How to locate videos downloaded to Ipad if not listed under video?

What does "downloaded" mean to you? Videos that you downloaded from iTunes on the iPad? Those have to be in the videos app.
Home videos that you SYNCED with iTunes? Those could either be in the videos app or the photos app depending on how you imported then into iTunes.
If you downloaded videos using another app, they would be in that app.

The camera connection kit is for copying content to an iPad, it doesn't support copying content off it. Assuming that they are in the Photos app then you can copy them from your iPad to your computer, and from there to the SD card : Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or Windows PC - Apple Support

How to make video screensaver for iPad?

Dear all,
does any one know how to make a video screensaver for iPad? We plan to use iPad's (with iOs7) in our retail shops and we want them to role video screensavers (while iPad is locked). I know that Apple Demo has it.
And did I miss something but in previous iOs versions there was possibility to make photo slide show when iPad is locked and now in iOs7 it is not possible? Or is there a work around?

The slide show on the lock screen feature has been removed from iOS. However, there are apps that will let you create slide shows. There are probably ones that will loop videos as well. You should be able to combine one of these with the Guided Access feature (which restricts the iPad to one app) to do what you want. Search the App Store for slide show apps. Review the information in the manual for Guided Access.

With iTunes open on your computer, with the iPad connected...
Select the iPad under DEVICES left side of the iTunes window.
Then select tMovies tfrom the menu on the right. You can sync the videos from there.

I consider it easy, you may not find it 'easy'.
The most low tech way is to create a symbolic link from the video file
to the /Library/WebServer/Documents/ directory.
example:
open a terminal window.
create a symbolic link from the video file on the iMac to the /Library/WebServer/Documents/
sudo ln -s <iTunes Library Directory>/TV Shows/<TV Show Name>/<TV Season>/<TV Episode> video-link-01
To view the video on either an iPod, iPad, or another computer in Safari
you would enter the following:
http://<computer-name.local>/video-link-01
The video will be shown by QuickTime plugin in Safari...
I have written a perl script which I use to create the necessary html files
to view all the TV Shows that I have stored on my iMac. You could also
create these using a text editor like vim or textedit.
The index.html lists the TV Shows in alphabetical order.
For each TV Show there is a corresponding html file which list the seasons.
For each TV Show Season there is a corresponding html file which lists the episodes.
Below is a short example.

The same may be done for movies and music.
I am working on coming up with a way to play an entire musical album and playlist.
Right now it is single songs only which tends to limit its usefulness.
For videos it does work extremely well. Even though I have a 64GB iPad, a 64GB iPod touch, a 32GB iPod touch, a 32GB iPod touch( 1st generation), and an 16GB iPod nano I do not have to sync a video to them in order to be able to view the video.
I am able to sit in my favorite Caribou Coffee Shop and watch the latest TV shows I have purchased on iTunes
over the wifi network.
Suggestions are to use the Standard Definition file and not the High Definition file.
I personally cannot tell the difference between the Standard Definition file and the High Definition file
on the iPods or the iPad.

You can't use it or you don't know how to select the option to use it?
If you swipe up or down on the screen, that moves the camera app through all of the different options. When the words are highlighted in yellow, that option is active. So just swipe up or down on the screen to get to the Video option.

When I got my first iPad, I don't know how to sync videos to my iPad like you. Then I followed the instruction I found from other thread. I hope this helps you:
1. Launch iTunes.
2. File > Add to libary > Choose video > Open.
3. Find the video on the left pane in iTunes under "movies" or "TV shows".
4. Connect your iPad to computer.
5. Once your iPad has appered on the left pane under "devices"
6. Drag the video from your iTunes Libary to your iPad.
7. Your iPad should start syncing your video over to your iPad, sync info will appear in the top area of iTunes.
If you need to transfer videos from iPad to computer, iTunes can't help.
