How to join Meeting of Lync2010 for iPhone

Question

I use iPhone5s and Lync2010. I tring to join the meeting from Lync2010 for iPhone, but I cant join.
There are  the button of join meeting, and I push the button error message is apper like this "Cannnot to join the meetng" 
How can I  join the meeting, please let me know.

Who is hosting the meeting, you or an outside firm?  From the outside, can you connect to a user on the inside and share video?  If not, check your A/V edge ports:

If you can, but there are other issues, confirm that your meet URLs and external front end web services URLs are published by a reverse proxy, using a third party certificate that the phone supports, and that redirects traffic it receives on port 443 to
port 4443 on your front end pool.
