now i got requirment to work on MM i know it is different from other modules .
i need details abt mm how to load data into bw ,i know the functionality and data source .if u any one having screen shots how to load data form r/3 to bw .i'll be deeply appriciate
i search forum ,but it not helped me out
i'm really searching for a good response

2LIS_03_BX- Initial Stock/Material stock
2LIS_03_BF - Material movements
2LIS_03_UM - Revaluations/Find the price of the stock
The first DataSource (2LIS_03_BX) is used to extract an opening stock balance on a
detailed level (material, plant, storage location and so on). At this moment, the opening
stock is the operative stock in the source system. "At this moment" is the point in time at
which the statistical setup ran for DataSource 2LIS_03_BX. (This is because no
documents are to be posted during this run and so the stock does not change during this
run, as we will see below). It is not possible to choose a key date freely.
The second DataSource (2LIS_03_BF) is used to extract the material movements into
the BW system. This DataSource provides the data as material documents (MCMSEG
structure).
The third of the above DataSources (2LIS_03_UM) contains data from valuated
revaluations in Financial Accounting (document BSEG). This data is required to update
valuated stock changes for the calculated stock balance in the BW. This information is
not required in many situations as it is often only the quantities that are of importance.
This DataSource only describes financial accounting processes, not logistical ones. In
other words, only the stock value is changed here, no changes are made to the
quantities. Everything that is subsequently mentioned here about the upload sequence
and compression regarding DataSource 2LIS_03_BF also applies to this DataSource.
This means a detailed description is not required for the revaluation DataSource.

create the load infopackage type and give the infopack you need to load.
create 3 similar process types.
chain should have this flow
start -> delet index(if cube is the target) -> load target(connect the load process to start process) parallel -> and process -> create index(if cube)/actiavtion of ods(if ods)

Instead of copy values into forms you can save them in your temporary table.

It's also important to 'prep' the excel file prior to connecting to it.
Give the data tab a meaningful name
Make sure the column headers are unique and that every column has a header
Delete any blank tabs
If you have trouble with Excel changing the data type of a field (say, a social security number you want to be a string value rather than a number so you don't lose leading zero) an alternative would be to save the spreadsheet file as a CSV, create a schema.ini to specify the data types for each column (example below) and use the same steps to connect except instead of choosing Excel 8.0, scroll to the bottom and choose Text. You have to make sure the CSV file is in the same folder as the schema.ini file that defines the columns.

For example, I've a BI Actual Cube with two key figures quantity and amount. I would like to copy this data to a BPC cube. Since BPC cube has only signed date (one key figure), how do we transform the data from BI cube to BPC. Can we able to achive this using transformation and conversion file in NW. Is SAP providing standard packages that convert KF's in BI cube to BPC dimension members.
Whats the approach you are doing for the scenarios where you are converting multiple key figures into BPC dimensions. I did not find a good document that explains this process.

The procedure is as follows.
1) First run the init infopackage (either with or without data), preferably with data.
2) Then run the delta infopackage always. (it will get delta records always).
Now if there are any errors and delta gets faulted, you can delete the init from the init infopackage and run the init infopackage again.
And then schedule the delta.

There are three ways you can load Master Data in BPC
1) Copy and paste.
Download master data in flat file .Copy the master data and paste in members of dimension after that process the dimension.
2) Using SISS Pakage - load Flat File into BPC-Cube
3) Using SQL Command.
