Widget Library in Adobe Muse is Empty. Help!

I just started using adobe muse and the widget libray is empty. I tried clearing the AdobeMuse cache in %appdata% like another forum suggested, but did not work. Please can you help me. I have attached an image of the empty widget library here.

Please try to clear your Muse cache by removing the AdobeMuse folder from the below location depending on your Opertating System:
Mac OS: ~/Library/Preferences
Windows XP: %appdata%
Windows 7: %appdata%
If that doesn't fix the issue, try a fresh reinstall by first uninstalling as per the instructions here: http://helpx.adobe.com/muse/kb/uninstall-muse.html
And then reinstalling Muse from the below links:
Mac: http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest_mac
Windows: http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest_win

Adobe Muse, Business Catalyst Ecommerce help

I was having trouble figuring out how to set one of my muse pages as a template that way I could use it for my catalogue pages. I figured it out, but all of my muse pages now have a white page in the middle (the white pages in muse are set to transparent) so I am sure this is on the business catalyst end. Some how I ended up distorting one of my pages, so I deleted it and republished the site in muse thinking it would restore it, but it didn't.
1. How can I restore the muse page.
2. How can I get rid of the white pages on every page of my site.
I have been using muse for awhile, but this is my first time using business catalyst, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you facing any particular error while syncing your settings? Can you please sign out of Creative Cloud desktop app and sign-in again and then try to sync your files?

How to add a slider widget to Adobe Muse form?

I have a form at http://www.magneticmarketing.me/logo-design.html that includes a large section that requires someone to rate their company between 1-10 in like 14 categories. This looks very chaotic as I currently have this as a general form format. I would like to run all of these into slider widgets? Is there any way to integrate this into the Adobe Muse form? If not, does anyone know of any third party form providers that would be good for this task?

You can try to use composition and then insert form in target area , where user on click to trigger can access the form but this would require to create separate forms for specific sections.
Or you can create forms and then change action url of the form which on submission will take to different page where the user will fill out next form and so on.
In both cases you have to create separate forms and use them like one single form.

How do I make multi regional website with Adobe Muse?

I am working for an art gallery with newly international presence. I am creating 3 versions of a website in French, English, and eventually Mandarin. While there will be links to bring visitors to mirroring pages in different languages, I want the language appropriate to visitors' device location to launch automatically. In other words, www.site.com will bring users in Paris to French version of site while users in New York use the same address to access English site, each determined by their location. Is this achievable in Adobe Muse?

Is it possible to intergrate Shopify in Adobe Muse

I sent this question to Shopify: Hello, Is it possible to integrate Shopify in my Adobe Muse website and Business Catalyst. I have done so with Wazala but was looking into Shopify for a new customer. This is what they responded : Unfortunately, we're not set up to integrate with Adobe Muse. To build a website for your customer you would have to do it within Shopify using the Template Editor.
It seems to me that I have heard of the integration of Shopify in Muse before. Am I mistaking? Thank you.

Unfortunately, much like Business Catalyst it is very proprietary and won't work with Muse.
There are alternatives though for example check out the latest three templates at Muse Grid as they have non-Business Catalyst eCommerce added

Are Edge Animates .OAM files that span 100% left to right with Adobe Muse even possible?

I can make an interactive banner like this: www.nbc.com , I can design websites in Adobe Muse, yet how do I combine the two? I can combine them but not with 100% browser width on both sides of the .OAM file published by Edge Animate? All I want is my .oam file to span from left to right of any sized browser without gap... HELP PLEASE! Is this possible with Adobe Muse & .OAM files?

Adobe Muse APTEE Licensing NOT WORKING!!

I am an IT Professional working for a major University in Missouri. We have an Apple computer lab of 26 20" iMacs, all running Adobe Creative Cloud with an Enterprise license. This license includes Adobe Muse (with its own serial number). We use Active Directory to manage users/group policies on all computers, and manage users on our Apple computers.
According to Adobe's support site, you can create a prov.xml file using APTEE and then apply it to serialize the Muse product installation for a computer lab environment.
I can only get this to work for EXISTING users. When a NEW user logs in to his or her account, they run Muse, and it asks for a subscription, as though Muse is not serialized. According to Adobe, you click on Existing Subscription anyway, enter your Adobe ID, and then it should still open. It doesn't..........it says the "subscription does not have a license for Adobe Muse" and gives the option to BUY or QUIT.
HELP!!!!!

Error when starting Adobe Muse CC

Has anybody encountered this error?
Adobe Muse CC has encountered an error and will now exit. Please report the last few actions you took leading up to this error to the Adobe Muse CC team.

This happens when I initially open Muse CC 2014. I do not even get to choose New File or open a recent file.

Uninstall and reinstall.
One or more of the Widget Library files that are part of your installation of Muse have been altered or were not successfully installed. These files are not intended for end user editing. The only way to revert them to their correct form is to uninstall and reinstall Muse. If you wish to have your own custom collection of widgets, use the "Library" panel within Muse. Don't directly open/edit the widget files within the "Library" folder structure.

Removing Hyperlinks from an Adobe Muse CC site

I built this site in adobe Muse CC 2014

It seems to be having some redirecting issues and directing to a ww3 site.
In the Hyperlinks portion of the top menu within Muse, it still lists all of the hyperlinks. Is it possible to remove all of the hyperlinks listed in the site and replace or update them?

Ah, you want to delete not really the hyperlinks, but the linked files! That is quite easy!
• Open the assets panel and click onto the "sort" icon.
• Look for the category "upload". There you will find all your upload-files listed.
• Clicking on one of these files activates the thrash icon.
• Click onto the thrash icon and the file will no longer be uploaded.
