How to know whenn someone uses my iCloud account?

Hi people,
Recently, I am thinking what happens if that someone uses my iCloud to transfer my data.
My question is, do I get a notification of some sort if someone logs in to/out of my iCloud account. Is there an option to prefer receiving such notificaions?
Thanks

First go to Settings>iCloud on your device and confirm that everything is turned to Off, and that you are not syncing any data with iCloud before proceeding.  (If you are, when you delete the data from iCloud it will also be deleted from your device and it will be lost.)  When you turn these off, you will be given the option to keep the data on your device.
To delete your contacts, go to iCloud.com from your computer, log into your iCloud account and open Contacts, click on All Contacts on the left, to the right click on any single contact to select it, click on the Actions (gear shaped) icon at the bottom left and choose Select All, then press the Delete key on your keyboard.
For Calendars, open your calendar on icloud.com, click Edit on the bottom left, then tap the minus sign to the right of each calendar to delete it.
For Notes, open notes on icloud.com, click on each note on the left, then click Delete at the top to delete it.
For Reminders, open reminders on icloud.com, click on each reminder and press your Delete key to delete it.
For Mail, open your mail on icloud.com, click each folder on the left (such as your inbox), click on a single message to the right, press Control-A on your keyboard to select them all, then press your Delete key.  Repeat this for each of your mail folders except Trash.  When finished, click on the actions (gear-shaped) icon on the bottom left and select Empty Trash.
To delete your my photo stream photos, open the album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap the trash icon. If you want to keep a copy of them on your device, save them to your camera roll first.

how you can find out when someone using your icloud account

Someone on a different device only needs to sign with your iCloud ID and password in order to access your account, they don't need to answer any security questions if they have your credentials.  If you think this happened, you should change your iCloud password as explained here: iCloud: Change your iCloud password.  After you change the password, you will need to change it on your devices by going to Settings>iCloud>Account and entering the new password.
If you want to inquire further about this, contact the Apple account security team: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security.

Try adding [email protected] as a VIP contact in your icloud mail app using the appleid used for icloud if using multiple accounts (i.e different itunes and icloud account).
But seriously that happens really !? not getting emails for using icloud services with a valid appleid.

  • How do I delete someone else's iCloud account?

We bought the iPad (2012) and my partner didn't like it so she gave it to me. She had already signed into and set up the iCloud, however, before handing it over and I am trying to figure out how to delete her iCloud account from the iPad. Every time I use it to send mail, it automatically sends from under her account, even though I am using it under my gmail account. This has confounded me to no end. I do consider myself pretty computer savvy, but this is my first rodeo with an Apple product and I refuse to go back to a PC ever again. Therefore, I am putting my question out there for Apple techies to give me guidance as I am perplexed and confuddled and need some answers ASAP.
I await any and appreciate all replies.

    Hello Amir7721,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
For more information on this, take a look at:
    iCloud: Filter email automatically

  • I know someone hacked my icloud account how do i go about proving it??, I know someone hacked my icloud account how do i go about proving it??

How do i prove someone hacked my icloud account??

So you are saying someone broke into Apple's extremely secure iCloud servers to get access to your account only?
Or you are saying someone knows your iCloud password and used it to access your account?  Because that is not hacking.
Do share your Apple ID with anybody?
How you prove it is hard to say. Post something in your iCloud account, in Notes or Pages, only you would know is there. If the person you suspect of hacking suddenly knows it too, you can be reasonably confident he does know your password to your account and is accessing it (different from hacking it).

How do I know when someone buys a copy of my single?

Thanks try67.  Consider this:  I'm not trying to silently trick the receiver, either.  I intend to explain to them up front that when they open the attached PDF, it will provide a signal that is the proof they have been notified.  It's also okay if this isn't easy; I have IT people that can do it.

i have just got a iphone4 a ues on e but what i am wanting to no how to i take there old how do you take someone  old own icloud  off the phone so i can use the phone

Is the phone running iOS 7? If so, then you would need to know the Apple/iCloud ID and password of the previous owner in order to remove the iCloud account from the phone.
If you don't know the ID and password, then you should return the phone for a refund.

I wouls also like to know how to download pics off of my ipod 5th generation onto my PC computer through icloud or any other way.

It sounds like you are trying to create a new icloud account, not just logging into an existing account.  When you type in your Apple ID and get that error, it's because you are trying to create an account using the same ID that is already being used in another account.
Go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom of the screen.  If you are logged in, press the Delete button, then try logging in with the existing ID.
As for pics, the most secure way is to connect ipod to PC with USB and look at the Photos tab for your device in iTunes.  Using Photo Stream is another way, but it doesn't always work, depending on conditions.

How do I set up a separate icloud account? Both my wife and I have an iPhone 4s and an iPad (1 and 3), but only one Mac. We are tired of our "stuff" getting mixed up together when we sync. Thanks much

You don't need separate iCloud accounts if you want to simply sync unique content to each device using iTunes. I have three iDevices using one ID and one iTunes library and each device has it's own content on it. You need to set up the sync configuration for each device. This is what I recommend.
First turn off auto sync in iTunes. Launch iTunes on the Mac and go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices>Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from automatically syncing. Click OK and then quit iTunes.
Connect one of your devices to the Mac and launch iTunes.
Click on the device name on the left side under the devices heading.
Click on a tab in iTunes - Apps for instance.
Click on the Apps that you want to sync to that device.
Make sure that the Sync Apps heading is checked.
Follow the same procedure for all of the other tabs in iTunes ..... Music, Photos, Movies and so on.
After you have finished making all of your selections, click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes.
When you are done, eject the first device and do the same thing with the other device. iTunes will now remember the sync configuration on each device.
You can change that configuration any time that you like by following the steps outlined above.
If you want to continue to auto sync, turn it back on in the iTunes preferences as described above.

  • How many devices can you use your icloud id on

I am trying to find out how many devices i can use an iCloud ID on to track iPhones and iPads.  We have about 200+ devices, and would like to be able to track them and reload them when they are turned in, without having to ask the user for the account info.

You would probably need to contact Apple to get a definitive answer on that.  An Apple ID that is used to access iTunes in the Cloud (such as downloading previous purchases, turning on iTunes Match or turning on Automatic Downloads) can be associated with a maximum of 10 devices, 5 of which can be computers (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627).  (An iCloud ID is also an Apple ID.)
If you aren't using iTunes in the Cloud on any of these devices, presumably that restriction wouldn't apply.  However, since iCloud is designed for personal rather than enterprise use so there may be a limitation on the number of devices that can share an account.  I've just never seen it documented.

  • How many devices can use one iCloud account?

I'm currently working with a school that have bought 15 new iPads. I was wondering whether all of these could be set up under 1 iCloud account, or whether there was a limit to the number of devices that can be registered. The reason for asking this is the we would like to use Find My iPhone to keep track of the devices within the school, and send messages to any that are misplaced, so we can alert nearby staff to return them to us. We aren't interested in music or movies, as they will primarily be used as learning tools, so any restriction specifically on that content doesn't matter to us. The only thing that would is if there is restrictions on app usage within a single account. For example, if we download an app using the single iCloud account, and had automatic downloads switched on for all 15 iPads, would the app be able to be installed on all of those 15? Sorry if this has been a little long winded, and thanks in advance for your answers.

*GE TAG - Don't you just love how people in forums answer their own question rather than the one being asked.
Let me help those that have responded so far, and those still awaiting an answer.
An account for iCloud does also include log-ins for the iOS App Store / Mac App Store / iTunes Desktop Application , but an iCloud account on any device iOS / Mac / PC does not have to match the App Store / iTunes account which certainly has its account login limitations per device as has been pointed out.
What seems to be ommitted is if there is a limit to an iCloud account per X number of devices.
In my estimation there appears to be no limitation for iCloud accounts per device. I say this only with the experience of having my own iCloud account on a MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, iMac, Apple TV Gen2, Apple TV Gen3, iPhone 5S, and an iPad Mini Gen 1.
That is 7 separate devices. Never once have I been prompted about a limit when setting up my iCloud account (which constitues Contacts / Calendar / Notes / Reminders / Documents in the Cloud / Keychain / and Photo Stream and not purchased content through App / iTunes "stores" which do give such prompting upon authorizing your respective device for being able to use / sync said purchases)
I've really only come to this realizatoin upon thinking this through after reading this thread. I was actually searching for this answer myself until now. If I'm wrong I will welcome a rebutal with proof.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
