We are trying to extract a report which will get the employees who have been relieved from the organisation within 90 days..
Is there any way to findout the applicant number of an employee.Please advice.

since there is 90 day requirement ,i reckon this need to be customised taking PA0000-MASSN,PA0000-STAT2 and begda and enda into consideration and if there is any date specification (PA41) maintained DAR01 -date type maintained.Hiring action start date and seperation action date.

How to create a table with varied number of columns?

I am trying to create a balance table. The colunms should include years between the start year and end year the user will input at run time. The rows will be the customers with outstanding balance in those years.
If the user input years 2000 and 2002, the table should have columns 2000, 2001, 2002. But if the user input 2000 and 2001, the table will only have columns 2000 and 2001.
Can I do it? How? Thanka a lot.

Network confirmation with Personnel number

Hi,
In project systems, While confirming the Network with personnel number, the planned cost is calculating based on Activity rate maintained in KP26. However for actual costs, the calculation is from HR I assume. Am I right?
If it is from HR, where in HR the time sheet rate is maintained for the personnel number?

I got the answer.
FYI
If the network confirmation is entered with the personnel number, the system is looking for the "Position" in HR master and based on that it is picking the workcenter assigned with this resource. So the cost is from the activity assigned in the workcenter even though the network is confimed with a different work center.

hi Nick thanx for you reply. i was trying your way and the pop-up asking the System name, Product, Product version and the installation number. (is it the right screen which i am opening? if it is not then help me out).
my doubt is what to give in the system name. i had given ECC500 and it is not taking. is there any specific charater to enter i this field? if it is there then where we are maintaining it?
in the product field i entered SAP R/3 Enterprise and Product Version SAP R/3 Enterprise 47x200 from F4 option.
the next doubt is what is the Installation number and what to give in that.

How to reach a perticular case, as STPO do not have a field for BOM Alt (i.e. for STLAL)

STPO does not have BOM alt field.
So when we see the out put of STPO, all the BOMs with all alternatives are displayed under single BOM number.
How to identify a perticular BOM alternative to reach a perticular component. (Same component is used in all BOMs)

Batch Number with Box number

Hello SAP Experts,
My Client has a unique requirement, they want system to track Batch number with Box number.
For Example if Batch number for incomming material is 123456, and if the entire quantity comes in 3 boxes, then the system should track the quantity as 123456/1 , 123456/2 and 123456/3.
Moreover, client wants to issue the materials box wise.
Is there any standard way of capturing this requirement.

We did the following:
1. Import Apps users into OID
2. Import AD users into OID
We dont know how to link AD account with EBz account. Are we on right track?

You can't make an entry directly to production server.
You have to make the changes in Dev server then transport it to production server.

Synchronize HU number with SU number

I'm trying to figure out the appropriate way to sync the HU number with the SU number. When I post HU managed stock into the warehouse, I want the SU number to match the HU number.
The notes say "If HUM is active in your system (which it is), all stocks within the WMS are managed in storage units. These storage units are created with the same number as the handling unit. Numbers are assigned in this case using the handling units and not using storage unit management. Therefore, in this case you do not need to set up number assignment for storage unit management. SAP recommends only activating length conversion for storage unit numbers.
If I understand this correctly, if I do not define and assign a storage unit number range, this will happen automatically? Currently, I have an SU number range defined and all SUs are being posted into the warehouse using the next available number in this SU number range.

As to synchronize HU number with SU number, If you use handling unit management in Warehouse Management, you must activate storage unit management for all storage types in which you want to
store handling units. During the putaway, the system creates a storage unit for each handling unit of the transfer orders reference document. This storage unit has the same identification number as its "handling unit sister". When there are nested handling units, the storage unit corresponds to the outer-most handling unit. When partial quantities are picked from such multi-level handling units, the system displays a screen asking you for the lower-level handling unit for the pick or complete stock pick.
The numbering of the storage units is controlled by the number assignment parameters that are set for the handling units during handling unit management and not by the number range(s) of Storage Unit Management. You must therefore activate the storage unit number length conversion in Storage Unit Management Customizing. You must use the same number of signs that is used in the identification numbers for the handling units. The setting applies to all clients (menu path in the Implementation Guide: Logistics Execution u2192 Warehouse Management u2192 Storage Units u2192 Master Data u2192 Define Number Ranges u2192 Conversion exit for storage unit number).
