How to link a new Apple ID to my MacBook Pro?

My partner and I purchased a MacBook Pro last year and somewhere along the line we have managed to confuse our Apple ID, we can't remember the password or email that the account is linked to and have tried everything to reset the password or locate the details. After having no luck we created a new apple ID, however I'm not sure how to reset our MacBook Pro to the new one. Also by doing this will we loose all data currently on the Mac. Any ideas, please help? Thank you

Sign out of your Apple ID in Settings. Then sign in with your new one. Keep in mind that all app purchased with the previous ID will always be associated with that old ID. You cannot transfer those purchases to the new ID.
Settings > iTunes and App Stores > tap on your Apple ID and sign out
Then sign in with your new ID.

If you already changed System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Allow apps downloaded from: to Anywhere then issue is not Gatekeeper which is the built-in service that prevents apps from unidentified developers from being executed. It's possible that you need to either reinstall the App or maybe is simply not compatible with Mavericks yet. In any event you should be able to at-least look for a crash log for more information.

Should a new Apple user buy a Macbook Pro?

I am a new Apple user who bought an ibook last August. I am not a techie and still am learning to use it but I love the way it never crashes! I am considering giving my computer to my kids (they have my old Toshiba and it is about to crater) and I am considering buying myself the new Macbook Pro (the 1.93 model). When I look at these forums, I think I may be making a mistake or getting in over my head until they have worked the kinks out with these new machines. Can anyone advise me regarding whether or not to purchase one if I am not a computer whiz?

Cann i find such a piece online on apple site and order it or i would need to send my mac to apple "repare" center and wait weeks to get that done ?

Try changing your energy saver settings. Make sure the macbook is plugged in and change both display and computer sleep to never. When your display goes to sleep airplay will shut off. I don't watch a lot of tv on airplay from my mac, but this works for when I'm streaming radio or music. I suggest getting a cheap iPod touch (with airplay) on craigslist if you don't have an iPhone.
