How to link c-Folder with DMS?

I'm a new in this tool and i would like to know somethings.
1) What the Object Type i use to link c-Folder with DMS?
2) Can I do this if I install C-Folder in a separate server other than SAP R/3?

DO you mean via the 'Object Linking' feature in DMS?
If yes, please ensure that the 'c-projects Elements' object has been selected for the particular document type in DC10.
Also, to view the attached DIR in c-projects, ensure that the RFC is established b/w c-projects and DMS.
Yes..you can,since c-Folders has functionality of maintaining public and private collaboration scenarios so c-Folders is being used to communicate between Suppliers and Vendors.
c-Folders is not like webDMS, it is a separate application for which the link can be created from portal itself.
In c-Folders user ID and password can be created which need not have any licenses.

I have not seen this particular condition where the hardware disk icon appears but the system volume that is supposed to be below it does not. The System Disk partition would be below the HD icon indented to the right. It is usually called “Macintosh HD” unless you renamed it.

Odd. It appears but you cannot manipulate it with Disk Utility.

If it did not say Verified then it would indicate a problem. Saying Verified does not rule out problems but I think it indicates it is still breathing.

If you booted the Recovery Partition (Boot, Command-R), which it sounds like you did, then at least part of the disk is still breathing. If it took a long time to boot then that may have been a Network Recovery boot which would indicate the disk is very sick or dead.

Yes. That is the beauty of Time Machine. All your data, applications, and system preferences will be as they were as of the last backup.

Given what you reported from the Disk Utility steps you took it is unclear to me if there will be a way to repair the current volume, if you can erase and install from scratch or if you need a new disk. Before proceeding it may be useful to have an expert at an Apple store look at it for you. They may be able to revive it without a clean install or new disk.
As was the case above, it could be a good disk with a bad cable in which case a new disk is not going to help. To test this you can purchase an inexpensive external enclosure, remove the internal disk, place it in the enclosure, plug it in and then use Boot-Option to attempt to boot from the now external disk. If you attempt a clean install, use the Partition tab to repartition the disk, selecting one partition and with “Options…” electing a GUID partition. Then use the Erase tab, select “Security Options…” and set it to write a single pass of zeros. This will write to every sector to map out bad blocks. (If you have an SSD do not write a pass of zeros.)
If you do need to replace it I recommend an new inexpensive (~$100) and super-fast hybrid SSHD drive that has an 8 GB SSD cache that makes the data fly. Google “Seagate 1 TB hybrid SSHD”.

I know of apps that can access shares and download but I am not aware of any apps that will allow you to upload as well.

Keep looking it can be done. I have a folder on my hard drive that requires a password everytime I try to open it. I found how to do this in an old "Mac OS - The missing manual" but don't remember off the top of my head how I did it. I remember you have to partition a portion of the hard drive, I think I did like 10 Gig of my 1 Teribite external drive and then you give it a name and make up a password. The password is NOT changeable and if you lose it you can't get back in that folder. It appears as a standard folder but needs a password to open it.

We did the following:
1. Import Apps users into OID
2. Import AD users into OID
We dont know how to link AD account with EBz account. Are we on right track?

I sucessfully authetnicated the AD user in OID against AD password using external auth.

You can't make an entry directly to production server.
You have to make the changes in Dev server then transport it to production server.
Try the follow path

hi Nick thanx for you reply. i was trying your way and the pop-up asking the System name, Product, Product version and the installation number. (is it the right screen which i am opening? if it is not then help me out).
my doubt is what to give in the system name. i had given ECC500 and it is not taking. is there any specific charater to enter i this field? if it is there then where we are maintaining it?
in the product field i entered SAP R/3 Enterprise and Product Version SAP R/3 Enterprise 47x200 from F4 option.
the next doubt is what is the Installation number and what to give in that.

STPO does not have BOM alt field.
So when we see the out put of STPO, all the BOMs with all alternatives are displayed under single BOM number.
How to identify a perticular BOM alternative to reach a perticular component. (Same component is used in all BOMs)

How to create a folder with date each day?

I've not used Automator, just once to "create" a workflow to create a new folder with a name; but what I want is this:
Each morning at 12:01 am, a new folder to be created with the correct date as the name of the folder.
So for tomorrow, Sunday 23 Nov 2008 at 12:01, I'd suddenly have a folder on my Hard Drive that would have the date like 23 Nov 2008 or 11/23/2008 or 23-11-2008 or similar.
Then at the end of a week I'd have 7 of these; - but I can manually trash them-- I want to create these on my HD since I backup via SuperDuper! each morning (automatically) at 3:35 am (incremental backup to an external La Cie HD) and I want to know if was done, so by having a folder with the date on it I can open the external HD and if I see that that folder with the recent date is there, then I'm confident the BackUp was run.
I have been able to create a workflow to create a folder in Automator, but not sure how to:
1. Have the folder created automatically each day at 12:01
2. How to have the folder label be the date

Amend the path with your Hard Disk name and username. Save as an application to anywhere suitable.
