How to lodge a complain to Apple?

I want to lodge a complain to apple store.
They stated a delivery date for my Macbook Pro as 4/7/08 but ended up it is only coming on the 7/7/08. As a result i got to wait 3 days and no i'm having a lot of problems because my work cannot be done without the laptop.
Customer service is really hitting a an all time low.
Anyone knows how can i lodge a complain?

Call them and explain your problem, although I am not sure that they are liable for delivery problems.

    Hi Jeremy...
    There's a work around that may help you. The Mac OS X has "accessibity" features installed that can assist in viewing text.
    Open System Preferences then select Universal Access then select the Seeing tab.
    Zoom settings are available there.

    If you are not aware, when viewing Safari webpages, you can press Command + (plus)  or Command - (minus) to adjust the size of the page.
    For zooming text only, click View from the Safari menu bar then from the drop down menu click Zoom Text Only.

    I had the worst experience of the lifetime with Apple store in Castle Hill Tower Sydney on 23/4/15. The Manager on duty (Mr Steve who refused to give his last name or employee number)  was very arrogant and gave very insulting treatment. When I asked that I want to complain about him, the Manager behaved as if nobody was going to take any action against him (welcome this is Apple - sic)
    I want to know how to lodge a complaint against Apple bad customer service.I checked Apple website which to my astonishment did not give any easy option for mailing complaints.

    If you purchased the software from a different country, be aware that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

    Your complaint is not with Apple.  You bought from an unauthorized seller.  Your complain is with that seller.
    As you have been told more than once, Apple has nothing to do with this.

    Use the Report a Problem link in the iTunes email receipt you received. Also in-app purchases can be made without the password if you bought the app within the last 15min. You should enable the in-app restriction in Settings.

    Adobe is moving from the purchase of a license for their software to the renting of it. I'm old school so I'd prefer a perpetual license. But you already have a subscription to Illustrator so I guess it'd be advisable to look into whether expanding the subscription to include other software will save you some money. Also I remember something about Adobe adding features to its Cloud version which aren't also added to the licensed version and a different way of handling updates and upgrades. Indeed, Adobe states that CS 6 has reached the end of the road. So if you're going to stay with Adobe, you may very well be stuck.
    I'd suggest spending some time in the Adobe Communities. You'll likely find people complaining about choices they've made that you'll have to make too. Let them be the beta testers.

    I know this is the technical discussion forum, but I can't find anywhere that I can log a complain against Apple Online Store or their products. I am from Hong Kong and I can only get the phone number to call for Sales Support, which connect to Singapore (Apple's Asia HQ). The Hong Kong Office number is always in message box and no one calls me back, somethings the message box is full! I tried to log a complain but I don't trust the Singaporeans as I do not get any acknowledgment of my complain.
    Does anybody here know how can I reach (US) Apple's attention on my recent purchase experience? I just want to help them improve so that others (including myself) will get better purchasing experience in the future. Otherwise, I am reluctant to buy again from the Online Store.

    I have to say that I am very dissapointed in Apple right now. My Ipad 2 stopped workign recently and since i paid for apple care, I sent it in to get repaired. When they recieved it I got an email stating that it could not be fixed. When I called they told me it had corrosion and it wasnt covered. The apple care plus would cover but it costs a wopping 10 dollars more than what i paid. I just find this to be incredibly ridiculus. I take great care of my IPAD 2 and don't understand. Is this even the reason my ipad won't turn on or did they open see a little corrosion close it up and say no fix here. I want to know how to lodge a complaint because i want it serviced. What is 10 dollars when the other care plan wasn't even offered. please how do i lodge an official complaint!!!

    Welcome to the Apple community.
    The Apple TV doesn't officially support a DVI connection, however you may be able to get it to work. You will first need to check that your TV supports either 720p or 1080p as well as HDCP. If you are able to get the video working over the DVI connection, you may also require a DAC in order to connect with Apple TV's optical audio output to the TVs audio imput.
    You may well wish to make sure that the DVI connection works before spending any money on a DAC..
