Unlocking can only be performed by the carrier it is locked to. Contact that carrier and see if you qualify for unlocking and if they will do it for you -

If you take a screenshot (Press the home button and Lock button at the same time), does it appear on the screenshot? Zoom in on the screenshot and see if it's still there.
If not, then your display is failing. I would recommend taking it to an Apple Store if you can, if you can't then to an authorised Apple reseller.
If it does appear on the screenshot when you zoom into the spot, then it's a really weird software issue! You might have to backup and restore the device.

I used a third party programme called Mackeeper UGHHH SOOO Stupid i know,it moved loads of files to the trash now i do not know where they originally came from or belong!! the put back option is in grey??and will not work even when i highlight one by one!!
how can i manually put these files back where they belong?
i know i should have used time machine but i have not set it up and its too late for that now
i have been researching and racking my brain on how to put these folders and contents of them back to where they once were all of the contents of the folder are still in tact AND i have not emptied my trash,my programmes and some of my apps are not working properly now...i use my computer alot for making music and things are jumbled up now...
is there anyone out there who knows the answer to my prayers on how to go about putting these folders/files back to where they came from to restore functionality to my mac..Yes and thank u if u were going to tell me i HAVE un installed mackeeper...A very sad and upset Mac user!! It read it already, but it did not mention about the country. I can saw "Designed by Apple in California. Assembled in China". but it does not mean that the iPhone comes from US or China. I mean that what model come from which country. thanks for your help anyway.

I don't know where the contacts came from on that are now on my new phone. There are way too many and it is not my list of contacts I have on gmail. Where else is this from? I spent a LONG time on gmail going through my list of contacts. There were about 400 and I got it down to about 90. When I went to sync my new phone, ALL 400 synced.

There are no keys, there is no trial version of OSX (ML or Mavericks) and Mavericks is free

Only some carriers offer the ability to unlock iPhone for use on any carrier. You'll have to buy an official unlocked phone from Apple, to be sure it has not been unlocked by using modified software.

If you did not purchase it from an authorized distributor, then there is no way to tell short of trying a different SIM. Even then, it may have been hacked to unlock it.

Same with Bluetooth, as long as you're looking at the screen, it will be searching. As soon as you exit the screen it stops, so quit looking at that screen. You know your refrigerator light? You open the door and it's on...trust me, close the door & the light goes off .
