How to keep my place in a list when on shuffle? [iOS]

I don't really know a way to succintly state my question so I may ramble a bit. Basically, I have a 400+ song, 24+ hour playlist I made for a week-long roadtrip, thinking that since we had less than 24 hours of driving to do we wouldn't hear any songs repeated. However, even if I never close spotify explicitly, the app restarts after awhile, I lose my place in the list (whether on shuffle or not) and I have to restart the shuffle. And then since spotify's shuffle isn't great, I hear the same few songs for the whole road trip instead of actually getting anything out of the time I put in to making this list. Is there any way around this? A way to hold my place in the playlist or keep the spotify app from restarting itself when idle?

I don't believe there's a way to do that. It might be an idea.
If it's not an idea, you might as well submit it.
(I personally would love a feature like that. :P)

How to keep file name in print queue when printing crystal report

We are using VB .Net 2003 + Crystal Report 2008 SP2 up to Fix Pack 2.6
When the VB program spools crystal report files to print queue, the print queue only shows "Crystal Report" for each document. How to keep the original file name? In the past when we were using Crystal Report 11, the original file name can be shown in the print queue.
Please help because it's so important for operation to see which report is failed in printing when reports are printed in batch.

Set the PrintOption.JobTitle value for the print job. Here's C# code on how to:

In the no definition window, hit manage in the lower left.

How do I keep my place on a page when I hit the back button?

In other words, say I'm scrolling down a list of links from 1-30. I hit link #8, read it, and then want to go back and continue scrolling down the list. When I go back, though, Firefox has lost my place and sends me to the top of the list. I think this started happening with the latest version of FF. Anyone have a fix? Thanks!

Interesting. You're right. It doesn't happen when I click away from this site and then return. Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree. Maybe it's the specific website I was thinking of and not Firefox. Unfortunately, I have to use that site all the time for work. I'll try contacting their webmaster. Thanks for your help.

Keeping same place in library list

If a location in the library list is clicked, when the library list is subsequently viewed it will be the same location, but now at the top of the list. But when wishing to continue searching for other locations it would be preferable to resume viewing where that first location had previously been, part-way down the list. Is there a way of achieving this?

Unfortunately that doesn't do the trick. Once upon a time Firefox did this the way I'd like it to, but for more than a year (at least) it's been a problem, I just wonder if it's unusual or most everyone has the same issue

How would I keep my last location persistent in a table when switching between pages? If I am on cell X and switch to another page, when returning to the previous page, I return to the top of the table. This can be very annoying when trying to find the same location in a large table (or even in a small one).

If by "page" you mean "sheet", you can do it. To get back to the same place you were in the other sheet, click on the sheet in the sidebar (the list of sheets/tables/charts/etc on the left). Don't click on the table, click on the sheet.

How to hide two fields in SharePoint list when a dropdown value selected?

I have a SharePoint list which have four columns 1 Title 2.Type (Dropdown: option1:Issues Option2:Risk) 3.Risk Name and 4.Risk type. If 'type' value is 'Issues' then I need to hide field 3 and 4. In other words, default value in dropdown should be 'Issue'
and want to hide field 3 and 4 are onload without using InfoPath.

You can make use of jquery for the same. Add script editor webpart on the page and access the dropdown value and based on the value you get, show or hide the fields. Below are some pointers.

How to keep the column with FIXED? When I use pivot refreshes in Excel 2007, it keep changes

I use MS Excel 2007.
I want to keep the column fixed whenever I refresh data in pivot tables.
I tried even coding it with a macro:
Columns("B:F").Select
Columns("B:F").EntireColumn.AutoFit
And, in another time I tried columnwidth value to a fixed number; both doesnt work.
Please suggest a solution

One solution is to set the column width after manually or programmatically refresh the PivotTable, for example:
Private Sub Worksheet_PivotTableUpdate(ByVal Target As PivotTable)

ws.Columns("A").ColumnWidth = 10
End Sub
Another option is to set the column width, then protect the columns from been updated by the user, before refreshing the PivotTable, unprotect the worksheet. For example:

I have a requirement in which i have to call a list from screen. On the list i have to display data on from screen. The data width is 200(around 15 columns).
In the screen's PBO i have used the below code to navigate to list:
LEAVE TO LIST-PROCESSING AND RETURN TO SCREEN 0.
SET PF-STATUS space.
SUPPRESS DIALOG.
But, here how can i set the custom LINE-SIZE and LINE-COUNT.
Please do reply with an example.

The terms of your data/phone plan are solely determined by your carrier, in this case Verizon. It is up to them if they wish to allow consumers to carry over the existing terms of their plan. Hence, the thing you need to do is contact Verizon customer service and ask them to carry your terms over with your upgrade. I'm hoping if you ask nicely they may do it.

I am trying to integrate Peoplesoft applications into portal.I am able to access the PS applications,but when i try to navigate through the Peoplesoft pages,page is not opening in Content area.Peoplesoft page is opening in the browser rather than in the content area.
As for my concren in navigation at oneplace its leaving the portal environment to other Ps serevers environment.As PS link is pointing to PS server.
How to overcome this problem.I want to open all peoplesoft pages within the portal content area.

Anyone know how to keep a child Process from closing when the main Applicaiton is closed

I have a Web based application that needs to use an older version of Java to run it properly . I have been able to sequence this and use a shortcut to call on Iexplorer.exe to open the browser in bubble and have the old version of Java run in the
same bubble. This part is working as needed but the issue I have ran into is when a end user opens up a word document from a link and "check's it out" to modify it and closes the browser it immediately closes the word document along
with it. So the Question I have, Is there a way to keep a child process open when the main Application is closed . Anyone run into anything similar or any documentation on a way to keep the process alive until the end user closes it?

I don't believe there is a way to handle this currently within App-V...Other virtualization products do have the ability to exclude processes and force to run outside or the bubble or exclude them from terminating on shutdown.
