How to log out in Skype 4.0?

i updated my skype on my samsung galaxy pocket. the surrounding's new and i don't know how to log out. i can't find any log out button. do i just set to invisble?

What the hell? My Galaxy S2 just auto updated Skype, and now if I try to use it, there is no longer an option to shut the thing down?!
I don't want it open 24/7 thanks, I just want to use it, vidoe call my son and then close it, just like I used to be able to do up until about 20 minutes ago! What is it with this always on stuff that we get forced to have. I'm unistalling Skype right now until this gets resolved. Shame on you Skype, I can see threads on this forum going back a couple of years on this issue.

So far I've reset my password wht seems like a million times which now means that I have to write down a random password which means that my account is now no longer secure. Also it was entierly unclear that resetting my Skype password would reset my Hotmail one too - Not helpful to say the least.
So I go through the rigmarole of contacting your customer 'services' and I have to reset my password - as I've said, this is unhelpful but I do it. Many times. And then.... I need my Skype ID to go any further. You can see the problem here. My issue is I don't have a Skype ID and I need to use my Skype ID to then get help finding out what my Skype ID is....
Please tell me what my Skype ID is. I have an interview for a job that I need to do over Skype - I've been out of work for the last 8 months and it would be really nice to get a job and for it I need my Skype ID.

In terms of your iTunes library, the only account involve IS the store and homesharing. There is no other account to log out of/ into ... what are you trying to accomplish?

I've also got my skype logged in on my mobile. So, would be great if I known how do I logg off from my skype from my computer through my mobile?

When updating my iPhone 4s to the new ios7, my imessage stopped working as many others did. I finally got that fixed and as soon as that was fixed.. NOW my old apple id keeps popping up instead of my new one. I made my old one 5 years ago when i first got my macbook. How do I log out and stop using my old apple id?

To change the iCloud ID on your phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you have to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your phone, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Met someone today and gave them my number, but they are from another country so i guess they used skype to text me which i can't reply to because skype is retarded... anyways, is there any way to find out the skype name of the person who sent it? The text just came from a random 5 digit number. I also got a phone call that i missed just a minute before this from a stange number with way too many digits so i assume its from skype as well so i have a number from that too but i can't call it back.

Why don't you just reset your password? Look here.

You need to log out of each account on the device itself. On the iPad Settings>Store>Tap your ID. That is not going to prevent someone that knows your ID and password from downloading apps. They are logged into your account on their own devices.
Reset the password.

To authenticate we are using BASIC authentication and it works well.
Now we need to do a log out function because of new demands.
Is it possible to log out when using BASIC authentication ?
If so, how?

If you are using Basic Authentication, you may not be able to force log out. In that case you may have to use form based authentication.
