  • How to know the process code of an IDOC

    Hi All,
If I want to know the process code of a standard SAP IDOC, how do I do it. Is it we42 or any table/transaction, which can show me all the possible process codes for an IDOC.
I need to know this so that I can use this accordingly in my partner profile. ( I do not have any idoc in mind, but its avery general question. How do I know what process code belongs to which IDOC)
    Many thanks

    Hi,
U can check using We41 and We42 tcode for both inbound and outbound case. For each process code a function module is attached check the same for required functionality.
WE60 and WE64 transaction.will list the std IDOC in SAP.

  • How to know Which T-Code belongs to which auth.obj?

    Hello Friends,
<b>Lets say a user has got authorization to execute SU01.
Now I want to know to which auth.object this t-code belongs to and which activity the user is having for that t-code?
can u explain it step by step how to check this?</b>

    Hi Rakesh,
Basically every T-Code is made up of auth.objects. To know what objects are used for the T-code use Tcode SU24.
In the initial screen enter the T-code SU01 (execute (f8) or click on clock icon)
In the second screen you will have three buttons.
    1.Check indicator (display)
    2. Check Indicator (change pencil icon)
    3. Value list
Click on 1st button Check Indicator (only Display)
You will be promted with list of objects.
U  N  C  CM Check ID       Object     Object name
Now check for the objects which are CM (checked and maintianed)
The same objects will be displayed in the roles where you have assigned the T-code SU01.
To Display the field values for each object which are maintained click on the button Field Values.
You will be prompted with (default /maintained) values assigned for each object.
    But..
To know exact values (activity values) you need to check in the role.
Make a list of all the objects availabe in the SU24 check for the same in the role.
    Hope now its clear
If you need more info let me know
    cheers

  • How to know which transformation code is using the data target..

    Hi,
Say I have a DSO ZXXX. Now there are transformations for other data targets, where the ABAP code is doing a select on this DSO ZXXX and reading and using that data for the result package.
Typically if we wany to know if a DSO is used where where we try to do a 'display data flow' on that and find out. But that does not capture if that DSO is being read in the code.
So is there any way I can find it ?
Or do I have to manually go to each routines, start, end, mapping related routines etc and try to figure out ?
    thnks

    Dear sdnuser1,

  • How to Know Transaction Code from whcih the Document is Created?

    Hi,
How to know which T Code is used to create documents. For few documents say material document (MBLNR), I can find the T code from MKPF table from which it is created as T Code field is available.
If the table doesn't contain a T Code field, then how to find the T Code from which document is created?
    Regards,
    Hari.

CDHDR, if change documents are written. DBTABLOG, if table logging is active.
Otherwise...some knowledge of the SAP application components required.

  • My Blackberry 9300 is asking for a MEP code

I know the MEP code is the code to unlock your phone, but Im not trying to unlock it. I ran out of battery I charged it full and when I turned it on now is was asking for that code. It is my providers SIM card and I already tried to do the battery pull and still the same, called my provider they just advised me to get a new SIM but that didnt work

    Very strange indeed...see this KB:
KB26790 BlackBerry smartphone prompts for an MEP code after switching SIM cards
While written for different model BBs, the results are the same as what you report. Unfortunately, the resolution is rather drastic as well. I also find this KB:
KB03889 Changing the service provider or network
All in all, what I recommend you to is continue to work with your Service Provider as all I can find indicates that they must be involved to help resolve this. Further, they can escalate your case into RIM for formal support if needed...formal RIM support is not available in this user-to-user forum.
    Good luck!

    Hi Henry,
I don't think this is the easiest way to look at the code around a particular field on the screen. Debugging standard programs also can be very tedious, if not impossbile. So, instead of this question, I would like to find out exactly what you want to do if you know the code.
If you are in a transaction and you want to know where the code of a particular field is, the fastest way to get to it is by pressing the F1 key on the field and then press the Technical info button on the help screen. In here you will typically see the same kind of information but it is very specific to the field you selected.
PROGRAM(SCREEN) tells you which program is manipulating the main screen, in which your field is embedded. Remember your field may be included in a sub-screen and that subscreen may be the one included in the main screen.
PROGRAM(SUB SCREEN) tells you which program is directly responsible for the field on the subscreen it is included in. This is where you should find the code most appropriate for the field, but not necessarily.
PROGRAM(GUI) controls how your push buttons and the menu options in the screen behave and controlled.
