How to know when I have scrolled to the bottom of my advancedDataGrid

I need to know when I have scrolled to the bottom of my advancedDataGrid or when the last row appears on the screen. Is there anyway of getting this?
I tried to do it by the verticalScrollPosition, but I don't know how to find the maxScrollPosition.
Any help would be appreciated.

How can I create JEditorPane which scrolls to the bottom on every resize?

JRE 1.3.0
Included a simple frame with the only control - JEditorPane (contained within JScrollPane). Every time scroll pane size changes, attempt to scroll down to the end of JEditorPane is made.
The problem is: although everything works 9 times of 10, sometimes editor is scrolled almost to the end, sometimes - to the very top. On the next resize editor is scrolled correctly.
I think, there are some delayed layout recalculations inside SWING which prevent JEditorPane and/or JScrollPane from knowing actual size.
Is it possible to force JEditorPane+JScrollPane pair to update dimensions? ( explicit call to doLayout() does not fix anything )

In JDK 1.4, a new addPopupMenuListener() was added to the JComboBox component. I found out I have to use JDK 1.3, but I already wrote a lot of code around this particular capability. I am trying to figure out how to duplicate it in JDK 1.3. I need to know BEFORE and AFTER the popup is displayed. OR, is there a way with JDK 1.3 that as soon as they click the combo box, it fires an event. The thing is, as soon as they click it, I want to change the background color. When they are done selecting, I can use an ActionListener or ItemListener to find out what was selected and change the color again. My killer is trying to figure out how to know when they have selected the box. I tried adding MouseListener, PropertyChangeListener, AncestorListener. None are doing a thing when the JComboBox is first selected.
Any help would be much appreciated.

how do you know when yo have the lastest software updates on your older IPOD? I just purchased on home theater to replace one, Samsung, I was assured that the system would run my IPOD. I've sync'd my IPOD to my computer a number of times before the purchase and since. Samsung is telling me that I need to update my IPOD. You must use the debugging interface, or get a code profiler. Do a search on all forums for profiler, you'll get tons of information.

How to run disk utility from your startup DVD.
Insert your startup DVD into your reader. Power down your machine. Hold down to the c key. Power on your machine. This will bootup your startup DVD.
This will bring you to a panel asking you for your language. Pick your language.
You you come to the Install Mac OS panel. Do not install.
Click on Utilities menu item. This will give you a pulldown list of utilities.
Click on the disk utility.
You are now in disk utility. Pick your disk. Click on repair it should be on the lower right of the panel.
Once the repair completes successfully, you should update your permissions.
Verify a disk
As an alternative, you can verify that the filesystem on the disk is correct. You will not be able to repair the file system.
I suggest that you use disk utility to verify that your startup disk is OK.
Macintosh-HD -> Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility
Start up disk utility. On the left pane view, you will see a list of all your disks.
Click on your startup disk.
Click on the First Aid Tab.
Click on verify.
Hopefully your disk will verify. If not, you have to boot from your installation DVD and run Disk Utility from there to attempt to repair your file-system.

Clear Safari, close all apps on the iPad and reboot. Then see if you can connect.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear Cookies and Data.
Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to each app then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

In other phones, you can hear the phone ringing and if it was connected to bluetooth, you could pick up the call from the bluetooth headset.
Here with iphone, if its connected to bluetooth headset, it only rings through the headset, which means that if you dont have the headset in the ear all the time, you cannot know that you have an incoming call or message.
Any ideas - solutions - comments please?

I'm having the same problem. I had a plantronics 975 (which I lost, sadly). When connected, the ringer would always be routed through the bluetooth and the iPhone's external speaker. When in silent mode, the iPhone would only vibrate, but I could still hear the ringer in the bluetooth.
I just bought a new Plantronics Voyager+. Now when it's connected, all sounds are routed to the earpiece - including the taps, etc. The iPhone's speaker doesn't ring at all, unless the bluetooth is disconnected or powered off. I'd really like to be able to hear both, like I was before. This is an iPhone 3G running iOS 4 (latest version, not sure what it is exactly). Haven't updated software/firmware in between bluetooths, just changed the earpiece.

Your steps so far are OK but you may want to try:
1 Trash your user library Caches folder (House Icon with short name in Finder window (hard drive window)GOTO:House icon > Library folder > caches folder
2 Trash the com.apple.Safari.plist file in User library > preferences folder > Safari.plist as well as removing the library Safari folder its self.
3 you can selectivly re-install Safari 2.0 from your OS Tiger Install disk 1, (see Knowledge base article 301229 for how to just select the Safari Application) without doing a complete system Archive and Install.
4. Create a new Test user account on the system and test how Safari responds in the Test user, see if its a user related issue and not system issue.
5. Still no Safari response? have to do an Archive and install (not preserving user and network settings)article 107120

Issue may be related to actual internet connection connectivity, power cycle cable modem and router or airport if using one as well as the computer(keep unplugged for 3-5 min) and plug the cable modem in and then the router/airport then power on the computer. Do the Airport Admin utiliy (applications, utilities on HD_1)update.
- do a hard reset of airport knowledge base article 108044(Express base) and 107451 (Extreme base)
- Check with internet provider for connection issues "cannot find server" ect.

Everything I do to see if a value changed in the grid works except for PRICE AFTER DISCOUNT
which seems to be inaccessible.
Any idea how to know when exactly this value changed and do actions accordinly ?
Also I always get 0.00 if I try to get the value of it

Create one udf in row level and set there FS based on changes on price after discount and fill value what is in price after discount. Then the validation make on this field instead of standard SAP field.

An odd workaround: click "Always" in System Preferences/General/Show scroll bars. The scroll bars will always show, but they won't cover your last file.
