I am installing Business Object XI R2 server software in my system but I am not able to login it. So, what should I do for the same.??
Please guide me anyone...............

You may choose one of following entrances to login to BOE according to different purpose:
1. .NET thick client App - CCM
2. Java Web App - CMC, Infoview, Crystal Explorer
3. .NET Web App - CMC, Infoview
4. .NET thick client App - Universe disigner, Desktop Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Crystal Xcelsius, Publish Wizard, Import Wizard, and etc.

I already am logged in and using echosign for sometime now. Now i want to create another account under a new email address. This seems not to work. Please advise.
Upon registring, It says invalid account or username/password expired.

How to avoid system slow when login first time everyday

if login system first time every day, it will be very slow for loading web application.
I think maybe it 's reload cache every night or by a certain perods of time.
how to avoid this situation. or set cache reload a time per week?

BO Centeral Management Console login first time

I have installed BO XI-3.0 verion into my local system. I am not able to login into Centeral Management Console.
This is first time and i used Administrator user id but did not work.

About login to CMC hope you remember the password that you had provide while installing it on the local machine.
If you had left blank then you can use Administrator and leave password as it
that would be blank.

How to block first time loading data in View Object for searching

hi all,
I am using jdeveloper ADF 11g 2 release. i am making search page. but i make it manually, not use ADF query pannel.
I drag and drop the adf read only table. it can execute using Lov and date time range using backing bean.
eg: vo1.setWhereClause(whereClause);
vo1.executeQuery();
where clause can change dynamically.
But my table indicate vo which load it all data first time page loading. I add all tuning performance,but no data option is for insert only. so like that option can make programmatically and can execute query??
This method I used because of I can not make searching options what I want in ADF query pannel. Is there any way add 3 options but display all table fields??

Tried Login, first time, "User Agreement" page pops up breifly, then nothin

Basically, I just got a 30 gig video iPod, installed everything, it seemed going smoothly until I tried opening Itunes for the first time. The "User Agreement" page that prompts you to agree/disagree to all that writing pops up momentarily, and then disappears. I try this again and again; same reaction. I've tried clicking "Agree" before the disappearing, but it won't work. I've tried installing and uninstalling Itunes, off of both the CD and the Apple website; same reaction. After trying this several times, now nothing pops up at all.
Does anyone have any advice? It would definitly be appreciated...this is a pretty frustrating situation that I got going on

How to prevent a first time login prompt for an external application.

I'm doing a Portal iFS integration project. We managed to login to our iFS application via an external application definition in the Login Server. We created a JSP screen to create iFS users. In the back-end java-code uses the Portal API to create a Portal user. When this new user uses the external application link for the first time he gets a Portal screen to supply the external username/password combination. Can someone answer the following questions:
1. How can I customize the layout of this first time external application login screen just like the you can customize the standard portal "login/change password" screens ?
2. Is there an API to specifiy the external username/password combination for a specific portal user and specific external application in advance in order to prevent the firsttime login screen ?
Any help/answers would be great. We need to implement this in a few weeks.

There is an API -- WWSSO_PSTORE_EX which is in $IAS_HOME/portal30/admin/plsql/sso/ssopsex.pks which includes APIs
for accessing the password store. Please see the package specification here, which is not wrapped. This API is generally private to the SSO schema, but it is granted for EXECUTE to the
PORTAL30_PS schema - which is the schema provided for access to the password store.
To add a users credentials to the store, you would use the pstore_add_user_info procedure...

Anyone still up? I just purchased from the itunes store for the first time, and don't know how to get them downloaded to my ipod.

Sigh.....really late and I want to go to sleep, but I just purchased some Itunes online for the first time, and I don't know how to download them to my ipod. To connect your iPod to wifi just:
     1. Open settings,
     2. Tap Wi-Fi,
     3. Make sure the Wi-Fi switch is on,
     4. Tap the network you would like to connect to,
     5. If the network has a password then type it in and press join.
For hidden networks(networks that don't broadcast their SSID(name))
     1. Follow 1-3 above,
     2. Tap other,
     3. Type in SSID(name) of the network,
     4. Select the security of the network,
     5. If there is a password type it in,
     6. Press Join.
Some public networks may now show a login screen where you may have to agree to terms and conditions, enter your email etc...

Can you please try with the link "http://servername:portnumber/nwa", this is to open NettWeaver Mobile Administrator, as on the above reply Namitha said there is no Webconsole on MI 7.0(NW2004s) .
