You seem to be doing the right thing. Once you have posted the billing document. Can you please go to vf02 and check in the item detail tab if the internal order you have entered in va02 is there.

BW Datasource for Internal Order and Budget

Hi Gurus,
I would like to ask what datasource I can use for FICO specifically for Internal Orders and Budget. I have looked at all the datasources under the CO node but i can't seem to find a datasource that has the details for the Internal Order and for the Budget.

How to change settlement receivers in internal order

Hi
Internal order holds costs date back to previous year. I would like to perform settlement to the Cost Center and will perform Manual reposting from Cost center to the order in current fiscal year.
To perform this in order master data under settlement rule receivers are assets. I would like to add cost center as settlement receiver.
Any one help me on this how to change settlement receivers.

My problem is solved in the other way,,,,,,,i have settled costs date back to 2006 to the cost center and from cost center manually posted the to the order
and performed order settlement in 2007.
so previous year balance has been carried to the present year

How to open field WERKS in Internal order settlement rule

Could you explain please how to add field PLANT (WERKS) in internal order settlement rules. I would like to fill out this field during the settlement process.

Please post more details on your business scenario. Why you want to add plant field in the rule?
To which receiver you want settle your internal order? If you want to settle to a material for instance, plant will be one of the field available. Try double click on settlement rule to get to detailed screen.

How to Transfer Cost From an Internal Order to Another Internal Order

Dear Sir,
We had one Internal Order opened for Asset Under Commission (AUC) . We also had opened another Internal Order and cost were booked in this Internal Order also .
Now , we want to transfer the complete cost from 2nd Internal Order to 1st Internal Order . During the Transfer , we want to maintain the same GLs (i.e in 2nd Order the GLs get credited and in 1st Order the same GLs must be Debited)
Pl guide us , how to transfer the cost .

You can do a regular FI posting debiting and crediting the same account, with a different internal order in each line item.

Internal order and Budget fixing

Hi,
The budget is allocated for year 200t against internal order in T code KO22. But while i am tring to create an asset PO its showing error that Budget exceeded in Fiscal year 2008.
I think i need to fix budget for 2008. In KO22, in GOTO the Next fiscal year is in display mode.
Please let me know how to create the Budget for Next Fiscal year

You can change the Budget in tcode KO22, if you have authorization..
But you can add supplement through tcode KO24

Internal Order Capex Budgeting

There is no Investment Management and Budgeting module in our implementation. But ou client was decided to maintain CAPEX Budgeting for Internal Order. Is there is possible to maintain CAPEX Budgeting for AUC Internal Order without IM and Budgeting.

How to know the length of internal table...

How can I know the line size of my internal table since it will be dynamic
and I am just writing my report manually(not ALV) so I will be using sy-uline,
sy-vline, sy-linsz, etc.
So I can declare my sy-ulines according to the total length of my output.
Also, is this possible in ALV:

You can use the DESCRIBE statement to get the number of lines in an internal table:
DATA: num_lines TYPE i.
DESCRIBE TABLE itab LINES num_lines.
num_lines will now hold the number of lines in your table.
I don't believe you can have multiple header rows in ALV you will probably need to group your records or summarise them to achieve a similar result.

Sorry, I misunderstood your requirement, using the DESCRIBE TABLE statement will fill the system field sy-tleng with the line size so immediately after doing DESCRIBE... just pass sy-tleng to an integer type variable.
