What is the best way for someone to learn about Adobe illustrator? What kind of books and/learning materials would you suggest for a person who is starting starting to work with illustrator cs3. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I always suggest Mordy Golding's Real World Illustrator, he writes i an easy to understand way about illustrator.

First of all let us know what exactly you are looking for?
1) Are you looking for HR process or

Create Sales Order
1.     Use Transaction Code VA01
2.     Identify Sales Office
3.     Enter Sold-to-party (customer) and purchase order number and date if applicable
4.     Enter material, quantity and rate
5.     Credit income to account (Internal Order or WBS element)
6.     Enter partner (University contact details)
7.     Save Sales Order
Create Billing Document
1.     Directly after saving the Sales Order, follow the path Sales document> Billing.
2.     Save the billing document
Other than as a follow-on function
1.     Use Transaction Code VF01
2.     The sales order number will default in check that it is correct
3.     Save the Billing document
Print a Billing document immediately
1.     Use transaction code VF03
2.     Enter the Billing Document number.
3.     Follow path Issue Output to > Printer
4.     Click on execute twice
5.     To preview, follow the path Issue Output to > Screen and click on execute twice to view

If only plan data entered, try to delete the planning data before delete the object and then re-create it again. Otherwise you may have to leave it as is and change the description for the usage by the different company code.

How to learn Indesign CS3 SDK programming for windows

Hi, I am very new to plugin development.I am working in Indesign CS3 SDK (windows). But I am not able to write /understand the syntax of InterfacePtr. for eg : InterfacePtr<IClassIDData> orgDocFileHandlerData(doc, IID_ORGICLASSIDDATA); We get Pointer of any Interface , and pass some arguments . So can anybody help how to learn this programming , I am not finding any books or tutorials on this so that I can read from the basic. I have only referred to Programming Guide(CS3). It's only my way of understanding about InDesign SDK : * SDK objects are know as 'boss(es)' and are accessed thru interfaces. * You can imagine object as collection of interfaces. And you can even aggregate new interfaces to existing objects. * When you have a reference to an interface of a boss, you can access other interfaces (of the same boss - or object) using the *amazing* syntax : (here, doc is a probably an IDocument interface on a kDocBoss object, and you want to access it's IClassIDData interface) InterfacePtr<IClassIDData> orgDocFileHandlerData(doc, IID_ORGICLASSIDDATA); * And finally, InterfacePtr has a reference counter, which allows the framework to destroy the interface object - not the boss of course, only the memory used by the object - when it's non mre referenced. I you are asking about "how to learn about B1i", you will need have understanding with SAP Business One, R/3, the SAP Business One integration for SAP NetWeaver (B1i) and have a good knowledge of data integration in general. With respect to SAP Business One, there are many ways to get information/knowledge on this by going to the SAP PartnerEdge Portal and clicking on the "Education" tab. You can also read the SAP Business One online help documentation. This type of learning couls also be done with R/3. In both the SAP Business One and R/3 case, you would need to be an SAP Partner to get to the PartnerEdge Portal. With respect to learning B1i, there are many whitepapers on SDN on the SAP Business One main page as well as more information on the PartnerEdge Portal. You can also download the SAP Business One integration for SAP NetWeaver product and read through the accompanying documentation.

still don't konw what is Java.I take it by "learned Java for 6 months" you don't mean programming with it. If you've done programming with it, you should have some idea of what you're actually doing. If not, here is a basic idea of what Java IS:
1. Java is a virtual machine (it's kind of like a "fake" operating system running on top of your own operating system (like Windows XP).
2. Any operating system that has a copy of the Java Runtime Environment ported to it can run Java programs. This allows Java programs to be cross-platform.
3. Java is also the name of the language used to write programs for this virtual machine.
4. Try clicking on the Documentation link at the left of this forum for more information about Java :P

to understand configuration u need to understand front end first ......and that u can do by reading saplibrary....take one by one topic read the sap library on that and then go through the study mterial of siemens or any reputed institute on that particular topic and practice that on system ........and most important is look for the errors on sdn reagrding that topic u can learn a lot from here...............and as u have a real time exposure also that is going to help u a lot ........

This is a tough one. Most config requirements come from trial and error and experience.
You can look in SE10 and see what config the previous MM consultants have created / changed and try and piece it from there. So SE10 find a previous MM user and see what changes they made. Then search on SAP help to understand why that config was created or changed.
Its a slow process and there is no quick way to learn it. SAP academy is great but they can't tell you the whole picture as different businesses have different requirements, hence the need for consultants.

Nokia Drive 3.0 - How does "learning driver prefer...

I would like to know how does "learn" feature in Nokia Drive 3.0 work?
Is it related to "My Commute" (which doesn't work in Poland, where I live) or is it independent feature, which will learn usual driving speeds on different type of roads?
It would also be a great feature to use accelerometer to detect accellerations and breaking and use it for "economy mode"..

I also have the problem of not choosing which route is best (as was in Symbian where I had the option to avoid tolls, to option goose the shortest route, fastest or optimized)
I would also like a notification whenever there is a change of route due to traffic or events.
It would be good to have the option to turn on live traffic, as was in Symbian.
