need your help. We have one requirement.
Here is the scenario.We have one custom screen for direct sales in stores. The user scan the articles and enter the price, and ask the customer to pay by card or cash.
If the customer wants to pay the amount by cash, then user enters the amount and clicks on cardpay button.
Here after the payment has to be taken care by the third party payment gateway (XYZ).
Now I need to integrate ECC with third party payment gateway. If you can post any docu2019s related to this, or any form of help is highly appreciated.
Please let me know if you are not clear or any concerns.

There will be lot of way to achieve this, I want to suggest one of the possible way :
If there is Third party agreement is done to collect the payment then from SAP end you need to do two things.
1. Outbound from SAP : when user clicked of Card Pay button then take the all mandatory validation if required from your end and generate a Payment Referenec Number and redirect to the Third party URL with details like amount Payment Reference No., customer card No. etc...,
2. Inbound to SAP : once the Third party gets the confirmation of payment then they have to revert back to your SAP system with the detail's to synchronize the payment with the following parameters like : same payment Ref No., Unique transaction reference No. what they have generated from there end, customer card no. for further verification at your end and with the payment status saying Transaction is Success of fail. for that you can prefer to use Custom IDOC.
Since payment and all is highly secured transaction so that you can discuss with your third party to get the double verification before getting the payment finally confirmed, for more secure transaction use Encryption Decryption concept.

You need to decide where you need the integration touuch points between these systems. So, you need identify the business processes where the integration is happening.
A quick example in CRM - R/3 case could be Quotation to Sales order.
CRM has the in-built Middleware which performs the integration between CRM and R/3 system.You can transfer the custom data either from CRM to R/3 or vice versa. Initially, you need to verify the RFC Connections between the connecting systems. Next, you can do the initial download of Customizing object,Business Objects and Condition Objects from R/3 to CRm.

Then i have to synchronize both of them .

Hi there,
the integration is pretty easy, you simply:
--> start aris
--> go to the designer
--> create a database
--> login to the database
--> go to view/options
--> Open SAP-Options
--> Edit server info
--> then you can start synchronizing your project

How to integrate from MS SQL SERVER 2005 and Flatfile to Oracle 10g.

I am new to ODI. I am trying to load sample data from MS SQL Server 2005 and Flatfile to Oracle 10g.
1. I have created three models.
1-1. SQL2005 (SRC_CUSTOMER table)
1-2. Flatfile (SRC_AGE_GROUP.txt & SRC_SALES_PERSON.txt)
1-3. Oracle 10g (TRG_CUSTOMER table)
You may know I got those environments from the ODI DEMO environment.
2. I could able to reverse the tables also.
3. I have created an interface which contains source table (from MSSQL 2005), Flatfile and target table from ORACLE model.
4. I have imported the knowledge modules. But I am confusing in selecting the knowledge modules to source and target tables.
I've selected LKM File to SQL for flatfile model.
I've also selected LKM SQL to SQL for MSSQL 2005 model and IKM Oracle Incremental Update for the target table (ORACLE).
I've also implemented the interface that I created. It worked without errors. But there is no data in target table which is TRG_CUSTOMER.
I really would like to know what happened and what the problems are.

You can refer to FM:CRM_ORDER_CHANGE_DOCS_CREATE. In this FM, the change documents are set.
But I don't recommend to create or change standard change document by your own logic because of view of the internal control. Changing the change document by user own logic has possibility to make the falsification.

Will it be possible to provide a document that will instruct on how to integrate oracle10g with TIBCO Enterprise for JMS
I needed to Integrate oracle 10g with TIBCO Enterprise for JMS.
When i searched on internet about how to do it, i found a document on oracle's site which has instructions (in the HOW-TO section) related to integration with OC4J (and not Oracle 10g)
I have been successfully able to integrate OC4J developer preview edition 10.1.3 with TIBCO enterprise for JMS.
when i tried with the same instructions to integrate oracle 10g with TIBCO Enterprise for JMS, i could not succeed. The i understood that the standalone OC4J is different from the embedded OC4J in Oracle 10g
Will it be possible to provide a document that will instruct on how to integrate oracle10g with TIBCO Enterprise for JMS

Hi,
you can create your own condition object(r3ac5), and in the new object > (tables/structures) tab change the condition table (A-)
please be noted that the table (KONW) which pass the scales, exist by defualt
u have to execute your object to replicate the data, and to be konwn your 2 objects which had run just for customzing not for data

Is there any Badi or Exit in ECC to see the CRM Billing Document informatin before accounting document gets generated.
Or In CRM any BAdi is there to send some values to ECC when billing document gets release.
Actually i need contract number is to be captured in assignment field of accounting document. Currently we have a provison in ECC i.e in GL master data one sort key field is there (108- Service contract). If we select this sort key contract number is coming in assignment field of accounting document for the contracts created in ECC(VA41).
But for CRM contract numbers its not capturing.

It will be possible to do all the configurations related to RFC destination and partner profile as the experties have mentioned in above posts.
You need to also check with the way you could be able to access the SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 server through internet.
When you establish a connection to a client through a destination, the HTTP connection must first be entered in transaction SM59.
There are two types of HTTP connection in transaction SM59: Call transaction SM59 to display the different RFC destinations.
The HTTP connection to the external server (connection type G) and the HTTP connection to the R/3 system (connection type H) are different only in their logon procedures. Their technical settings are the same. To display the technical settings, double-click a connection.
You can choose from three tabs. Under Technical Settings, you can specify the following:
·        Target Host: The host to which you want to connect.
Note that if you are using HTTPS as a protocol, you have to specify the full host name (with domain).
·        Service No.: Here, you specify the port. The destination host must of course be configured in such a way that the specified port understands the corresponding protocol (HTTP or HTTPS). See Parameterizing the ICM and the ICM Server Cache.
·        Path Prefix: At the time when the connection to this destination is initiated, the system inserts this sub-path before ~request_uri.
·        HTTP Proxy Options: Here, you can configure a proxy for HTTP connections: You can determine the proxy host and service, as well as users and passwords for the HTTP connection.
The tab page Logon/Security will be different depending on whether you have selected a HTTP connection to an external server (connection type G) or a HTTP connection to an R/3 system (connection type H).
HTTP Connection to an External Server (Connection Type G)
Choose the connection you want to use. You can choose from the following logon procedures:
·        No Logon: The server program does not request a user or password.
·        Basic Authentication: The server program requests a user and password. Basic Authentication is a standard HTTP method for authenticating users. When a user logs on to the target system, he or she provides a user ID and password as authentication. This information is then sent in a header variable as a Base 64-encoded string to the server, through the HTTP connection.
·        SSL Client Certificate: If you use client certificates for authentication, the client authentication is performed through the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. In this case, you must also select the SSL Client PSE of the SAP Web AS that contains the relevant certificate for the authentication. The target system must handle the issuer of the SAP Web AS client certificate as a trusted system.
Under Logon/Security, you can also activate SSL to ensure that HTTPS is the protocol used (if you select SSL, make sure that the correct port is entered under Technical Settings). In the security transaction STRUST you can determine which type of SSL client is used. (Getting Started with the Trust Manager, Trust Manager).
The field Authorization for Destination has been implemented as an additional level of protection. We recommend that you specify a user and password for the RFC destination.

Java ftp server which can use LDAP, how to integrate with WLS' implementation of LDAP?

Howdy.
I'm setting up a java ftp server
(http://www.mycgiserver.com/~ranab/ftp/index.html) which is capable of using
LDAP for it's user security. I would like to integrate this ftp server with
wls' implementation of LDAP so I only have to admin one user list.
Does wls put it's user list in the LDAP or in it's own proprietary setup? I
tried playing around with it, but the users don't seem to appear in the JNDI
tree. Is this where the LDAP stuff is located? I thought it was in there?
If it's in it's own setup, is there a way to propagate the users to LDAP?
If these look like newbie Q&A, I guess they kind of are, I'm new to LDAP.
