How to locate my stolen Ipod Touch/

K, so I just got a new Ipod Touch on Feb.17,2012 and It ended up being stolen on March 6,2012 and I don't know who took it, but it was somone from my girls change room at school. I have a feeling I know who took it, but i ain't exactly shure if it was that person or not. I was wondering if there was ANY way at all to locate my Ipod so I'm able to get it back?.. If you could please give resonable answer's to if there is anyway, that would be wonderfull.

Sorry, but there's no way for you to track your iPod at all, much less see any activity from it. You'll need to fight this out with eBay. Perhaps the shipping weight of the box might help in convincing eBay that you shipped the iPod, not just a case and cord, though they may not consider the weight as proof since you could have loaded the box with dead weight. This is unfortunately one of the major problems with selling by eBay. I hope you can resolve something with them, though it doesn't appear likely.
As to the serial number, follow these steps:
Hold down the Control key and choose Help > About iTunes (Windows) or iTunes > About iTunes (Mac).
Release the Control key.
As the iTunes and QuickTime version information scrolls, you will see the serial number of the last connected iPod.

If find my ipod does not locate it, or you did not set it up, then there is no way to track it at all.

How could I locate my stolen iPod Touch if the serial number is known and the device was already connected to iTune by the thief and connected to his apple ID

My iPod Touch was stolen on the airport in vienna and already noticed to the local police.
Is it possible to locate the thief, since he has alrady connected the device to iTunes and applied to his apple ID.
(it is not longer in the reladed list of my apple ID - when I type in the serial number I get the message, that the device is related to another apple ID)
Is there any way for the local police, to get the information of the actual apple ID of the thief from apple?

No. It won't help you locate it. All you can do is give the number to the police.

You can't block (nor locate) it via the serial number.
If you had Find My iPod enabled on it then you could try locating it either via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPod disabled on it (if it was on iOS 7 as your tagline suggests then Find My iPod should be harder to disable).
You've reported it to the police ? You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

JUST lost my Ipod touch. well I was at the park..we had "practice" today(dancing) & well I brought my brothers. brother was touching it & left it on top of my bag. there were these 2 girls one was bout my age(12) & one was like probably 9? later brother walked home but I stayed awhile then when I was bout to go home I notice it was gone..had a fear they(the girls) took it but also thought my brother took it. so went walking & brother came & I asked if he had it & he said no. went back & asked instructor & others. I trust they wouldn't take it..so one of an older guy friend looked for it but couldn't find it. Instructor said that if he found it he would keep it til I come again. SO I am pretty sure they took it. I have my tracking device on.

Your iPod has to be in range of a strong enough Wi-fi signal in order to be tracked via Find My iPod Touch with MobileMe. Report it to the police.

err, isn't Mackeeper a computer program only, not a mobile device app? And even if it were available for a mobile device like the iPod Touch, it suffers from exactly the same limitations as Apple's own find-my-iPod. All a theif needs do is plug the iPod into iTunes, restore as new, and everything previously installed and set up on the device is wiped out.
Relying on any remote tracking software that requires a data connection is weak security at best. Even a Mac computer can have the hard drive reformatted and the OS reinstalled if stolen by someone intent on resale, destroying any such tracking software. With the device in someone elses hands, relying on any software solution to find the device is flawed, as there is almost always going to be a simple way to circumvent the online tracking feature.

Unless you had MobileMe set up already on your iPod there is no way of tracking it down other than the good old fashioned way of looking around yourself.
If you did have MobileMe set up though, then you can log into your account at www.me.com and from there you can go onto the find my iPod section.
