My iphone 5 was stolen 1 month ago. I think the guy who stole it must get it jailbroken. How can I know who is using my phone?

You cannot tell that and all they need to do is restore it to factory settings and it is a new iPhone...however, some carriers can/will block a stolen iPhone based on the iMEI if it has been reported. In that case it would have to be jailbroken to be used on another carrier.

You can get emailed if you have a "Paid" level account, there is an "Email Notifications" feature that you enable on the "Options" tab for email notifications. If you are using a Free account there is no notification and you would have to sign into your FormsCentral account to see when there are new responses, the existing/new response count is shown for each form on the My Forms tab as well as of course in the "View Responses" tab of the form.

The following conditions ALL have to be met:
1) You have the "Find My" activated BEFORE you lose the device.
2) The device is turned on.
3) The device is able to connect to a registered wifi connection (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) or data network (iPhone, iPad).
4) The device was not restored by a finder of the device (if it was really stolen then the thief has probably restored it).

You can see the stock at Subcontractor by MBLB from that you can get the information whether material issued to subcontractor or not. for tracking Material transfer fron Subcon1 to Subcon 2 first you have to tack the material back from Subcon 1 and issue to Subcon 2.

If you had Find My iPhone activated on your iPhone, you can remotely wipe it, which you can do through iCloud on your computer. If you did not have Find My iPhone active on your phone you're out of luck.
