How to login to Adobe and see information in ENGLISH not French?

I live in France. I speak and understand French, but I'm British and want to see the information on the Adobe site in English, not French. I know that, by fiddling around, I can switch languages after login (where, I'm not sure, but I know it's there somewhere), but that is not at all what I want - I want to find my myself looking at UK English login-automatically. There is no preferred language in the preferences you can set (as far as I can see). What is the solution to this minor yet very annoying problem please? Do I have to pretend somehow that I live in the UK? But then that couldn't possibly work - I'd need to be able to pay in € for a start. Help!

me English, and that's good, but I then get prices in £s and not €s and
that is not good. I don't have anything to buy at the moment so it's
possible that everything would turn out right at the crucial paying
moment, but I have my doubts.
It's the same when Adobe sends me email - I receive it in French. I can
live with that but it's not optimal. If there had been a *my
preferences* parameter allowing me to select the language I want to use
on the site and in communications with Adobe that would be better. It
doesn't look as though Adobe thought this language thing through.
Hopefully I'm mistaken.

if you need to know the last modification date of file:-
"Functions->File I/O->Advanced File Functions->File/Directory Info.vi"
This vi returns the value of file's last modification date. This is returned as U32 number. To see it in MM/DD/YY format you must create the indicator, right-click on it and select "Format & Precision" item from drop-down menu. Then select "Time and Date" format there.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Thanks for response. I purchase Photoshop Elements 10 from App store, the first install is ok-in English, but my computer reset for some problem, so I installed it again. But this time, it's not English version but the other that I cannot recognize. How can I do? I forgot to save the serial number, where can I check it?

The language is tied to the serial number. Did you purchase the software directly from Adobe?

Experiment. No harm in trying.
If you are just starting to use Pages you need to make your own assessment given current events whether committing your work to a format and software given this support is a wise move.
You also need to look at what will produce workable results. Particularly if your large posters are to be commercially printed and contain large bitmap (photographic) images.
Always work backwards from your output. Ask your printer what they require to do their job.

It's just, I want to change my spelling checker from english to french, that when I type some words in wrong order or miss some, I can know that.
For now, when I type in french, almost every words are underlined by the red lines...

In my current scneario, we are using Siteminder for SSO setup.. And in this process, after authentication and authorization, they are going to append the user information and group information of the user into a HTTP header and it will be sent back to our presentation services.. We have to extract the user information and group information from the http header.
My HTTP header will look like as follows..
SM_USER XYZ
SM_USERDN CN=Firstname\, Lastname\, xyz, OU=GPO-Low Level Security,OU=Domain Users,OU=BU FDT,
SM_USERGROUPS CN=GG-CA-SiteminderAdmins, OU=Global,OU=Domain Groups, DC=com^CN=GG-ServiceDeskAdmin-TCCORPCEFS
And also if anyone explain me the overall working of SSO in detail like how presentation services will make a connection to BI server( I guess using Impersonator User), and also how our BI server will read the URL from presentation services and the over all working flow in our OBIEE..
