Can any one help how can I assign sales organization,sales group to any any employee in HR module

I think its vice versa, they (SD) assign the employee number to sales group and sales organization.

    We have a unique situation where we like change the sold-to customer of the sales order

    customer of the ship-to customer of the original sales order. If this the case then the new

    We tried using BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE and commit afterwards. We checked
    the returned parameteres of the BAPIs and they are all successful but sold-to remains the
    same old one.
    Any help would be much more appreciated.

    Thanks handar. As per your instructions I have tried OAM authorization policy and its working fine. But we also wants to check the same with OES also. Currently I have configure weblogic SM and created domain. In same domain I have deployed my application also. I have created application, resources and authorization policy to authorize /myfolder/index.jsp if user has some specific role. Now if I try to access my web application using http://host:8001/CONTEXT/myfolder/index.jsp, it doesn't check if user is authorized or not. I guess my application is not related to the resource I have created. Please help me with this. Also, let me know if we can retirive logged in user from session and use for authorization.

    Check table CRMM_BUT_LNK0141 to obtain the sales area of a BP (by BP Guid).
    If you need the sales office and sales group, read GuidSet of that table and check table CRMM_BUT_SET0140 to list the sales office and sales group by that Guid set.
    There are some function modules too:
    CMS_BUPA_ORGDATA_GET_BL among others.

  • How to integrate Sliding picture menu with Bubble chart

    Hi
    I have a Bubble chart as below for sales
    X axis = Amount (ex- 2500045)
    y axis = Deal age (ex- 15)
    z axis = stages (ex- quotation/negotiation/closed/lost)
    I have datas for 5 sales rep with different stages
    Next is a Sliding picture menu
    This has pictures of the above 5 sales rep.
    Now how to integrate these two. that means if I click one sales rep picture data of that salesrep should reflect in bubble chart, likewise if I click on other sales rep his data should appear in the bubble chart
    Can any experts help on this.

    Could you explain a bit more what it is exactly you're trying to accomplish.  How are you trying to integrate the openbox menu with tint?
    For example: right-clicking free space on tint panel brings up OB menu.
    Current workaround works (tint not stretched to screen width - I'm clicking empty space on sides of tint panel) but I was hoping for more "elegant" solution.
    According to tint manual:
    "3.7 Mouse
    customize mouse action with : none, close, toggle, iconify, shade, toggle_iconify
    mouse_middle = none
    mouse_right = close
    mouse_scroll_up = toggle
    mouse_scroll_down = iconify"
    Why not just use the hotkey to bring up the openbox menu?
    Not being able to do everyday tasks efficiently with a mouse is a big no-no.
    Besides that, combo of OB + Tint + Trayer is great.

    In VA02, I defined BP05 for sales organization, and two items : the first one in the BP01 plant and the second one in the BP02 plant.
    The sale order works and  I am trying to delivery two products from two differents plant in the same document.
    Here the message No VL415 : "Plant BP01  has deviating sales area data"
    "In a delivery with internal offsetting, the system determined during the
    plant check that the plant has different sales area data from the header
    sales area data determined for internal offsetting."
    How can I link finance and logical sales organization ?

    There is no link between Finance sales organization and logistic sales organization
    Look at the following points in spro for the intercompany billing:
    Sales and Distribution > Billing > Intercompany Billing > Assign Organizational Units By Plant
    Sales and Distribution > Billing > Intercompany Billing > Define Internal Customer Number By Sales Organization

    A non-SAP system is creating a BPEL file. I have to import that file into XI & create a BPM for it. Then I have to integrate the BPM to SAP MM transactions & EP also in such a way that if user interacts with EP then the processing should take place as per the process defined in BPM.
    <b>What I know:</b>
    I have a BPEL file created from some non-SAP system & using it I have to create ccBPM in XI. Up to this point I know what to do & how to do.
    <b>Problem:</b>
    Now the issue which I am facing is that how to connect my BPM to SAP transactions. As you told us in training that for every ccBPM a Business workflow is created in SAP. So, as per my understanding, it means the workflow should get triggered when any event is created by user’s action in EP. But the problem is that how to integrate EP & SAP transactions to my ccBPM?
    Please provide your valuable inputs ASAP. It is urgent.

    By useing SAP transaction iView in EP , you can directly interact SAP transaction then where is the portion of XI and ccBPM??
    Solution is already expalined in Above blog. correct suitable blog.
    from EP you can interact Xi through Webservice , this webservice can be created from NWDS , you can edit or EJB also..
    that Webservice ,through SOAP adapter integrate the XI , in XI use ccBPM, whatever you want through RFC /BAPI you can do suitable operation in R#, here you r problem is how to call SAP transaction,..
    here please expalin what is the requirement.. or select suitable BAPI /RFC to do such operation/functionality in R3.

    SAP CONNECTORS:- Basically Connectors are like middlewares , that we use to connect to the backend system including Non SAP systems also. Will try to explain it to u with some examples of SAP Connectors:-
    a) SAP Business Connectors:-
    A middleware application based on the B2B integration server from webMethods.
    The SAP Business Connector enables both bi-directional synchronous communication and asynchronous communication between SAP applications and SAP and non-SAP applications.
    The SAP Business Connector makes all SAP functions that are available via BAPIs or IDocs accessible to business partners over the Internet as an XML-based service.
    The SAP Business Connector uses the Internet as a communication platform and XML or HTML as the data format. It integrates non-SAP products by using an open, non-proprietary technology.
    b) SAP Java Connector:-
    SAP Java Connector (SAP JCo) is a middleware component that enables the development of SAP-compatible components and applications in Java. SAP JCo supports communication with the SAP Server in both directions: inbound calls (Java calls ABAP) and outbound calls (ABAP calls Java).
    SAP JCo can be implemented with Desktop applications and with Web server applications.
    SAP JCo is used as an integrated component in the following applications:
    1) SAP Business Connector, for communication with external Java applications
    2) SAP Web Application Server, for connecting the integrated J2EE server with the ABAP environment.

    II) ALE Concept:-
    ALE is not restricted to communication between SAP systems, it can also be used for connecting SAP Systems to non-SAP systems.

    SAP certified Translator Programs can convert IDoc structures into customer-defined structures.

  • How to disable the sales organization for journals in an activity?

    Hello,
    I had some products created direcly in mySAP CRM (not downloaded from R/3) that don't need - and don't have - sales organization information (They don't even have the "SD" view on them, and represent product families, that are common to many companies, or even services, valid for all sales organizations in the company). Then, althought I created a journal saying that it was not dependent on a sales organization, when I insert this product on the journal, the error message no. CRM_PRODUCT_I419  appers "Product X in sales organization Y.,distribution channel Z not  scheduled ".
    Is there any way I can disable this check of the activity on a journal's product, or something that could prevent this error from happening (apart form inserting the sales organization information on the product?
    The version I use is 4.0

    m sorry i cant send you any screenshots as such  as i m not having SAP on my system.
    but you can go inside the SPRO and there in CRM-->Master Data> Product-----> Product catalog
    inside the catalog you must be having some product specific attributes there.
    just deactivate them if you do not want to use them
    also inside the org model again check whether the journal is org independent or not

    Now in query it is display : LI/DS/SA01/30000010  where LI DS SA01 are sales org. and 300000010 is the customer.

    i tried to manage compound in infoObject but i have too many errors becouse the object is already used in Infocubes and query therefore is not possible to change it.
    Probably i can change the display directly in the query but i need to fix another issue before.
    I can not update text for this infoobject 0sales_cust, i activated datasource 0CUST_SALES_TEXT created transformation and infopack but when i update text in PSA  i have red light with this message on all record:
    0CUST_SALES : Data record 670 (' ') : Duplicate data record     RSDMD     191
    For this infoObject i have already update attribute and hierarchy without any problem and now i need to update also the text
    Do u have any idea??

    Hi Standard Process will not allow to create a Sales Order With Cancelled invoice,
    Kindly go through at Copy Controls
    T.CODE:VTAF
    in that some body might have maintained between S1 invoice to RE Sales Document.
    Remove the settings then u will be not able to create Sales Order w.r.t to Cancelled Document.
