How to know the number of the document copy being printed?

Hi all,
Another question: If one is printing, for instance, two copies of the same document, is it possible to change the text of a field or floating field from one copy to another? For instance, in copy 1, the field would say "client" and the second copy "enterprise".
Thank you

I've been here all the time, ever since I got my G4 and could finally OS X (started with 10.1.5). Don't know how ya coulda missed me.... I'm usually in the Using the OS Forum and the Finder forum, with occasionaly excursions in the Spotlight forum.
BTW, so this isn't completely off topic, after getting frustrated by the file count and Finder displaying correct sizes I experimented with a couple of Applescripts but then found a wonderful little Contextual Menu item, CalculateSize:
http://www.pixture.com/software/macosx.php
It tells you not only the number of files and sub-folders in a given folder, it also tells you the number of invisibles of each and the total size of the items, and it calculates sizes ever so much faster than the Finder does.

  • How to know the Z tcodes being used by the company.

    Hi Everyone,
    Can you please tell me how do i know what are the Z tcodes being used by the company.My client is asking me to check all the Ztodes & tell them if there is any problem in them or not.
    Regards,
    Reah

    Hello
    You can find transaction code list in table TSTC.
    All Z transaction code start with character Y or Z, you can query above table to get list of Z transaction codes.
    Additionally you can use transaction code SE93 to view list of transaction Z transaction code and reports associated with these tcodes.
    For second question you should get adequate knowledge transfer from existing IT or developer who developed these reports to be able to understand and test functionality of z tcodes.
    Or
    Please refer functional and technical documentation of these Z tcodes or reports.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
    Check for the field NAST-VSTAT.
    IF NAST-VSTAT = '1' meaning that document  is printed.

    Usually one contract corresponds to multiple PO records, now we know the contract number, then how to know the total PO release value against this contract.  In other word, we would like to know the total release value of all the POs with the same contract number.  To just input the contract number in EKPO table? but then look for which field in this table to add these PO release values up?
    We will give you reward points!

    hi Mohammad,
    By following your instruction, input the contract number 4800000112 into Document number field, then hit Enter, get the following (only copy two records here for example), but kind of a mess.  Could you let us know which one is the PO release value for this contract?

  • How to know the total page number of the standard report

    How to know the total page number of the standard report?
    If I insert a graph, a table, or text into the end of the standard report, how to know how much space is left for the current page?

    Hello Net,
    Unfortunately, we do not have any VIs in LabVIEW that can figure out the number of pages of a standard report. However, with the use of ActiveX calls you can achieve this task. Here are a couple of discussion forums which discuss this:
    Excel Page Numbering with ActiveX:
    http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&message.id=194479&requireLogin=False
    Number Pages in Word Report:
    http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&message.id=162972&requireLogin=False
    There is also great documentation on using ActiveX on msdn. You can search this document for page number objects. Here is a link to this:
     http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa223048(office.11).aspx
    Please refer to these links. If you still have questions please feel free to let us know so we can assist you.
    Thank you

  • How do we know the document is revered or not using transaction FBR2?

    Hi
    How do we know the document is revered or not using transaction FBR2?
    I mean is there any table updates the flag or document number. This document numbers are available in table BKPF.
    I will explain clearly.
    1) If new document is created... then BKPF will created entry with Doc type is "AC"
    2) If above document is reversed using transaction FBR2.... then table BKPF will create document with doc type "AD".
    But How would we knows Document type "AC "is reversed or not? Is there any field will update for this doc is reversed or not?

    Well, you aren't getting the correct response because you're using the wrong term and likely the posters aren't familiar with FBR2.  FBR2 is not a reversal transaction.  When you use FBR2, you are simply generating a REVERSE posting, not a 'reversal' or cancellation.  The REVERSE (meaning 'opposite') posting is made according to the configuration you have for your document types and posting keys.  The only way you can identify this is via the TCODE field.

  • How to get the document number for a ware house order.

    Hello gurus,
    how to get the document number for a ware house order. [if GI is posted refering that WH order] .. is there any report?
    Thanks in advance

    There are several options.  When you post a Goods Movement, you can use LB12 -display Transfer Requirement for material document or LB11 Display TR for material.
    Depending on how your system is set up you may have gotten a Transfer Order automcatically.  In this case you can look at LT24 - Transfer Order for material.

  • [ASK] How to know the number of usage of each Atomic Service ??

    I correct my question:
    *How to know the number of usage of each Atomic Service by the Domain & Enterprise Services?*
    I want to see the number of usage of each atomic service(AS) by other services (DS & ES)
    ex:
    es_A  ----->  ds_B   (1x)    ----->    as_B    (2x) --> so as_B is accessed by es_A twice (2x)
    es_A  ----->  ds_C   (2x)    ----->    as_C    (2x) --> so as_C is accessed by es_A 4times (4x)
    es_A  ----->  ds_B   (2x)    ----->    as_D    (3x) --> so as_D is accessed by es_A 6times (6x)
    es_B  ----->  ds_B   (1x)   ----->    as_E    (1x) --> so as_E is accessed by es_B once (1x)
    es_B  ----->  ds_C   (3x)    ----->    as_F    (2x) --> so as_F is accessed by es_B 6times (6x)
    es_B  ----->  ds_B   (4x)    ----->    as_G    (1x) --> so as_G is accessed by es_B 4times (4x)
    etc..

    Their are two ways to do this
    1. In the sbconsole, when you click on the proxy or any resource name, you will see information about number of references and referenced by as two parameters. Click on the number you will drill down into exact schemas, business service, split joins, etc it refers and who all refers this resource.--> Where can I see the information?
    2. In the OEPE, eclipse you can see the same in the "Reference" view of the OSB perspective.--> I'm using Java Developer right now, does it work?Thank you1. You can see the reference in: sbconsole -> Resource View -> Click on Proxy or any resource name -> it will show Ref: <n> some number and -> Click on the number. Do you see this?
    2. JDeveloper should also have a resource view, but have not tried it though

  • How to encrypt the document number in URL

    Hi All,
    I am working on a project where I need to send a URL to the user in his email, the URL contains the document number in it. when the user clicks on that URL a webdynpro application will open with data prepopulated based on the document number, now what I want his how can encrypt the document number in the URL when sending it to the user. so basically the user who gets the URL should not be able to see the document number in the URL.
    Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Rajat Garg

    Thanks again for the reply and now I am able to encrypt and decrypt my document number... one more question please : will it be possible to chnage the whole URL to some basic message type URL for eg:
    let's say our URL is "http://testdoc/post?mssg" and I want to change this to as "OPEN DOCUMENT" and when user clicks on ""OPEN DOCUMENT" it will still direct to the original destination that is our original URL.
    I have been told that we don;t want to maintain custom table until and unless it's our last choice.
    Thanks,

    How to Know the How many number of JCo connections established for mapping?

    Hi
    mConnection =  JCO.createClient("001", // SAP client
                  "<userid>", // userid
                  "****", // password
                  null, // language
                  "<hostname>", // application server host name
                  "00"); // system number
    //Connections to a specific application server (as in the above example)
    mConnection.connect();
    //Creating the JCO.Client object does not connect to SAP, but a subsequent call to

    So you can easily find out the number of JCo connections by checking out these.

    There's some MF or we can do it by some table ?
    Tks.

    Hi
    You can get the user name from PA0002 passing personal number.

    How to know the project number through milestone number ?
    BR / Shubin

    Hi,
    I am not sure if there is any standard report which will have Milestone in the selection screen, before executing the report. However you can give a range of projects in CN53N/CN53 and check which milestones are associated with which project.
