I Have an issue with the music apps.. i want to listen to music using an app fromApplw store and I have to be in the app to be able to listen the whole song when I go out from app the music stops.

That is a question you need to ask the app developer or at the very least look at their support site.

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

How to redownload music from the cloud without waiting 90 days?

So i accidentally downloaded music from MY APPLE ID onto my brother's itunes library. I went back to my own library, was still signed in, and when i tried to download them from the cloud it said I have to wait 90 days because my computer is already associated with an apple id. The only apple id is my apple id, which is what I used to download the music. I shouldn't have to wait 90 days because it's the same exact apple id.
this is so incredibly frustrating, because my brother does not want my music, obviously. Help?

Try running Pandora in its own tab and leaving that tab open (Safari 7.1.5, OS 10.9.5). I don't have Pandora to try this, but it works for me otherwise.

Basically, you can't. There are no adjustments or filters in FCE that could separate the music from the 'shout-outs' and enable you to lower the music and/or raise the voice.
You could attempt a workaround by using noise reduction with a plugin like WaveArts MR Noise but that may or may not work since music isn't a constant type of noise. However, you can download a fully-functional demo to test whether or not it would help.

I'm trying to add music to the background of the initial menu for an iDVD project but I'm having no luck. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this? I've trid dragging the files from itunes to the menu area and it just doesn't work even though it do show the music link in the menu info.

Never mind. I figured it out. The file I was working with I guess got corrupt. So I started over again with a new fresh theme and imported the audio first then the videos and it works now.
